Claims (8)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Verschluß der offenen Enden von Einzeldosisbehältern, die bereits mit flüssigen oder zähflüssigen Lösungen gefüllt sind, komplett mit Einrichtungen (3) zur Förderung der genannten Einzeldosisbehälter (2) und zur Trennung des Behälterinhaltes von der Umgebung, indem jeder Einzeldosisbehälter oberhalb der Füllhöhe und unterhalb des offenen Endes (8) durch Druckanwendung zusammengepreßt wird. Die genannte Vorrichtung (4) ist hinter einer Aufheizstation positioniert, die die Enden (8) jedes Einzeldosisbehälters aufheizt, und umfaßt mindestens einen Greifer (10) der dazu dient, die offenen Enden (8) des Einzeldosisbehälters (2) zusammenzupressen, um diesen durch Wärmeschweißen zu verschließen. Der genannte Greifer (10) besteht aus zwei Backen (15,16), die sich während der Bewegung der genannten Fördervorrichtung (3) um einen Angelpunkt drehen, so daß sie zwei Endstellungen, geöffnet und geschlossen, beschreiben. Die geschlossene Stellung bewirkt das Zupressen der genannten Enden (8) von mindestens einem Einzeldosisbehälter, der zu diesem Zweck zwischen die Backen (15,16) eingesetzt worden ist. Die obengenannte Vorrichtung (4) ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Backen (15,16) mit Zähnen (15A,16A) versehen sind, die in geschlossener Stellung die Enden (8) des Einzeldosisbehälters (2) einklemmen. Die Vorrichtung (4) umfaßt außerdem ein Kopfstück (17) mit mindestens einer Einkerbung (17B) das so angebracht ist, daß das Ausschwingen der Backen (15,16) nicht behindert wird und das die Zähne in der genannten geschlossenen Stellung halten soll. Die oberen und seitlichen Flächen der genannten Einkerbung treffen während des Wärmeschweißens auf die Kanten der genannten Enden. So entsteht ein verschlossenes Ende am Einzeldosisbehälter (2) dessen Profil dem Profil der genannten Einkerbungen entspricht, das seinerseits auf die gegenüberliegenden Kanten der genannten Zähne abgestimmt ist.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Verschluß der offenen Enden von Einzeldosisbehältern, die bereits mit flüssigen oder zähflüssigen Lösungen gefüllt sind. Zur Vorrichtung gehören Einrichtungen (3) zur Forderung der Einzeldosisbehälter (2) und zur Trennung des Behälterinhaltes von der Umgebung, indem jeder Einzeldosisbehälter oberhalb der Füllhöhe und unterhalb des offenen Endes (8) durch Druckanwendung zusammengepreßt wird. Die genannte Vorrichtung (4) ist hinter einer Aufheizstation positioniert, die die Enden (8) jedes Einzeldosisbehälters bis zu einer vorgegebenen Temperatur aufheizt, und umfaßt mindestens einen Greifer (20) der dazu dient, die offenen Enden (8) des Einzeldosisbehälters (2) durch Zusammenpressen und Wärmeschweißen zu verschließen. Der genannte Greifer (20) besteht aus zwei Backen (25,26), die sich in Phase mit der genannten Einrichtung (3) um einen Angelpunkt (7) drehen, so daß sie zwei Endstellungen, geöffnet und geschlossen, beschreiben. Die geschlossene Stellung bewirkt das Zupressen der genannten Enden (8) von mindestens einem Einzeldosisbehälter, der zu diesem Zweck zwischen die Backen (25,26) eingesetzt worden ist. Die obengenannte Vorrichtung (4) ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der genannten Backen (25,26) aus jeweils mindestens einem Zahn (25A) und mindestens einer Einkerbung (26B) besteht. Der Zahn (25A) tritt in die Einkerbung (26B) der anderen Backe ein, wenn sich der Greifer (20) in geschlossener Stellung befindet, so daß die gegenüberliegenden Frontflächen des Zahnes (25A) und der Einkerbung (26B) die Enden eines Einzeldosisbehälters (2) zusammendrücken, der durch die genannte Fördereinrichtung (3) in diese Stellung gebracht worden ist. Die genannte Vorrichtung (4) umfaßt außerdem ein Kopfstück (27) das so angeordnet ist, daß es das Ausschwingen der Backen (25,26) nicht behindert und daß es während des Wärmeschweißens auf die oberen Kanten der Enden (8) trifft. Auf diese Weise weisen die verschlossenen Enden der Einzeldosisbehälter (2) ein Profil auf, das durch das Zusammenwirken zwischen dem auf der Oberseite des geschlossenen Greifers (20) befindlichen Kopfstück (27) und den gegenüberliegenden Frontflächen der obengenannten Zähne und Einkerbungen entstanden ist.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kopfstück (17) mit Komponenten (9) verbunden ist, die sich um den Angelpunkt (7) drehen.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Zähne (15A,16A), die Einkerbungen (17B) der Backen (15,16) und das genannte Kopfstück (17) quadratische Form aufweisen.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einander gegenüberliegenden Wandflächen der genannten Zähne (15A,16A) der Backen (15,16) mit längsgerichteten Rillen (15C,16C) versehen sind, so daß die Profile der gegenüberliegenden Flächen der Backen (15,16) ein Rillenmuster bilden, das parallel zur Durchlaufrichtung der Einzeldosisbehälter (2) ist.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kopfstück (27) mit Komponenten (9) verbunden ist, die sich um den Angelpunkt (7) drehen.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte Zahn (25A) und die Einkerbung (26B) der Backen (25,26) quadratische Form aufweisen.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Zahn (25A) und jede Einkerbung (26B) der genannten Backen (25,26) auf den einander gegenüberliegenden Flächen mit längsgsrichteten Rillen (25C,26C) versehen sind, so daß ein Rillenmuster mit dem jeweiligen Profil der genannten gegenüberliegenden Flächen der Backen (25,26) gebildet wird, das parallel zur Durchlaufrichtung der Einzeldosisbehälter (2) ist.
