Claims (3)

  1. Luftkarabiner, bestehend aus einem Kipplauf (1), der herkömmlichen Art, bewegt durch einen Kraftarm eines Mechanismus (13), wiederum aus Schwenkärmen bestehend, um eine Feder (2) einer Druckkammer (3), ebenso der herkömmlichen Art und auf der Laufabdeckung gelegen, zusammenzudrücken; dabei besteht besagter Lauf an seinem hinteren Ende aus einer ersten Baugruppe (4), welche, hauptsächlich und beziehungsweise, eine Bohrung aufweist, welche durch einen Zylinderstift (5) durchgehbar ist und ebenso eine Aufnahme (14) eines Riegels (6) aufweist, beide, beziehungsweise, zur Gelenkung und Blockierung einer zweiten Baugruppe (7,8) vorgesehen, welche aus einer Gabel (7), mit einem zylindrischen Endstück (8), formschlüssig zu ebengenannter Druckkammer und durch einen axialen Kanal (20), zylindrischen Querschnitts und mit der Druckkammer (3) verbunden, durchgangen wird, besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß ebengenannte Baugruppen (4) und (7, 8), welche Verbindung, Gelenkung und Zentrierung zwischen, einerseits Lauf (1), andererseits, Druckkammer (3), gewährleisten, beide herkömmlicher Art eines Luftkarabiners mit Kipplauf, durch einen einzigen Spritzpressverfahrenablauf, vornehmlich Sprtitzpressung des geeigneten Werkstsoffes, hauptsächlich Kunststoffes einer geeigneten mechanischen Festigkeit und Dichte und dadurch gekennzeichnet weil ebengenannte Baugruppen Folgendes beinhalten:
    a) Erste Baugruppe (4), solidarisch, mittels Formschluß, zu dem Endstück des Laufes (1), ist und ebengenannten Lauf vollständig ummantelt,
    - eine Bohrung aufweist, die durch den Gelenkstift (5) durchgangen wird,
    - eine Aufnahme (14) aufweist, zur Beinhaltung des Sperriegels (6),
    - eine Bohrung (12) aufweist und zwar zur Feststellung eines Kraftarmes besagten Druckmechanismus (13) von Schwenkärmen,
    - ein hinteres Endstück (16) besagter Ummantelung ebengenannten Laufes und welche ein Teil dessen Querschnitts überstehen läßt.
    b) Zweite Baugruppe (7, 8), formschlüssig zum Vorderteil der Druckkammer (3), vorgesehen und Folgendes beihaltend:
    - Eine Bohrung, auf beide Gabelarme (7) vorgenommen, welche für den Gelenkstift (5) vorgesehen ist;
    - eine Nute, in den zylindrischen teil (8) eingearbeitet, um kreisförmige Mittel (9), der Art eines Rundschnurringes, aufzunehmen und um vorgehende Verbindung abzudichten,
    - Bohrungen, eingearbeitet in den zylindrischen Teil (8), welche durch Stifte (10) durchgegangen werden können; dergleiche Stifte durchgehen ebenso die Druckkammer (3), wodurch Teil (8) und Kolbenauslaufpunkt (27) und Feder (2) festgelegt werden.
    - Auf dem Gabelende (7) befindet sich, zwischen beiden parallelen Seiten (18) dergleichen, eine flache Zwischenseite (19), abgegrenzet mit einer Wandlung (17), welche sich unterhalb einer Bohrung, Endstück des eben genannten Kanals (20), befindet, dessen Wandung, an der an der Bohrung nächstgelegenen Seite, eine Aussparung (17), halbzylindrisch und auf diese Bohrung zentriert, aufweist, um als Stütze des überstehenden Laufendstückes (16), koaxial zum Mittelpunkt besagter Achse (21), ebengenannten Laufes, mit besagten axialen Kanals (20) zu dienen und ebengenanntes über die gegenüberliegende Seite ebengenannter Bohrung axialen Kanals, wobei sich eine gewinkelte Fläche (22), gegenüber dem Blockierungselement (6), bei geschlossenem Karabiner, sich seitlich an genannter Seite (17), über zwei langgezogene Profile (23) erstreckt, welche wiederum die Stufenverbindung zwischen der flachen Zwischenseite (19) und Zentrier- und Verstärkungswirkung zwischen Lauf und Verstärkung bewerkstelligen.
  2. Karabiner, gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zweite Baugruppe, auf den Außenseiten der parallelen Gabel, langgezogene Verstärkungen (26) aufweist, welche sich in einem Bereich um den Gelenkstift (5), zwecks Gelenkung des Karabiners vorgesehen, erstrecken.
  3. Karabiner gemäß Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der axiale Verbindungskanal (20), welcher den zylindrischen Teil zweiter Baugruppe durchgeht, in einem zylindrischen Hohlraum (24) ausmündet, welcher sich am Fuß ebengeannter Gabel befindet und zur Aufnahme einer Dichtung (25) vorgesehen ist, letztere ebenfalls zylindrischer Form, mit einem zentralen Durchgang in der Kanalverlängerung (20), zur inneren Verbindung mit der Druckkammer, leicht zur Gabelgrundebene überstehend.
