Abstract

Afin d'assurer un assemblage angulaire démontable de la lame d'un métier mécanique, une cheville en saillie (2a) agencée sur le montant latéral (1) est serrée par une vis de serrage (5) dans la verge (4) profilée creuse de la lame. La cheville en saillie (2a) comprend un corps plat (7a) formé d'une seule pièce avec le montant latéral (1), qui forme un cadre dans lequel des éléments élastiques (9a) amortisseurs de vibrations qui s'appuient sur la face intérieure du cadre reposent sur une rondelle métallique (8a) qui traverse le cadre et qui est rivée à une enveloppe en tôle métallique (10a) qui entoure avec jeu le côté extérieur du cadre (7a). Sur la partie supérieure de l'enveloppe métallique en U (10a) est rivée une barrette (12) sur laquelle la vis de serrage (5) est comprimée. Le montant latéral (1) n'est ainsi relié à la verge (4) de la lame que par les éléments (9a) amortisseurs de vibrations, ce qui amortit les vibrations entre le montant et la verge et évite des ruptures des matériaux notamment à de hautes vitesses d'exploitation de la machine.

Claims (5)

  1. Lame comportant des liaisons angulaires amovibles entre les montants latéraux (1) et les liteaux (4) constitués de profils creux (3), dans l'espace creux desquels s'engage à la manière d'un tenon dans chaque liaison angulaire un élément saillant (2, 2a, 2b, 2c) relié à un montant latéral et est serré au moyen d'une vis (5), et avec un matériau élastique d'amortissement des oscillations (9, 9a, 9b, 9c) dans les liaisons angulaires pour un mouvement relatif du montant latéral (1) et du liteau (4) sous charge élevée, caractérisée en ce que l'élément saillant (2, 2a, 2b, 2c) est constitué de deux corps rigides (7, 7a, 7b, 7c; 8, 8a, 8b, 8c; 10, 10a, 10b, 10c) séparés l'un de l'autre par au moins un élément élastique d'amortissement des oscillations (9, 9a, 9b, 9c) dont l'un (7, 7a, 7b, 7c) est relié rigidement au montant latéral (1) et dont l'autre corps (8, 8a, 8b, 8c, 10, 10a, 10b, 10c) destiné au serrage dans le profil creux du liteau (4) est réalisé en plusieurs parties et traverse transversalement ledit corps précité, l'entoure en outre avec un certain jeu de l'extérieur et est relié élastiquement à celui-ci, séparé par ledit au moins un élément élastique d'amortissement des oscillations (9, 9a, 9b, 9c), la partie traversant transversalement (8, 8a, 8b, 8c) étant reliée solidement, par exemple par rivetage, à la partie (10, 10a, 10b, 10c) entourant de l'extérieur ledit corps avec un certain jeu.
  2. Lame selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le corps relié rigidement au montant latéral (1) est réalisé sous forme de châssis rectangulaire plan en une pièce (7, 7a, 7b) et que la partie traversant transversalement celui-ci du corps en plusieurs pièces destiné au serrage, est réalisé sous forme de corps de disque plat (8, 8a, 8b) plus petit que le châssis et disposé dans celui-ci concentriquement avec un espace intermédiaire qui, avec son pourtour extérieur s'applique contre au moins un élément d'amortissement des oscillations (9, 9a, 9b) disposé dans l'espace intermédiaire et est relié solidement, par exemple par rivetage, à une enveloppe en tôle (10, 10a, 10b) entourant de l'extérieur le châssis avec un certain jeu.
  3. Lame selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'un corps de disque rectangulaire plat (8) s'applique contre un élément d'amortissement des oscillations (9) en forme de châssis remplissant l'espace intermédiaire ou qu'un corps de disque rectangulaire (8a) disposé dans le châssis (7a) en angle s'applique contre quatre éléments d'amortissement des oscillations (9a) présentant respectivement des espaces intermédiaires triangulaires dans les coins triangulaires et arrondis remplissant les coins de châssis côté intérieur, ou qu'un corps de disque "en forme d'étoile" (8b) avec des flancs en arc de cercle s'applique contre quatre éléments d'amortissement des oscillations (9b) en forme de disque circulaire remplissant les espaces intermédiaires dans les coins de châssis.
  4. Lame selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le corps relié rigidement au montant latéral est réalisé sous forme de corps rectangulaire plat (7c) avec des perçages cylindriques (17) traversant celui-ci transversalement, et en ce que la partie traversant celui-ci transversalement du corps (8, 10) réalisé en plusieurs parties, destiné au serrage, est constitué d'un nombre, correspondant au nombre des perçages existants (17), de boulons cylindriques (8c) à diamètre plus petit disposés concentriquement dans les perçages, qui s'appliquent respectivement contre des éléments annulaires d'amortissement des oscillations (9c) remplissant l'espace intermédiaire et qui sont reliés solidement, par exemple par rivetage, à une enveloppe en tôle (10c) entourant de l'extérieur avec un certain jeu le corps (7c) dans lequel sont ménagés les perçages (17).
  5. Lame selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la partie présentant une enveloppe en tôle et entourant de l'extérieur avec un certain jeu le corps (7, 7a, 7b, 7c) relié rigidement au montant latéral (1) est constituée d'une tôle (10, 10a, 10b, 10c) entourant le corps précité (7) sur trois côtés sous forme de U et d'une baguette (12) rivetée ou soudée sur le quatrième côté entre les bords de tôle, contre laquelle est pressée la vis de serrage (5) pour serrer l'élément en saillie (2, 2a, 2b, 2c) formé au montant latéral dans le liteau (4), de préférence suivant une inclinaison au montant latéral (1) et contre une face inclinée (13) réalisée à la baguette.
