Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Selbstklebeetikett sowie ein zylindrisches oder prismatisches Behältnis mit einem Selbstklebeetikett gemäß dem ersten Teil der Ansprüche 1 bzw. 6.
Ein Selbstklebeetikett dieser Art ist aus der DE-A-29 29 659 bekannt. Das bekannte Etikett ist durch eine Schwächungslinie in zwei Teile geteilt. Es ist eine Schutzfolie vorgesehen, die die Klebstoffschicht des zweigeteilten Etiketts abdeckt. Auch diese Schutzfolie ist durch eine Perforation in zwei Teile unterteilt, wobei jedoch die Perforation der Schutzfolie versetzt zur Schwächungslinie des Etiketts verläuft. Das bekannte Etikett wird so verarbeitet, daß ein Schutzfolienbereich abgezogen und das Etikett dann mit dem freiliegenden Haftmittel an einer Flasche angeklebt wird. Daraufhin kann das Etikett an der Schwächungslinie getrennt werden, und der abgetrennte Teil kann beispielsweise in eine Dokumentationsunterlage eingeklebt werden.
Derartige Etiketten benötigen viel Platz, da gewissermaßen zwei Informationsträger nebeneinander angeordnet sind. Für kleine Behältnisse, wie beispielsweise medizinische Ampullen, ist das bekannte Etikett nicht geeignet. Da die Schutzfolie in zwei Etappen von Hand abgelöst werden muß, eignet sich das Etikett auch nicht für ein maschinelles Aufspenden auf ein Behältnis.
Aus der GB-A-2 209 148 ist ein Selbstklebeetikett bekannt, das aus einer selbstklebenden Basisschicht besteht, auf der eine zweite selbstklebende Schicht angeordnet ist. Die zweite selbstklebende Schicht besteht aus zwei durch eine Perforierung getrennten Abschnitten. An der Stelle an der der kleinere der beiden Abschnitte der zweiten Selbstklebeschicht liegt, ist die Basisschicht mit einem Silikonlack bedruckt, sodaß der darüber liegende Abschnitt leicht abgetrennt werden kann.
Aus der DE-A-36 25 904 ist desweiteren ein Selbstklebeetikett bekannt, bei dem zwei ein Druckbild aufweisende Selbstklebefolien unter Zwischenschaltung einer Glattschicht übereinander angeordnet sind. Nach dem automatischen Aufspenden des Selbstklebeetiketts auf ein Behältnis kann das obere Etikett entfernt und beispielsweise in eine Dokumentationsunterlage eingeklebt werden. Die Information über den Inhalt des Behältnisses wird danach auf dem unteren Etikett sichtbar. Diese bekannte Selbstklebeetikett ist zwar platzsparend, bei dem Etikettieren von sehr kleinen Behältnissen mit einem sehr kleinen Krümmungsradius hat es sich jedoch gezeigt, daß an den Etikettenrändern Spuren von Klebstoff austreten. Diese sind darauf zurückzuführen, daß bei dem Anordnen des Etiketts auf einem Behältnis mit sehr kleinem Krümmungsradius die beiden Etikettenlagen eine unterschiedliche Dehnung erfahren. Dieser Klebstoffaustritt wird insbesondere im medizinischen Bereich als störend empfunden. Darüber hinaus ist die Herstellung des aus verschiedenen Schichten bestehenden Etiketts aufwendig und teuer.
Aus der EP-A-0 239 273 ist ein Selbstklebeetikett nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1 bekannt, das aus zwei durch eine Perforation getrennten Abschnitten besteht. Der erste Abschnitt soll dauerhauft mit einem Behältnis verbunden werden, während der zweite Abschnitt nach Durchtrennen der Perforation von dem Behältnis entfernt werden soll. Um eine feste Adhäsion zwischen dem abzutrennenden zweiten Abschnitt und seinem ihn tragenden Untergrund zu vermeiden, ist vorgeschlagen, daß für den abtrennbaren zweiten Abschnitt ein Klebstoff mit geringer Klebkraft verwendet wird oder daß die Selbstklebeschicht des zweiten Abschnitts mit einem dünnen Ölfilm bedruckt wird, um seine Klebekraft herabzusetzen. Das Etikett kann um das Behältnis geschlagen werden, sodaß es sich ganz oder teilweise mit sich selbst überlappt. Durch die Verwendung eines Klebstoffes mit einer geringen Klebkraft oder durch das Bedrucken der Selbstklebeschicht des abzutrennenden Abschnitts mit einem Ölfilm ist zwar sichergestellt, daß der abzutrennende Abschnitt ohne Beschädigung seines Untergrundes von dem etikettierten Behältnis entfernt werden kann. Durch die genannten Maßnahmen folgt jedoch zwangsläufig, daß der abgetrennte Abschnitt des Etiketts auch dann eine geringe Klebkraft aufweist, wenn er beispielsweise in einer Dokumentationsunterlage oder an einem Gegenstand, beispielsweise einer Spritze, angebracht werden soll, vorallem da seine Klebkraft durch den ersten Klebevorgang auf dem Behältnis geschwächt ist und somit beim zweiten Klebevorgang eine noch geringere Klebekraft zu Verfügung steht. Die Befestigung des abtrennbaren Abschnitts an einem anderen Ort ist daher unsicher.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Selbstklebeetikett der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, das besonders für die Etikettierung von kleinen, einen geringen Krümmungsradius aufweisenden Behältnissen geeignet ist, wobei sichergestellt sein soll, daß ein Klebstoffaustritt am Rande des Etiketts vermieden ist. Das Etikett gemäß der Erfindung soll darüberhinaus einfach und daher kostengünstig herzustellen sein.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch ein Selbstklebeetikett gemäß Anspruch 1 gelöst.
Das Selbstklebeetikett gemäß der Erfindung kann maschinell verarbeitet werden, wobei es um ein zylindrisches oder prismatisches Behältnis gelegt wird. Da es eine Länge aufweist, die größer als der Umfang des Behältnisses ist, überlappt sich das Etikett gewissermaßen mit sich selbst. Durch die Maßnahme gemäß der Erfindung ist sichergestellt, daß der abtrennbare Abschnitt auf den Bereich zu liegen kommt, der mit einer klebstoffabweisenden Glattschicht versehen ist. In diesem Bereich kann der abtrennbare Abschnitt bei Bedarf abgehoben und nach dem Abtrennen beispielsweise in eine Dokumentationsunterlage eingeklebt oder an einer Injektionsspritze befestigt werden, in die der Inhalt des Behältnisses aufgezogen worden ist.
Da der mehrlagige Etikettenaufbau erst bei der Applikation des Etiketts auf ein Behältnis zustande kommt, besteht keine Gefahr, daß durch die unterschiedliche Biegung von mehreren Schichten an den Rändern Klebstoff austritt.
Die Herstellung des Selbstklebeetiketts nach der Erfindung ist besonders kostengünstig, da es nur aus einer einzigen selbstklebenden Etikettlage besteht.
Nach einer weiteren vorteilhatten Ausgestaltung ist vorgesehen, daß der abtrennbare Abschnitt eine Perforierung aufweist. Diese kann vorteilhafterweise im Zuge des Stanzvorganges hergestellt werden, der ohnehin bei der Etikettenherstellung vorgesehen ist.
Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein zylindrisches oder prismatisches Behältnis mit einem Selbstklebeetikett, das mindestens einen abtrennbaren Abschnitt und Mittel aufweist zur lösbaren Verbindung zwischen dem abtrennbaren Abschnitt und dem den abtrennbaren Abschnitt tragenden Untergrund. Das Behältnis ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Selbstklebeetikett ausschließlich an dem dem abtrennbaren Abschnitt entgegengesetzten Ende mindestens einen Bereich mit einer Klebstoff abweisenden Glattschicht aufweist, daß die Glattschicht aus einer Silikonlackierung besteht, die durch Drucken aufgebracht ist, daß das Selbstklebeetikett von der Außenkante des abtrennbaren Abschnitts bis zur Außenkante des die Glattschicht aufweisenden Bereichs eine Abmessung hat, die größer als der einfache und kleiner als der zweifache Umfang des Behältnisses ist, daß der Abstand zwischen dem innenliegenden Rand des abtrennbaren Abschnitts und der Außenkante des entgegengesetzten Endes des Etiketts größer als der Umfang des Behältnisses ist, und daß der Abstand zwischen dem innenliegenden Rand des die Glattschicht aufweisenden Bereichs und der Außenkante des abtrennbaren Abschnitts kleiner als der Umfang des Behältnisses ist.
Durch diese Maßnahme ist sichergestellt, daß der abtrennbare Abschnitt nicht auf Teile des Etiketts gelangt, die keine dehäsive Glattschicht aufweisen. Vielmehr ist gewährleistet, daß das Ende des abtrennbaren Abschnitts in ausreichendem Abstand zu dem Bereich des Etikettes liegt, der nicht mit der klebstoffabweisenden Glattschicht versehen ist.
Um das Abtrennen des abtrennbaren Abschnitts zu erleichtern ist vorgesehen, daß dieser mindestens eine klelsstofffreie Anfaßlasche aufweist.
Der abtrennbare Abschnitt kann durch eine Stanzung in zwei oder mehrere Teile unterteilt werden, so daß nach dem Abtrennen die Information über den Inhalt des Behältnisses an mehreren Stellen, wie beispielsweise einer Dokumentationsunterlage und an einer mit dem Inhalt des Behältnisses gefüllten Injektionsspritze zur Verfügung gestellt werden kann. Diese Stanzung kann ebenso wie die Perforation des abtrennbaren Abschnitts während des bei der Etikettenherstellung üblichen Stanzprozesses vorgenommen werden.
Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand des in den Figuren 1 und 2 schematisch dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert.

In Figur 1 ist mit dem Bezugszeichen 1 das Selbstklebeetikett als Ganzes bezeichnet. Das Selbstklebeetikett 1 ist rechteckig und weist einen Endbereich 3 auf, der mit einem dehäsiven Lack bedruckt ist. Der Bereich 3 ist durch eine Schrägschraffierung angedeutet. Unterhalb der dehäsiven Lackschicht des Bereichs 3 kann ein Aufdruck vorgesehen sein (in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellt).
Der zentrale Bereich des Selbstklebeetiketts enthält mehrere Aufdrucke, die Aufschluß geben über den Hersteller und den Inhalt des Eiketts. Diese Aufdrucke sind durch die Buchstaben YZ beziehungsweise AB angedeutet. Im zentralen Bereich ist ebenfalls eine Chargennummer aufgedruckt, die durch die Buchstabenfolge "XM" angedeutet ist. An dem Ende, das dem die Glattschicht aufweisenden Bereich 3 gegenüberliegt, ist die Etikettbahn mit einer Perforation 6 versehen. Der Abschnitt des Etiketts, der zwischen der Perforation 6 und der Außenkante 4 des Etiketts liegt, kann durch Einreißen der Perforation abgetrennt werden.
Dieser Abschnitt ist durch eine quer zur Perforationslinie 6 verlaufende Stanzung in zwei Teile, 2a und 2b unterteilt. Die Stanzung 9 durchtrennt die Etikettfolie vollständig, so daß die Teile 2a und 2b des abtrennbaren Abschnittes voneinander unabhängig sind.
Die Teile 2a und 2b tragen im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel die gleichen Aufdrucke, die symbolisiert sind durch die Buchstabenfolgen "AB" beziehungsweise "XM", die die gleiche Bedeutung wie die entsprechenden Buchstabenfolgen aus dem zentralen Teil des Etiketts haben. Jeweils eine Ecke 8a beziehungsweise 8b der Teile 2a und 2b des abtrennbaren Abschnitts sind an ihrer Rückseite klebstofffrei, so daß die Teile zum Zwecke des Abreißens leicht gegriffen werden können.
Zur Herstellung des in Figur 1 gezeigten Etiketts wird eine selbstklebende Obermaterialbahn mit einer silikonisierten Trägerfolie (nicht gezeigt) zusammenlaminiert. Die Obermaterialbahn wird mit dehäsivem Silikonlack jeweils in dem Bereich 3 bedruckt. Mittels eines Druckwerkes werden auf dem Etikett die Aufdrucke angebracht, die durch die Buchstaben "YZ" beziehungsweise "AB" symbolisiert sind, in diesem Stadium der Herstellung wird die Chargennummer "XM" noch nicht angebracht.
Danach durchläuft das Laminat eine Stanzeinrichtung, bei der die in Figur 1 dargestellten rechteckigen Etikette ausgestanzt werden. Gleichzeitig wird in der Stanzeinrichtung die Perforationsstanzung 6 sowie die Stanzung 9 angebracht. Der das Etikett umgebende Bereich der Obermaterialbahn wird in Form eines Gitters abgezogen. Die auf diese Weise hergestellten Selbstklebeetiketten stehen auf der Trägerfolie (nicht dargestellt) zur maschinellen Bearbeitung zur Verfügung.
Hierzu wird die Trägerfolie über eine Spendelippe gezogen, wobei sich die Selbstklebeetiketten 1 von der Trägerfolie abheben, von einer Andrückwalze gegriffen und maschinell auf ein Behältnis aufetikettiert werden. Bei diesem Vorgang erhält das Selbstklebeetikett 1 Stempelaufdrucke mit der Chargennummer, die in Figur 1 durch die Buchstabenfolge "XM" angedeutet sind. Das Selbstklebeetikett 1 gelangt zuerst mit dem die Glattschicht aufweisenden Bereich 3 auf ein Arzneimittelbehältnis, wobei der an seiner Rückseite freiliegende Klebstoff sofort für eine Verbindung zwischen dem Behältnis und dem Selbstklebeetikett sorgt. Unter Drehung des Arzneimittelbehältnisses wird das Selbstklebeetikett 1 um das Arzneimittelbehältnis gelegt. Da es in der Förderrichtung länger als der Umfang des Arzneimittelbehältnisses ist, gelangt der abtrennbare Abschnitt 2a, 2b auf den mit der dehäsiven Lackschicht versehenen Bereich 3.
Die räumliche gegenseitige Anordnung der verschiedenen Etikettbereiche ist anhand der Figur 2 veranschaulicht, die ein zu einem Zylinder zusammengelegtes Etikett zeigt, so wie das Etikett um ein Behältnis geschlagen ist. Aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit der Darstellung ist jedoch in Figur 2 das Behältnis selbst nicht gezeigt.
Wie aus Figur 2 zu erkennen ist, liegt der abtrennbare Abschnitt 2a und 2b auf dem dehäsiven Bereich 3. Der abtrennbare Abschnitt 2a, 2b haftet daher mit seiner auf der Rückseite freiliegenden Klebstoffschicht leicht auf dem Bereich 3, so daß er nicht von dem Behältnis absteht. Er kann jedoch leicht von diesem abgehoben werden, wozu klebsfofffreie Grifflaschen 8a und 8b besonders hilfreich sind. Wird an dem Abschnitt 2a in Richtung des Pfeiles P gezogen, so durchtrennt sich die Perforation 6 und der Abschnitt 2a, der alle wichtigen Informationen über den Inhalt des Behältnisses ebenso wie die Chargennummer enthält, kann abgenommen werden und - gewissermaßen mit einem Handgriff - an einem anderen Ort wie beispielsweise einer Injektionsspritze mit seiner Selbstklebeschicht befestigt werden. In gleicher Weise wird mit dem Abschnitt 2b verfahren.
Das Selbstklebeetikett gemäß der Erfindung kann auch nach seiner Fertigstellung in allen wichtigen Abschnitten mit einem die Chargennummer wiedergebenden Stempelaufdruck versehen werden.
Der Abstand c zwischen der Kante 5, d.h. der Kante, an der der dehäsive Bereich 3 liegt, und der Perforationslinie 6 ist größer als der Umfang des Behältnisses, während der Abstand b zwischen der Grenzlinie 7 und der Außenkante 4 des abtrennbaren Abschnitts kleiner als der Umfang des zu etikettierenden Behältnisses ist. Die Gesamtlänge a liegt zwischen dem einfachen und dem doppelten Behältnisumfang.

Claims (6)

  1. Selbstklebeetikett zur Etikettierung von zylindrischen oder prismatischen Behältnissen mit mindestens einem abtrennbaren Abschnitt (2a, 2b) und mit Mitteln zur lösbaren Verbindung zwischen dem abtrennbaren Abschnitt (2a, 2b) und dem den abtrennbaren Abschnitt (2a, 2b) tragenden Untergrund, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ausschließlich an dem dem abtrennbaren Abschnitt entgegengesetzten Endbereich (3) eine klebstoffabweisende Glattschicht aufweist, daß die Glattschicht aus einer Silikonlackierung besteht, die durch Drucken aufgebracht ist, und daß der abtrennbare Abschnitt (2a, 2b) derart dimensioniert ist, daß seine lösbare Verbindung zum Untergrund ausschließlich auf dem die Glattschicht aufweisenden Endbereich (3) anzuordnen ist.
  2. Selbstklebeetikett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aus einer einzigen selbstklebenden Etikettenlage besteht.
  3. Selbstklebeetikett nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der abtrennbare Abschnitt (2a, 2b) eine Perforierung (6) aufweist.
  4. Selbstklebeetikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der abtrennbare Abschnitt (2a, 2b) mindestens eine Anfaßlasche (8a, 8b) aufweist.
  5. Selbstklebeetikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der abtrennbare Abschnitt (2a, 2b) durch eine Stanzung (9) unterteilt ist.
  6. Zylindrisches oder prismatisches Behältnis mit einem Selbstklebeetikett, das mindestens einen abtrennbaren Abschnitt (2a, 2b) und Mittel aufweist, zur lösbaren Verbindung zwischen dem abtrennbaren Abschnitt (2a, 2b) und dem den abtrennbaren Abschnitt tragenden Untergrund, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Selbstklebeetikett ausschließlich an dem dem abtrennbaren Abschnitt entgegengesetzten Ende mindestens einen Bereich (3) mit einer klebstoffabweisenden Glattschicht aufweist, daß die Glattschicht aus einer Silikonlackierung besteht, die durch Drucken aufgebracht ist, daß das Selbstklebeetikett von der Außenkante (4) des abtrennbaren Abschnitts (2a, 2b) bis zur Außenkante (5) des die Glattschicht aufweisenden Bereichs (3) eine Abmessung (a) hat, die größer als der einfache und kleiner als der zweifache Umfang des Behältnisses ist, daß der Abstand (c) zwischen dem innenliegenden Rand (6) des abtrennbaren Abschnitts (2a, 2b) und der Außenkante (5) des entgegengesetzten Endes des Selbstklebeetiketts größer als der Umfang des Behältnisses ist, und daß der Abstand (b) zwischen dem innenliegenden Rand (7) des die Glattschicht aufweisenden Bereichs (3) und der Außenkante (4) des abtrennbaren Abschnitts (2a, 2b) kleiner als der Umfang des Behältnisses ist.
