Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Palettenbehälter aus Kunststoff für Flüssigkeiten mit je einer verschließbaren Einfüll- und Auslaßöffnung, der zu Stapelzwecken von einem Traggerüst umgeben ist, das aus einer am Kunststoffbehälter eng anliegenden, einen Blechmantel mit angeschraubtem Deckel und einen Boden aufweisenden Hülle besteht, die auf einer Flachpalette befestigt ist, wobei Ausnehmungen in der Hülle den Zutritt zu der Einfüll- und Auslaßöffnung des Behälters freigeben.
- Bei einem derartigen, aus der DE 34 18 301 A1 bekannten Palettenbehälter ist der Deckel an den vier geraden, oberen Randabschnitten des Behältermantels über omegaförmige Blechprofilstreifen mittels Schrauben und Muttern lösbar befestigt. Die Befestigung des Deckels an dem Blechmantel mittels vier Blechprofilstreifen, die gesondert hergestellt werden müssen, ist verhältnismäßig aufwendig.
- Ein weiterer auf dem Markt befindlicher Palettenbehälter der gattungsgemäßen Art mit einem rechteckigen Blechmantel, bei dem der Deckel über einen umlaufenden Blechprofilstreifen mit einem Haarklammerprofil mit dem Blechmantel verschraubt ist, wobei der Blechmantel durch Recken eines längsgeschweißten Blechrohres mit einem auf dem oberen Rohrrand durch Punktschweißung befestigten Profilring hergestellt wird, bringt zwar gegenüber dem Palettenbehälter nach der DE 34 18 301 A1 eine Vereinfachung, benötigt jedoch immer noch einen gesondert anzufertigenden Blechprofilstreifen, der auf einem Längsrand des rechteckigen Blechzuschnitts als Ausgangsmaterial für das zu reckende Rohr festgeschweißt wird.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Deckelbefestigung des gattungsgemäßen Palettenbehälters im Hinblick auf eine verbilligte Serienfertigung weiter zu vereinfachen.
- Diese Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch einen Palettenbehälter mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1.
- Der erfindungsgemäße Palettenbehälter stellt eine einfache und zweckmäßige Lösung der vorgegebenen Aufgabe dar.
- Die Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung im einzelnen erläutert. Es zeigt

- Der Palettenbehälter 1 nach den Fign. 1 und 2 weist einen aus Kunststoff (PE) geblasenen Innenbehälter 2, der in einer Blechhülle aus einem an dem Innenbehälter 2 eng anliegenden Blechmantel 3 mit einem angeschraubten Deckel 4 und einem angeschweißten Boden 5 sitzt, sowie eine Flachpalette 6 aus Holz auf, auf der der Blechmantel 3 festgeschraubt ist. Der Innenbehälter 2 weist in der Mitte seiner Decke 7 eine mit einem Schraubdeckel 8 verschließbare Einfüllöffnung 9 und an der Stirnwand 10 im Bodenbereich eine mit einem Schraubdeckel 11 verschließbare Auslaßöffnung 12 auf. Im Bereich der Einfüll- 9 und Auslaßöffnung 12 sind der Deckel 4 und der Blechmantel 3 entsprechend ausgespart. Der Kunststoff-Innenbehälter 2 wird durch eine elastische Stützschale 13 aus Kunststoff abgestützt, die formschlüssig zwischen dem unteren abgerundeten Rand des Innenbehälters 2 und dem Blechmantel 3 sowie dem Boden 5 sitzt.
- Der obere umlaufende Rand des Blechmantels 3 ist als Dreifach-Falzrand 14 ausgebildet, der durch ein zweifaches Falzen des oberen Mantelrandes hergestellt wird. Der Dreifach-Falzrand 14 weist gestanzte Langlöcher 15 auf. Zur Befestigung des Deckels 4 am Blechmantel 3 werden Kreuzschlitzschrauben 16 verwendet, die die Langlöcher 15 in dem Dreifach-Falzrand 14 und einfache Löcher 18 in dem hochgezogenen Rand 17 des in den Blechmantel 3 abgesenkten Deckels 4 durchsetzen und in an der Innenseite des Deckelrandes 17 angeschweißte Gewindehülsen 19 oder Muttern eingeschraubt sind.
- Der Deckel 4 deckt mit einem an den hochgezogenen Rand 17 angeformten Rollrand 20 den Dreifach-Falzrand 14 des Blechmantels 3 ab.
- Bei der Herstellung des Blechmantels 3 aus einem längsverschweißten Rohr auf einer Reckpresse fließt durch das Recken der Seitenwände 21, 22, der Stirnwand 23 und der Rückwand 24 das Gefüge des Blechmaterials so, daß die abgerundeten Ecken 25 des aus verzinktem Stahlblech bestehenden Blechmantels 3 Säulen bilden, die in der Lage sind, das Gewicht der darüber gestapelten Palettenbehälter mit Inhalt zu tragen.
- Der für den Einsatz des Palettenbehälters als Mehrwegbehälter erforderliche Austausch des Kunststoff-Innenbehälters kann nach Lösen der Deckelschrauben und Abnahme des Deckels von dem Blechmantel einfach und schnell vorgenommen werden.
Claims (2)
- Palettenbehälter aus Kunststoff für Flüssigkeiten mit je einer verschließbaren Einfüll- und Auslaßöffnung, der zu Stapelzwecken von einem Traggerüst umgeben ist, das aus einer am Kunststoffbehälter eng anliegenden, einen Blechmantel mit angeschraubtem Deckel und einen Boden aufweisenden Hülle besteht, die auf einer Flachpalette befestigt ist, wobei Ausnehmungen in der Hülle den Zutritt zu der Einfüll- und Auslaßöffnung des Behälters freigeben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Rand des Blechmantels (3) als Mehrfach-Falzrand, vorzugsweise Dreifach-Falzrand (14) ausgebildet ist, mit dem der Deckel (4) verschraubt ist.
- Palettenbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsschrauben (16) gestanzte Langlöcher (15) im Dreifach-Falzrand (14) des Blechmantels (3) und einfache Löcher (18) im Rand (17) des Deckels (4) durchsetzen und in Gewindehülsen (19) oder Muttern eingeschraubt sind, die an der Innenseite des Deckelrandes (17) angeschweißt sind.
