Description

本发明涉及一种用于盛装液体、设有各一个可封闭的注入口和排出口、用塑料制成的带底托容器，为了可以堆放它由一个箱架围住，该箱架由一个紧贴塑料容器、具有一个用螺栓固定顶盖的薄板外壳和一个底板的护罩构成，它被固定在一个平面底托上，其中护罩内的空隙开通容器注入口和排出口的通路。
在这种由德国专利DE3418301Al已知的带底托容器中，顶盖是通过欧米茄形成型板条用螺栓和螺母可拆卸地固定在容器外壳的上侧四段直边棱上。顶盖在薄板外壳上的固定必须使用四个特制的成型板条，这种结构是较贵的。
在市场上还可见一种此类带底托的容器，它带有一个矩形的薄板外壳，其中顶盖是通过一个环绕的、具有发夹断面的成型板条与薄板外壳用螺栓拧紧的，薄板外壳通过对一个纵向焊接的薄板管连同一个经点焊固定在上侧管周缘上的成型环拉伸制成。这种带底托的容器虽然与德国专利DE3418301所述带底托的容器相比已有简化，但总还须有一个要特制的成型板条焊接在矩形板材的纵向边缘上作为要拉伸管的原材料。
本发明的任务是对这类带底托容器的顶盖固定从降低批量生产费用的角度来考虑进一步加以简化。
该任务通过具有下述特征的带底托容器来达到，即在此时将薄板外壳的上侧边棱设置成多重折边，最好是三重折边，顶盖则与它用螺 栓连接。
根据本发明的带底托容器提供了一种对前述任务简单而有效的解决方案。

按图1和图2所示的带底托容器1具有一个塑料（聚乙烯）吹制的内容器2，它处在一个薄板护罩内，该护罩则由一个紧贴内容器2的薄板外壳3连同一个用螺栓拧紧的顶盖4和一个焊接底板5组成，它还具有一个木制的平面底托6，薄板外壳3用螺栓固定在上述底托的上面。内容器2在其顶板7的中心有一个可用一个螺旋盖8封闭的注入口9，在其底部区域前壁10则有一个可用一个螺旋盖11封闭的排出口12。在注入口9和排出口12的区域顶盖4和薄板外壳3均相应地留有空隙。塑料内容器2由一个弹性的塑料托盘13来支承。该托盘紧贴在内容器2的下部倒圆角的边棱和薄板外壳3以及底板5之间。
薄板外壳3的上侧围绕边棱设置成三重折边14的形状，它通过对上侧外壳边棱的两次折边加工制成。在三重折边14上具有冲出的长孔15。为将顶盖4固定在薄板外壳3上使用十字头螺栓16，它穿过三重折边14上的长孔15和沉入薄板外壳3内顶盖4的拉高边棱17上单一孔18并拧入焊在顶盖边棱17内侧的螺套19或螺母内。
顶盖4借助一个设置在拉高边棱上的卷边20盖住薄板外壳3的三重折边14。
用纵向焊接管在延伸压力机上制造薄板外壳3时，板材的结构通过对侧壁21，22，前壁23和后壁24的拉伸这样变形，使由镀锌钢板构成的薄板外壳3的倒圆角25成为支柱，此时能够支撑在其上堆装的带底托容器连同内装物的重量。
对于将这种带底托的容器作为多用途容器使用时所需塑料内容器的更换，可以在拧出顶盖螺栓并从薄板外壳上取下顶盖后，简单而迅速地进行。

Claims (2)

1、一种用于盛装液体、设有各一个可封闭的注入口和排出口、用塑料制成的带底托容器，为了可以堆放它由一个箱架围住，该箱架由一个紧贴塑料容器、具有一个用螺栓固定顶盖的薄板外壳和一个底板的护罩构成它被固定在一个平面底托上，其中护罩内的空隙开通容器注入口和排出口的通路，其特征是，薄板外壳(3)的上侧边棱设置成多重折边，最好是三重折边(14)，顶盖(4)则与它用螺栓连接。
2、按权利要求1所述的带底托容器，其特征是，固定螺栓（16）穿过在薄板外壳（3）的三重折边（14）上冲出的长孔（15）和顶盖（4）的边棱（17）上的单一孔（18）并拧入焊在顶盖边棱（17）内侧的螺套（19）或螺母内。
