Definitions

  • the invention relates to a mine with an active body in an active body holder and a stand frame, the active body coupled to a drive can leave the active body holder upwards or laterally and the active body holder and stand frame are connected to one another via a cardan joint.
  • a standing device for an air-displaceable mine is known according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a cardanic suspension between the mine housing and expandable support legs ensures that the mine is aligned vertically in the gravitational field even on uneven terrain, and that the mine is transported vertically upwards when starting from the lurking position.
  • the field that can be fought from above by such a mine is always a circle with the active body holder as the center.
  • active bodies or mines are also known in which the active bodies are designed as a (projectile-forming) shaped charge. They have no drive and no active body holder, from which the active bodies can be driven out under the force of the drive.
  • the active body according to DE-A-3 720 672 can be pivoted according to a predetermined fixed elevation angle about a horizontal axis until it rests against a stop and can be rotated about a vertical axis by means of an additional motor, so that an all-round search is possible.
  • a rotary movement about a vertical axis is also possible by means of a motor and a pivoting movement about a horizontal axis by means of a further motor.
  • the object of the invention is to increase the performance of a known surface defense mine by increasing the area controllable by a mine without making any significant changes to the concept of the surface defense mine.
  • a mine of the type mentioned at the outset which is characterized in that at least one actuator which can be moved in the vertical direction is present between the active body holder and the stand structure is, by which the inclination of the active body holder and thus also the starting direction of the active body defined by the mine axis can be changed, but the actuator does not initially affect the setting of the equilibrium position of the active body in the gravitational field when the mine is set up or raised.
  • This relatively simple and reliable measure does not change the "basic corner" within which an active body that has risen to the top can independently search for and fight the object, but this circle can be moved.
  • the circular, initially line-like target area around the stand scaffold can be widened into a band.
  • the enlargement of the search field is not bought by other disadvantages.
  • the field controllable by the mine has become considerably larger as a result of the measure according to the invention. Within this larger area, the mine goes into the "right" field for which it is optimally designed.
  • the field of application could also be enlarged; however, this would also require more power and lead to an undesirable increase in the time between the start of the mine and the detonation of the load.
  • the mine axis is inclined by, for example, +/- 15 ° in two directions perpendicular to one another or when the two inclinations are combined, the area to be combated can be more than triple without the mine having to be transported higher and without reducing the accuracy of the hit.
  • the active charge makes a circular movement as it descends and is attached to the parachute in such a way that it looks at the earth at a certain angle to the vertical while it is still rotating.
  • the actuator according to the invention can be designed differently. In the simplest case, it only causes a one-time, predetermined change of direction. In the case of a more complex design, two linearly independent actuators are mounted in such a way that a certain inclination of the active body holder and thus also the mine axis can be set for each desired direction.
  • the actuator is also intended to exert a damping effect or can be connected to a damping element.
  • a comparison member can be saved with a regulated setting of a certain mine inclination, since the mine is always predetermined by the freely suspended mine, as long as the pendulum movements are negligible.
  • an adjusting mechanism (motor) is additionally provided between the stand and the active body holder, as a result of which an active body that does not start vertically can be aligned in an adjustable direction.
  • FIG. 1 shows a simplified view of an erected surface defense mine with the active body starting upwards in a lurking position
  • the dash-dotted lines indicate the position of the active body and active body holder after an actuator has come into action.
  • the mine essentially consists of three parts, active body 1, active body holder 2 and stand structure 3, the active body holder 2 and the stand structure 3 being connected via a cardan joint 4.
  • the erecting elements 5 of the stand scaffold 3 are folded onto the mine body.
  • the mine body 1 is raised after landing so that it hangs freely in the gimbal joint 4 and the active body axis 7 is oriented practically vertically even on uneven terrain.
  • the actuators 8, 8 ' are offset at an angle of 90 °.
  • the active body holder 2 tilts about the axes 9, 9' of the gimbal joint 4.
  • the actuators 8, 8 ' are movable pistons by pyrotechnic charges, which move upwards or downwards from the central position can move and then remain in this position.
  • the mine axis can thus be inclined around the stand structure by 15 ° in one of eight directions, each 45 ° different.
  • the command of which actuator should be moved in the vertical direction is generated by the electronics of the mine. Sensors, which are installed by the mine and feed signals into the mine electronics via sensor lines 10, can be used to determine the direction in which the object to be combated is to be sought.
  • the rocket motor 11 is only started after the setting has been made; the active body 1 is transported closer to the object to be controlled, i.e. the object will be better and longer in the mine search circle than if the mine had started vertically upwards as before.
  • the target area can be enlarged in two directions according to the invention.
  • the actuators 8, 8 ' By means of the actuators 8, 8 ', the inclination of the active body holder 2 (active body axis 7') can be changed when firing up or down.
  • the mass distribution is rotationally symmetrical to the axis 12 and due to the cardan joint 4, the active body holder 2 '(with a sufficiently low center of gravity) is initially horizontal.
  • the active body holder 2 ' is also rotatable about the axis 12 in this embodiment.
  • the invention results in a circular, band-like, extended area.
