Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Prüfeinrichtung für Fehlerstromschutzschalter gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a test device for residual current circuit breakers according to the preamble of claim 1.
Eine derartige Prüfeinrichtung, die aus der DE-PS 26 18 295 bekannt geworden ist, wird bei Fehlerstromschutzschaltern benötigt, um die Funktionssicherheit und -bereitschaft des Fehlerstromauslösers zu prüfen. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß über einen Prüfwiderstand von einer Phase zur anderen, unter Umgehung des Summenstromwandlers, ein Strompfad, nämlich der Hilfsstromkreis, beim Drücken der Prüftaste geschlossen wird. Die mit der Erfindung erzielten Vorteile bestehen darin, daß der Aufwand an Teilen für die Funktionen "Hilfsstromkreis" und "Kontaktstellungsanzeige" vermindert werden konnte, womit der Einsatz mit diesen Funktionseinheiten in Fehlerstromschutzschaltern in Schmalbauweise ermöglicht wird. Vorteilhafterweise wird bei der Kombination der Prüfeinrichtung mit einer Kontaktstellungsanzeigevorrichtung eine Biegefeder, welche die Kontaktstellungsanzeigevorrichtung betätigt, gleichzeitig als schaltstellungsabhängiges Kontaktelement genutzt.The advantages achieved by the invention consist in the fact that the expenditure on parts for the functions "auxiliary circuit" and "contact position indicator" could be reduced, which enables the use with these functional units in residual current circuit breakers in a narrow construction. Bei dem dargestellten Fehlerstromschutzschalter nach Fig. 1 bis Fig. 5 sind im Unterteil des Schaltergehäuses 11 eine Schaltwelle 1 mit einem beweglichen Kontakt 2 und ein fester Kontakt 3 eingesetzt. Mit der Schaltwelle 1 ist eine Biegefeder 4 verbunden, die bis in das Oberteil des Schaltergehäuses 11 hineinragt. Das Ende der Biegefeder 4 korrespondiert mit einem Hebel 61 der Kontaktstellungsanzeigevorrichtung 6, die mit einer Drehachse 10 versehen ist. Die Bewegungsfreiheit der Biegefeder 4 wird durch zwei Anschläge 63 und 64 des Hebels 61 begrenzt. Dem Hebel 61 gegenüberliegend ist die Kontaktstellungsanzeigevorrichtung 6 mit einem weiteren Hebel 62 ausgestattet, der in zwei gleiche Abschnitte eingeteilt ist, die mit unterschiedlichen Kennfarben markiert sind. Jeweils einer der Abschnitte des Hebels 62 ist durch eine öffnung 12 des Schaltergehäuses 11 zu erkennen. Die Stellung des Kontaktes 2 wird über die Schaltwelle 1, die Biegefeder 4 auf die Kontaktstellungsanzeigevorrichtung 6 übertragen und nach außen hin über den Hebel 62 durch die öffnung 12 des Schaltergehäuses 11 sichtbar gemacht.
