Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a test circuit arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1.
The common test circuit arrangement comprises a test circuit with a current limiting resistor, the trigger relay of the residual current circuit breaker and a switch which is actuated by means of a test button. The test button closes the switch against the force of a spring, so that a current limited by the resistance flows through the trigger relay and actuates the trigger relay.
It has been found that if the test button and thus the trigger relay have not been operated for a long time, in some cases the trigger relay does not respond when the test button is pressed. Since the resistor is undersized for reasons of cost and space, there is a risk that if the test button is held down too long, the resistor will blow if the trigger relay fails to respond.
The object of the invention is to provide a test circuit arrangement of the type mentioned, in which the structure of the switch arrangement and its actuation is simplified.
This object is achieved according to the invention by the characterizing features of claim 1.
The bolt can be guided according to the characterizing features of claim 2 with a thread in the socket or according to the characterizing features of claim 3 also have a nose that is guided in a backdrop in the socket.
A further embodiment of the invention can go that the test button has an extension, to the inner end of which a contact piece is attached, that a fixed contact tab that can be bent out in the direction of movement of the test button interacts with the contact piece, and that the test button with the extension relates to the extension the contact lug can be displaced at an angle, the contact lug engaging only slightly in the movement path of the test button, so that the contact piece comes into contact with the lug when depressed and is released from the contact lug when depressed further.
With the embodiments according to the invention it is achieved that the test circuit is initially closed when the pressure is low and is opened again when the depression process is further depressed, so that the test circuit is only switched on for a short time and, accordingly, the resistance is loaded only for a short time.
From DE-U 19 02 098 is a contact actuation button with a sliding element displaceable in a probe body known. The feeler has a guide groove, which, however, has an L-shape, into which a guide member arranged on the button body engages. The feeler can be rotated in two positions according to the L-shaped guide groove, whereby several contact pairs can be opened or closed. This arrangement is not suitable for use in a test circuit of a residual current circuit breaker.
The invention, further advantageous refinements and improvements and further advantages of the invention are to be explained and described in more detail with reference to the drawing, in which some exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown.

Der Fehlerstromschutzschalter selbst ist aus Übersichtlichkeitsgründen nicht dargestellt.1 shows a schematic representation of a
If the residual current circuit breaker is to be tested, the
The special configuration of the
Reference is now made to FIG. 2. A
If, by means of actuation pressure, the
The
Das in der Zeichnung oben befindliche Ende des Bolzens 62 trägt einen Betätigungsknopf 70.Reference is now made to FIG. 4. The test circuit arrangement has a
If the
It goes without saying that in the embodiments according to FIGS. 2 to 4, the
