Description

The invention relates to a switching device with a Switch lock that has a gear lever, a pawl and one Pawl lever as a counter bearing for the pawl, which is when triggered rotates around its bearing axis and the gear lever releases for the actuation of contacts, and with one with the Switch lock in operatively connected handle.

A generic switchgear is used by several electrical companies expelled.

The switch lock 1 is in this position in the latched state in which the main contacts of the circuit breaker only one main contact 3 is shown here is closed. Only when the key switch is triggered 1 acts a shift lever 2 on a slide and a rocker connected to it, through which the main contacts 3 be opened. At the same time, the control shaft 2 acts on one Contact bridge carrier 4 of a coupled auxiliary switch HS. The switch lock 1 is essentially a lever system with a handle 5, a pawl 6 and a release lever 7 composed. The ON position shown here is caused by the position of the handle 5. About a connected to the handle 5 rod 8 is the The position of jack 6 can be changed in a guided manner. she acts on the position of the shift lever 2, the above Switching state of main 3 and auxiliary contacts 9 described certainly. The torque caused by a spring 10 is adjusted the control shaft 2 after moving the handle 5 in the OFF position so that the main contact is opened and the action on the contact bridge support 4 of the auxiliary switch HS is canceled. The rod 8 forms together with the Handle 5 a knee joint. The handle 5 is a fixed one Lever which e.g. designed as a rocker arm or rocker can be.

In such a circuit breaker designed with a rotary actuator the operator should be able to recognize if that Switch lock through the overcurrent release or the voltage release is triggered. This should, as in FIGS. 5, 6 and 7 represented, identified by the fact that the handle in the released state in an intermediate position between remains in the ON and OFF positions. This as The intermediate position referred to as the tripped position is shown in FIG. 6 can be seen while the positions OFF and ON in FIG 5 and 7 are shown.

An already known version of a tripped position is shown in principle in FIGS. 8, 9 and 10. The solution is here with the help of two compression springs, a slide and realized a lever. The swinging when triggered, Jack not shown here, actuates the with a compression spring preloaded lever, one with another Pressure spring preloaded slide unlatched. The slider slides forward and blocks the turning back of the counter wheel belonging to the rotary drive. The compression spring of the Slider thus counteracts the torsion spring in the rocker and thus prevents turning back. When resetting in the OFF position is pushed back by the handle and the compression spring behind it tensioned again. At the same time, the one not shown here latches Pawl on the pawl lever and the switch can be switched on again become.

The key switch also has a gear lever here, a pawl and a pawl lever as a counter bearing for the pawl, which is triggered around its bearing axis rotates and releases the switch lever for actuating contacts. The circuit breaker is in contact with the Key switch in operative connection. A tripped position, through which indicates to the operator that the key switch has been triggered is, however, the DE 92 06 137 U1 is not removable.

The invention has for its object in a switching device of the above type in a simple manner, i.e. with little Realizing a tripped position in terms of costs and parts.

According to the invention the object is achieved in that Switch lock is arranged a lock when triggered allows the triggered jack to swing through, but that Swinging back of the pawl hinders and the pawl in one holds certain position in which the handle due the operative connection in an intermediate position between the ON and OFF position of the switching device is held. The operator of the switching device can thus recognize whether a trip is present.

Advantageous developments of the invention are the subclaims refer to.

According to claim 2, it is advantageous if after triggering the Handle must be pressed in the OFF direction, the Pawl due to the active connection on the lock head of the lock pulled past and latched on the ratchet lever before that Switching device assumes the ON position.

It is also advantageous if the lock as a spring arm is designed with the locking head, the one hand with Sliding surfaces and on the other hand is provided with locking surfaces, that the pawl slides along the sliding surfaces as it swings and when swinging back from the restricted areas is held.

FIG 1
ein Schaltschloß in EIN-Stellung,
FIG 2
ein Schaltschloß in Tripped-Stellung und
FIG 3
An embodiment of the invention is explained below with reference to a drawing. Show it:
FIG. 1
a key switch in the ON position,
FIG 2
a key switch in the tripped position and
FIG 3
a lock realized in the switch lock in connection with a latch.

Die Klinke 7 ist hier durch die Sperrfläche 13 am Sperrenkopf 11 gefangen.1 shows a switch lock 1 of a switching device with a rotary drive. There is only one counter wheel 2 of the rotary drive here shown that in connection with a U-bracket 3 a knee joint forms. The knee joint is in a backdrop 4 in one Circuit board 5 out. More attached to the circuit board 5 Components of the key switch 1 are a ratchet lever 6, a pawl 7, a shift lever 8, an opening spring 9 and a lock 10. The switch lock 1 shown here is located in the ON position, in which the pawl 7 on the as Counter bearing acting latch lever 6 is latched and on the switching shaft 8 attacking switch-off spring 9 by the Rotary drive, i.e. is biased via the counter gear 2. Becomes the pawl lever 6 actuates when triggered, it rotates around its bearing axis. The pawl 7 slips from Pawl lever 6 off and describes under the pawl lever 6 a rotary movement around her through the leg of the U-bracket 3 formed bearing axis 17. The arranged under the ratchet lever 6 Lock 10 has a locking head 11, which is such on the one hand with sliding surfaces 12 and on the other hand with locking surfaces 13 is provided that the pawl 7 when swinging through slides along the sliding surfaces 12 and when swinging back is held by the blocking surfaces 13. When swinging through the triggered pawl 7 according to the arrow 14 direction indicated is the movement through the lock head 11 almost unhindered. The swing back of the pawl 7 will however, so severely hampered that the pawl 7 in a certain Position is held before relinking. The Parts chain up to the handle, not shown here, over the Counter gear 2 is stopped in its movement and comes in the so-called "tripped position" between the positions ON and OFF according to FIG 2 for standing. Except for those already described The component in FIG. 2 is additionally that of a rotary knob 15 trained handle of the rotary actuator. The Pawl 7 is here through the locking surface 13 on the locking head 11 captured.

If the rotary knob 15 is turned in the OFF direction, the Jack 7 due to the force transmitted through the knee joint first on the locking head 11 and then under the ratchet lever 6 passed until it latches on the ratchet lever 6. The switching device can only be switched on after this latching, the opening spring 9 (see FIG 1) biased and thus the energy required to trigger it records.

The rotary knob 15 must not move out of the tripped position immediately be turned towards ON because in this case the jack 7 is not yet latched and thus the counter bearing for preloading the switch-off spring 9 is missing. The switching device would be in not turned on in this case.

3 shows the lock 10 with a spring arm 16 and a Locking head 11. This has optimized sliding surfaces 12 and Locking surfaces 13 on the pawl 7 also shown on the one hand hardly hinder when swinging and when Hold back swinging.

Although the present invention with reference to the in of the accompanying drawing illustrated embodiment is, it should be borne in mind that this is not intended is, the invention only to the illustrated embodiment to limit, but all possible changes, Modifications and equivalent arrangements insofar as they are from Contents of the claims are covered.
