Claims (7)
- Cylindre (1) de groupe d'impression de machines rotatives à imprimer, comprenant une tringle (7) disposée dans son canal (6), conformée en plaque, prenant appui sur le fond (8) du canal (6) et fixée de manière amovible au moyen d'un dispositif de fixation dans la canal (6), la tringle (7) étant réalisée en hauteur de manière que les tringles (7, 11) de deux cylindres (1, 3) coopérant l'un avec l'autre butent l'une sur l'autre, caractérisé en ce que la tringle (7) est subdivisée dans la direction de la longueur en zones individuelles (14) par des fentes transversales (13) et en ce que des fentes longitudinales (15, 16) réalisées dans les zones (14) permettent au contour extérieur (17) de la tringle (7) de fléchir élastiquement lorsque deux tringles (7, 11) butent l'une sur l'autre.
- Cylindre de groupe d'impression selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chacune des fentes transversales (13) débouche dans une fente longitudinale (15) et en ce que les longueurs des fentes longitudinales (15, 16) sont conçues en fonction de la pression d'appui nécessaire.
- Cylindre de groupe d'impression selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la longueur des fentes longitudinales (15, 16) est supérieure dans les parties extrêmes (18) de la tringle (7) de manière que la pression d'appui s'adapte à la flèche du cylindre.
- Cylindre de groupe d'impression selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la tringle (7) est disposée au milieu et se prolonge sur au moins la moitié de la longueur du cylindre et elle dépasse de 0,2 à 0,25 mm le diamètre théorique du cylindre.
- Cylindre de groupe d'impression selon la revendication 1 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que des ressorts de retenue (19), dans lesquels la tringle (7) peut être insérée, sont fixés sur le fond (8) du canal (6) du cylindre.
- Cylindre de groupe d'impression selon la revendications 1 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que des évidements (24, 25) sont prévus aux extrémités des fentes (15, 16) pour abaisser les tensions.
- Cylindre de groupe d'impression selon la revendication 1 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que des crochets (26) sont prévus aux extrémités des zones (14) et des mentonnets de retenue (28) en T sont prévus entre les zones (14) et en ce que les crochets (26) et les mentonnets de retenue (26) s'accrochent sur des talons (27 ainsi que 29).
