Claims (6)
- Appareil de réduction de broyage de déchets tels que du bois, du papier ou des matières synthétiques, avec un rotor (3) qui comporte sur sa largeur de travail une pluralité de nervures périphériques (10, 10', 110) interrompues par au moins un évidement ou poche (14) ainsi que des porte-outils (17) soudés dans les poches avec des outils (19, 19') qui ont un profil faisant saillie radialement sensiblement de façon uniforme au-dessus du profilé des nervures, et avec une contre-lame (4) dont la forme est adaptée à la surface de rotation du rotor équipé d'outils (3), caractérisé en ce que les nervures périphériques (10, 10', 110) présentent un profilé sensiblement en forme de V, en ce que les poches (14) sont formées par des prismes rectangulaires dont le point le plus profond présente un espacement plus petit par rapport à l'axe du rotor que la base des nervures périphériques (10) et reçoit non seulement le porte-outils (17) mais également les outils (19, 19'), en ce que les outils (19, 19') sont carrés et sont fixés par des vis (21) sur le porte-outils (17) et repose par deux faces sur les faces de limitation des primes et en ce que le surangle (e) mesuré dans la direction de l'axe en ce que le surangle (e) de l'outil (19, 19') est supérieur à la largeur (a) des nervures périphériques (10).

- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'outil (19) ne fait saillie que radialement au-dessus du profilé nervuré de manière que les pointes adaptées de façon correspondante (27) de la contre-lame (4) ne se chevauchent que dans la direction radiale du profil nervuré.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les poches (14) sont disposées en spirale au-dessus du rotor (3).
