Claims (2)

  1. Cendrier, en particulier pour véhicules automobiles composé d'un boîtier (1) pouvant être fixe dans un évidement de paroi avec un réceptacle à cendres (3) monté mobile à l'intérieur, ouvert vers le haut et pouvant être sorti, par zones, du boîtier (1), depuis une position de non utilisation, où il est à l'intérieur du boîtier (1), en une position d'utilisation, où le déplacement du réceptacle cendres (3) dans la position d' utilisation s'effectue après relâchement d'un verrouillage (11) au moyen d'un ressort d'ouverture (6) agissant sur le réceptacle cendres (3) et où, pour relâcher le verrouillage (11) agissant sur le réceptacle à cendres (3), une pression doit être exercée pour provoquer un enfoncement à l'intérieur du boîtier, notamment à l'encontre de la force du ressort d'ouverture (6) et d'un ressort additionnel (7) qui agit à l 'encontre de la pression, en vue de relâcher le verrouillage, caractérisé en ce que le ressort additionnel (7) est disposé entre la paroi arrière du boîtier (1) et la paroi arrière (10) du réceptable à cendre (3) et est fixé sur l'une de ses parois arrières et en ce que le ressort additionnel (7), lors du déplacement du réceptacle à cendres (3) en position de non utilisation vient en contact avec les deux parois arrières mentionnées et, lors d'un déplacement supplémentaire du réceptacle à cendres (3), est précontraint jusqu'à la position de non utilisation, afin de pouvoir ensuite exercer une sollicitation, en plus du ressort d'ouverture (6), de façon permanente dans la direction de la position d'utilisation, sur le réceptable à cendres (3) se trouvant dans la position de non utilisation, créant ainsi une opposition renforcée à tout relâchement non souhaité du verrouillage (11).
  2. Cendrier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé ce que le ressort additionnel (7) est réalisé sous forme de ressort à lame, fixé, par une zone d'extrémité, sur la paroi arrière du boîtier (1) ou sur la paroi arrière (10) du réceptacle à cendres (3) et faisant saillie obliquement depuis la paroi arrière correspondante par son autre zone d'extrémité (bras ressort 9).
