Claims (6)

  1. Bindevorrichtung auf einem Rahmengestell (7) verbunden mit einem Rahmen für einen zu bindenden Gegenstand (C), welcher das Anbringen eines flexiblen Bandes (F) einschließt, um dieses letztere sind Führungswerkzeuge (10,11) sowie ein Mechanismus zur Betätigung (18,19,22,29) dieser Führungswerkzeuge angebracht, um die beiden äußersten Endstücke (F1, F2) des flexiblen Bandes (F) mitzutransportieren, um sie zu verdrillen und es ist ein Verdrillkopf (32) vorgesehen, der davor angeordnet ist und nach hinten der besagten Führungswerkzeuge eine Klemmzange (32a) bildet, welche auf das äußerste Ende eines rotierenden Gegenstandes (33) montiert ist, wobei die Bindevorrichtung Führungs- und Mitnehmereinrichtungen (41,42,43,44) des Verdrillkopfes (32) ab der Umdrehung umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungs- und Mitnehmereinrichtungen eine Mutter (42) aufweisen, die am Rahmengestell (7) angebracht ist, in welches ein Schraubgewinde (41) des Gegenstücks (33) des Verdrillkopfes (32) eingeschnitten ist sowie ein Zahnrad (44), welches um den Gegenstand (33) des Verdrillkopfes (32) durch eine Axialnut (43) gehaltert ist und mit einem beweglichen Zahnrad (46) kämmt, wobei der Betätigungsmechanismus (18,19,22,29) der Führungswerkzeuge (10,11) geeignet ist, synchron mit der Verschiebebewegung des Verdrillkopfes (32) zu arbeiten, um vor dem Vorschub des letzteren die Führungswerkzeuge von ihrer Arbeitsstellung zum Kreuzen der äußersten Endstücke des flexiblen Bandes, bei der sie die Klemmzange (32a) des Verdrillkopfes berühren, in eine Ruhestellung zu schieben, indem er diese außerhalb der Bahn des Verdrillkopfes plaziert und, nachdem sie diese letztere eingenommen haben, sie von ihrer Ruhestellung zur Einsatzstellung mitnimmt.
  2. Bindevorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Klemmzange (32a) aus zwei Stücken (37,38) zusammensetzt, ineinandergefügt auf den Gegenstand (33) des Verdrillkopfes, wobei sich jeder einzelne um seine Gelenkachse (39,40) verlängert durch eine hintere Führung (37a,38a) und ist außerdem verbunden mit einem Heber (48), der sich im Gegenstand (33) befindet mit einem Stiel (49) und wird auf die Führung der Stücke zugeführt, endet mit einem Kopf von allgemeiner konischer Form (50), der dazu da ist, sich zwischen diese einzuschieben, wobei die Führungen der Klemmzangenstücke außerdem in Ruhestellung rückgeführt werden.
  3. Bindevorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagten Führungswerkzeuge aus flexiblem Band durch fadenführende senkrechte Klemmen dargestellt werden (10,11), die sich in der Bahn der Bewegung des Verdrillkopfes kreuzen.
  4. Bindevorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsmechanismus der Fadenführungsklemmen (10,11) zwei Pleuel (18,19) hat, wovon jeder an seiner Seite auf einer Fadenführungsklemme befestigt ist und auf der anderen Seite auf einem gewöhnlichen Hebel (22), der so montiert ist, daß er sich auf seiner Achse (23) auf einem Rahmengestell (7) dreht und sich durch Verlängerung (24) auf der Achse (28) einer Gewindeschraube (29) ineinanderfügt.
  5. Bindeanlage für ringförmige Gegenstände, insbesondere Verdichte- und Bindeanlage für Drahtringe, etwa mit mehreren auf einem gemeinsamen Träger (2a) kreisförmig angeordneten Bindebaugruppen und bestehend aus den Vorrichtungen (6) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4.
  6. Bindeanlage nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verdrillköpfe (32) der Bindevorrichtungen (6) gleichgerichtet sind, mit ihren Achsen (X) im wesentlichen parallel zur mittleren Achse (Y) des zu 10 bindenden Gegenstandes (C), und ihre Kupplungszahnräder (44) greifen mit einem gemeinsamen Antriebszahnrad (46) ein.
