Claims (8)

1. Vorrichtung zum Binden von Stäben, Stangen oder ähnlichem mit Hilfe eines biegsamen Metalldrahtes mit Mitteln für Vorschub und Führung (13, 14, 9, 15, 25) des Drahtes, Backen bestehend aus einem unteren festen Greifstück (2) und einem oberen Greifstück (3), das um eine Gelenkachse (5) verschwenkt sowie Schermitteln (19), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ebenfalls umfaßt: einen Torsionskopf (17), der mit Rückhaltemitteln für den dem Bindevorgang dienenden Draht versehen ist und Mitteln für den Drehantrieb (8, 9, 20, 21) und eine Nut zum Verklemmen der zu verbindenden Stäbe, gebildet durch das untere feste Greifstück (2) und eine Führung (4) für das obere Greifstück, wobei das obere seitlich vermittels dieser Führung (4) geführte Greifstück (3) translatorisch beweglich parallel zur Drehachse dieses Torsionskopfes (17) ist und mittels einer Feder (29) in Richtung des unteren Greifstücks (2) beaufschlagt ist, wobei sein Ende gebildet wird durch einen Greifhaken (16), derart, daß das freie Ende des Bindedrahtes durch die Rückhaltemittel des Torsionskopfes (17) in die Hakenöffnung des beweglichen Greifstücks läuft, wobei der Draht um die zu verbindenden Stäbe in kreisförmiger Schleife geformt wird und dann von neuem durch diese Haltemittel des Torsionskopfes (17) passiert wird, wenn das bewegliche Greifstück die zu verbindenden Stäbe umschlingt, wobei sein hakenförmig geformtes Ende den Draht gegen die zu verbindenden Stäbe drückt, indem genau ihrem Gruppierungsumfang gefolgt wird.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere bewegliche Greifstück (3) gebildet wird durch zwei parallele Blechplatten, die um ein Stück unter Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind, das größer als der Durchmesser des Bindedrahtes ist, wobei eine Rolle (16) die beiden Platten gegen das vordere Ende des Greifstücks verbindet und als Greifhaken und Ziehglied für den Bindedraht dient.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Torsionskopf (17) eine Innenbohrung (27) zur Aufnahme des unteren Drahttrums parallel zu seiner Längsachse sowie einen Aufnahmeschlitz (28) für das obere Drahttrum längs der in der Diametralebene der Bohrung befindlichen Erzeugenden mit einer Drahtverriegelungsklinke (30) aufweist.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das untere Greifstück (2) eine Längsmittelnut (25) für die Führung des Drahtes aufweist.
5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mechanischen Mittel durch zwei pneumatische Stellzylindder (7, 9) betätigt werden, die von einer sequentiellen Verzögerungszentraleinheit (10) gesteuert sind.
6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ende der Stange (6) eines ersten Stellzylinders (7) gelenkig am hinteren Ende des oberen Greifstücks beweglich in horizontaler Translation (3) geführt ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehantriebseinrichtungen für den Torsionskopf (17) gebildet werden durch einen zweiten Stellzylinder (9), dessen Kolbenstange einen Schub auf einen Läufer (20) ausübt, der auf einer Spiralschnecke (21) mit mehreren Windungen, die am Torsionskopf (17) fest ist, gelagert ist.
8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kolbenstange des zweiten Stellzylinders (9) eine Nocke umfaßt, die zunächst die beiden Arme der Schere (19) spreizt und für das Durchschneiden der beiden Trums des Wickeldrahtes sorgt und dann, während der Stellzylinder seinen Weg weiter nimmt, die Nocke den Läufer (20) mitnimmt, was für die Drehung des Torsionskopfes (17) sorgt.
