Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Fenster- oder Türbeschlag mit einer Handhabe, die mit einem Halslagerteil in einer Lagerhülse drehbar gelagert ist sowie mit einem Betätigungswellenansatz ein Verschlußbetätigungselement durchgreift und mit Hilfe eines entgegen Federwirkung radial nach außen bewegbaren, in eine Ringnut einfassenden Haltekragens axial festgelegt ist, und mit die Handhabe in vorgegebenen Stellungen haltenden Rastmitteln.
Bei einem bekannten Fenster- oder Türbeschlag der genannten Art (DE-U-88 09 585) sind die Lagerhülse und der Haltekragen in einer auf dem zugeordneten Fenster- oder Türflügel aufschraubbaren Rosette angeordnet, die damit zu einem unverzichtbaren Bestandteil des Beschlages bzw. der Handhabe wird. Der Haltekragen besteht aus einem in mehrere Kreisringabschnitte unterteilten Haltering, die durch einen umgebenden Gummiring zusammengehalten sind. Hierdurch kann die Handhabe ohne weiteres nachträglich, d. h. bei bereits angeschraubter Rosette, montiert werden. Nachteilig ist aber, daß die Handhabe nicht in derselben Weise wieder entfernt werden kann, vielmehr ist hierzu eine vollständige Demontage der Rosette erforderlich. Störend ist aber auch das verhältnismäßig starke Auftragen der Rosette, das auf die vielen Konstruktionsmittel für die von der Rosette wahrzunehmenden Funktionen zurückzuführen ist.
Bekannt ist zwar auch ein Türbeschlag (US-A-1 672 711), bei dem eine Lagerhülse in eine Flügelbohrung eingesetzt ist und ein Haltekragen aus einem horizontal im Beschlaggehäuse verschiebbar gelagerten, über eine falzseitige Öffnung im Beschlaggehäuse aus einer an einem Befestigungswellenansatz vorgesehenen Ringnut herandrückbaren Halteschieber besteht. Bei diesem Türbeschlag handelt es sich aber um einen verhältnismäßig alten Kraftfahrzeugtürbeschlag, der nach ganz anderen Gesichtspunkten aufgebaut ist als Beschläge für Fenster oder Türen, insbesondere Drehkippbeschläge.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Fenster-oder Türbeschlag der eingangs genannten Art unter Verzicht auf eine anschraubbare Rosette so auszubilden, daß die Handhabe nicht nur durch einfaches Einstecken und Verrasten montiert, sondern ohne große Probleme auch wieder demontiert werden kann.
Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung dieser Aufgabe besteht darin, daß der Beschlag als Drehkippbeschlag mit einem Zahnrad als Verschlußbefestigungselement ausgeführt ist, das in einem in einer Falzausnehmung befestigten Beschlaggehäuse drehbar gelagert ist, und die Lagerhülse in eine Flügelbohrung eingesetzt ist und der Haltekragen aus einem horizontal im Beschlaggehäuse verschiebbar gelagerten, über zumindest eine falzseitige Öffnung im Beschlaggehäuse aus der am Betätigungswellensatz vorgesehenen Ringnut herausdrückbaren Halteschieber besteht.
Der Vorteil des erfindungsgemäßen Fenster- oder Türbeschlages besteht zunächst darin, daß eine übliche Auftragende Rosette fehlt, abgesehen von der Handhabe ist allenfalls ein kleiner Übergreifkragen der Lagerhülse auf der Flügelinnenseite zu sehen. Vorteilhaft ist aber auch, daß die Handhabe nicht nur leicht montiert, sondern auch wieder demontiert werden kann, indem man bei geöffnetem Fenster bzw. geöffneter Tür in die dann zugängliche falzseitige Öffnung im Beschlaggehäuse ein Hilfswerkzeug, z. B. aus Draht, einführt, den Halteschieber zurückdrückt und zugleich die Handhabe herauszieht.
Für die weitere Ausgestaltung bestehen im Rahmen der Erfindung mehrere Möglichkeiten. So ist nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform die Anordnung so getroffen, daß die Lagerhülse in ihrem dem Beschlaggehäuse abgewandten Ende einen Innendurchmesser aufweist, der dem Außendurchmesser des im montierten Zustand sichtbaren Teils des Halses der Handhabe im wesentlichen entspricht. Auf diese Weise kann das freie ende des Halses der Handhabe in der Lagerhülse angeordnet werden und können unschön sichtbare Spaltzwischenräume vermieden werden. In diesem Zusammenhang ist auch eine Ausführungsform von Bedeutung, bei der das Halslagerteil aus einer auf dem Betätigungswellensatz verschiebbar gelagerten Kragenhülse besteht, die durch eine den Betätigungswellenansatz umgebende, am Hals der Handhabe abgestützten Schraubenfeder beaufschlagt ist; es versteht sich von selbst, daß man diese Kragenhülse auf dem Betätigungswellenansatz gegen Verlust sichert. Der Betätigungswellenansatz wird zweckmäßigerweise an seinem freien Ende mit einer Einführungsabschrägung versehen, um bei der Handhabemontage das Einführen des Betätigungswellenansatzes bzw. das Zurückdrücken des Halteschiebers zu erleichtern. Der Halteschieber ist vorzugsweise von einer Blattfeder oder zumindest einer Schraubenfeder zu seiner Raststellung hin beaufschlagt. Im übrigen empfiehlt es sich, die Rastmittel im Beschlaggehäuse mit unterzubringen, und zwar vorzugsweise so, daß das Zahnrad zwischen dem Halteschieber einerseits und den Rastmitteln andererseits angeordnet ist.
Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand einer lediglich ein Ausführungsbeispiel darstellenden Zeichnung näher erläutert; es zeigen:

  • Fig. 2 einen Schnitt A-A durch den Gegenstand der Fig. 1.
    • Der in den Figuren dargestellte Fenster- oder türbeschlag weist eine Handhabe 1 auf, die mit einem Halslagerteil 2 in einer Lagerhülse 3 drehbar gelagert ist und mit einem Betätigungswellenansatz 4 in Form eines eingesetzten Vierkants eine Verschlußbetätigungselement 5 durchgreift. Das Verschlußbetätigungselement 5 ist in einem in einer Falzausnehmung 6 befestigten kastenförmigen Beschlaggehäuse 7 drehbar gelagert. Die Handhabe 1 ist außerdem mit Hilfe eines Haltekragens 8 axial festgelegt, der entgegen Federwirkung radial nach außen bewegbar ist und in eine Ringnut 9 einfaßt. Wie man insbesondere aus Fig. 1 erkennt, ist die Lagerhülse 3 in eine Flügelbohrung 10 eingesetzt, bis ein Übergreifkragen 11 an der Flügelfläche 12 anliegt. Aus Fig. 2 dagegen erkennt man, daß der Haltekragen 8 aus einem Halteschieber besteht, der horizontal im Beschlaggehäuse 7 verschiebbar gelagert ist und über zwei falzseitige Öffnungen 13 im Beschlaggehäuse 7 mit Hilfe eines U-förmigen Drahtbügels 14 als Hilfswerkzeug aus der am Betätigungswellenansatz 4 vorgesehenen Ringnut 9 herausdrückbar ist.
    Die Lagerhülse 3 weist an ihrem dem Beschlaggehäuse 7 abgewandten Ende einen Innendurchmesser auf, der dem Außendurchmesser das im montierten Zustand sichtbaren Teils 15 des Halses der Handhabe 1 im wesentlichen entspricht. Innen ist die Lagerhülse 3 mit einem Lagerkragen 16 für das Halslagerteil 2 versehen. Dieses Halslagerteil 2 besteht aus einer auf dem Betätigungswellenansatz 4 verschiebbar gelagerten Kragenhülse, die durch eine den Betätigungswellenansatz 4 umgebende, am Hals der Handhabe 1 abgestützte Schraubenfeder 17 beaufschlagt ist. Im einzelnen nicht dargestellt ist, daß die Kragenhülse bzw. das Halslagerteil 2 gegen ein Abziehen vorn Betätigungswellenansatz 4 gesichert ist.
    Der Halteschieber bzw. der Haltekragen 8 ist im Ausführungsbeispiel durch zwei Schraubenfedern 18 zu seiner Raststellung hin beaufschlagt. Es könnte ohne weiteres aber auch mit einer Blattfeder gearbeitet werden. Es versteht sich von selbst, daß der Halteschieber 8 mit einer der Ringnut 9 angepaßten halbkreisförmigen Ausnehmung 19 versehen ist, um die Anlagefläche zu vergrößern. Jedenfalls ist der Betätigungswellenansatz 4 an seinem freien Ende mit einer Einführungsabschrägung 20 versehen.
    Im übrigen erkennt man, daß der beschriebene Fenster- oder Türbeschlag als Drehkippbeschlag ausgeführt ist, und zwar mit Schubstange 21 und falzseitigem Abdeckblech 22, an dem das Beschlaggehäuse 7 festgelegt ist. Wie hierbei üblich ist das Verschlußbetätigungselement 5 als Zahnrad ausgebildet und die Handhabe 1 mit Rastmitteln 23, 24, z. B. in Form von einer Rastscheibe 23 mit Rastausnehmungen sowie zugeordneten federbeaufschlagten Kugeln 24 in vorgegebenen Stellungen haltbar. Das bedarf im einzelnen keiner weiteren Beschreibung, da es im Stand der Technik hinlänglich bekannt ist. Jedenfalls sind diese Rastmittel 23, 24 im Beschlaggehäuse 7 angeordnet. Dabei ist die Anordnung so getroffen, daß das Zahnrad 5 zwischen dem Halteschieber 8 einer seits und den Rastmitteln 23, 24 andererseits angeordnet ist.
    Die Montage der Handhabe 1 ist beirn beschriebenen Fenster-oder Türbeschlag denkbar einfach. Die Handhabe 1 ist lediglich mit dem Betätigungswellenansatz 4 in die Lagerhülse 3 und das dahinterliegende Beschlaggehäuse 7 einzuführen. Dabei wird die Einführungsabschrägung 20 am Betätigungswellenansatz 4 den Halteschieber 8 zurückdrücken, der dann anschließend in die Ringnut 9 einfällt. Zum Demontieren ist in die beiden falzseitigen Öffnungen 13 im Beschlaggehäuse ein U-förmiger Drahtbügel 14 als Hilfswerkzeug einzuführen, um den Halteschieber 8 aus der Ringnut 9 herauszudrücken. Zugleich ist die Handhabe 1 herauszuziehen.
    Zum Blockieren des Drehkippbeschlages eignet sich besonders die in der prioritätsgleichrangigen Patent, EP 0 408 784 beschriebene Blokkiervorrichtung, deren Gehäuse mit dem zuvor beschriebenen Beschlaggehäuse 7 zu einem einzigen Beschlaggehäuse vereinigt werden kann.

    Claims (7)

    1. Fenster- oder Türbeschlag, mit einer Handhabe (1), die mit einem Halslagerteil (2) in einer Lagerhülse (3) drehbar gelagert ist sowie mit einem Betätigungswellenansatz (4) ein Verschlußbetätigungselement (5) durchgreift und mit Hilfe eines gegen Federwirkung radial nach außen bewegbaren, in eine Ringnut (9) einfassenden Haltekragens (8) axial festgelegt ist, und mit die Handhabe (1) in vorgegebenen Raststellungen haltenden Rastmitteln (23, 24), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Beschlag als Drehkippbeschlag mit einem Zahnrad als Verschlußbetätigungselement (5) ausgeführt ist, das in einem in einer Falzausnehmung (6) befestigten Beschlaggehäuse (7) drehbar gelagert ist, und die Lagerhülse (3) in eine Flügelbohrung (10) eingesetzt ist und der Haltekragen (8) aus einem horizontal im Beschlaggehäuse (7) verschiebbar gelagerten, über zumindest eine falzseitige Öffnung (13) im Beschlaggehäuse (7) aus der am Betätigungswellenansatz (4) vorgesehenen Ringnut (9) herausdrückbaren Halteschieber besteht.
    2. Fenster- oder Türbeschlag nach Anspruch 1. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerhülse (3) an ihrem dem Beschlaggehäuse (7) abgewandten Ende einen Innendurchmesser aufweist. der dem Außendurchmesser des im montierten Zustand sichtbaren Teils (15) des Halses der Handhabe (1) im wesentlichen entspricht.

Fenster- oder Türbeschlag nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halslagerteil (2) aus einer auf dem Betätigungswellenansatz (4) verschiebbar gelagerten Kragenhülse besteht. die durch eine den Betätigungswellenansatz (4) umgebenden. am Hals der Handhabe (1) abgestützten Schraubenfeder (17) beaufschlagt ist.
    4. Fenster- oder Türbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungswellenansatz (4) an seinem freien Ende mit einer Einführungsabschrägung (20) versehen ist.
    5. Fenster- oder Türbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4. dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß der Halteschieber (8) durch eine Blattfeder oder zumindest eine Schraubenfeder (18) zu seiner Raststellung hin beaufschlagt ist.
    6. Fenster- oder Türbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß die Rastmittel (23. 24) im Beschlaggehäuse (7) angeordnet ist.
    7. Fenster- oder Türbeschlag nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zahnrad (5) zwischen dem Halteschieber (8) einerseits und den Rastmitteln (23, 24) andererseits angeordnet ist.
