Claims (40)

  1. Machine-outil de vissage à moteur avec un entraînement (12) disposé dans un boîtier (10), avec un outil de vissage (34), qui est relié avec un arbre d'entraînement de l'outil (24) mobile dans le sens axial par rapport au boîtier (10), et avec un arrêt par la profondeur de vissage, comprenant une butée de profondeur (68) déterminant une profondeur de vissage et maintenue sur le boîtier ainsi qu'un accouplement (22) disposé entre l'entraînement (12) et l'arbre d'entraînement de l'outil (24) et pouvant passer, par un déplacement axial de l'arbre d'entraînement de l'outil, d'une position de repos à une position de travail en direction de l'entraînement (12), lequel accouplement présente un élément d'accouplement (104) entraîné par l'entraînement (12) et un élément d'accouplement (100) relié à l'arbre d'entraînement du moteur (24) ainsi qu'un élément d'accouplement intermédiaire (102) disposé entre ces éléments d'accouplement, l'élément d'accouplement intermédiaire (102) formant avec un premier élément d'accouplement (100) un accouplement d'entraînement (100, 102) déplaçant en cas de charge l'élément d'accouplement intermédiaire (102) d'une position sans charge à une position en charge vers le second élément d'accouplement (104) dans le sens axial et maintenant une transmission du couple de rotation, et formant avec le second élément d'accouplement (104) un accouplement de déclenchement (102, 104) interrompant une transmission du couple de rotation lorsque la profondeur de vissage est atteinte, caractérisée en ce que l'arrêt par la profondeur de vissage peut être commuté en un arrêt par le couple de rotation de vissage faisant agir l'accouplement de déclenchement (102, 104) comme élément limitant le couple de rotation.
  2. Machine-outil de vissage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'accouplement d'entraînement (100, 102) peut être bloqué contre un déplacement axial de l'élément d'accouplement intermédiaire (102) en fonction de la charge en direction du premier élément d'accouplement (100) lors du déclenchement de l'accouplement de déclenchement (102, 104).
  3. Machine-outil de vissage selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'accouplement d'entraînement (100, 102) peut être bloqué contre un déplacement axial de l'élément d'accouplement intermédiaire (102) en fonction de la charge lors du déclenchement de l'accouplement de déclenchement (102, 104) dans la position sans charge ou la position en charge.
  4. Machine-outil de vissage selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un élément de blocage (170) réglable entre une position active bloquant l'accouplement d'entraînement (100, 102) et une position inactive.
  5. Machine-outil de vissage selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de blocage (170) peut être actionné depuis l'extérieur du boîtier.
  6. Machine-outil de vissage selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de blocage (170) est inactif dans la position active lorsque l'accouplement (100, 102, 104) se trouve dans la position de repos et peut être activé par le passage de l'accouplement (100, 102, 104) de la position de repos à la position de travail.
  7. Machine-outil de vissage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la butée de profondeur (68) peut être amenée dans une position inactive.
  8. Machine-outil de vissage selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la butée de profondeur (68) se trouve dans la position inactive lorsque l'accouplement d'entraînement (100, 102) est bloqué.
  9. Machine-outil de vissage selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de blocage (170) peut être actionné au moyen de la butée de profondeur (68).
  10. Machine-outil de vissage selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que la butée de profondeur (68) est maintenue avec possibilité d'engagement sur le boîtier (10) et en ce que l'élément de blocage (170) se trouve dans sa position inactive lorsque la butée de profondeur (68) est enfoncée et dans sa position active lorsque la butée de profondeur (68) est retirée.
  11. Machine-outil de vissage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de réglage (118) pour le réglage d'une caractéristique de déclenchement de l'arrêt par le couple de rotation (102, 104).
  12. Machine-outil de vissage selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de réglage (118) peut être réglé par un élément d'actionnement (224) accessible de l'extérieur du boîtier (10).
  13. Machine-outil de vissage selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisée en ce que le couple de rotation de déclenchement de l'accouplement de déclenchement (102, 104) peut être réglé avec le dispositif de réglage (118).
  14. Machine-outil de vissage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'accouplement d'entraînement (100, 102) présente au moins une surface de réglage (142, 144) disposée avec une pente par rapport à l'axe (26) des éléments d'accouplement (100, 102), laquelle agit lors d'une rotation relative entre le premier élément d'accouplement (100) et l'élément d'accouplement intermédiaire (102) sur une surface opposée (144, 142) et déplace l'élément d'accouplement intermédiaire (102) dans le sens axial de la position sans charge à la position en charge.
  15. Machine-outil de vissage selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que la surface de réglage est conçue comme le flanc (142, 144) d'une griffe (122, 124).
  16. Machine-outil de vissage selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisée en ce que l'accouplement d'entraînement (100, 102) positionne dans la position sans charge le premier élément d'accouplement (100) et l'élément d'accouplement intermédiaire (102) l'un par rapport à l'autre, en particulier en vue d'une rotation relative de ceux-ci.
  17. Machine-outil de vissage selon la revendication 16, caractérisée en ce que les flancs (142, 144) de griffes (124, 122) successives de l'élément d'accouplement intermédiaire (102) ou du premier élément d'accouplement (100) centrent dans la position sans charge définie les griffes (124, 122) du premier élément d'accouplement (100) ou de l'élément d'accouplement intermédiaire (102) qui se mettent en prise entre elles.
  18. Machine-outil de vissage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'accouplement intermédiaire (102) est sollicité par un ressort dans la direction de sa position sans charge.
  19. Machine-outil de vissage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'accouplement de déclenchement (102, 104) comprend des cames (150, 152) disposées sur l'élément d'accouplement intermédiaire (102) et le second élément d'accouplement (104) et orientées les unes vers les autres.
  20. Machine-outil de vissage selon l'une des revendications 14 à 19, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de blocage (170) bloque une rotation relative de l'élément d'accouplement intermédiaire (102) par rapport au premier élément d'accouplement (100).
  21. Machine-outil de vissage selon la revendication 20, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de blocage est un anneau de raccord (170) pour l'élément d'accouplement intermédiaire (102) et le premier élément d'accouplement (100).
  22. Machine-outil de vissage selon la revendication 21, caractérisée en ce que dans sa position efficace activée l'anneau de raccord (170) lie l'élément d'accouplement intermédiaire (102) et le premier élément d'accouplement (100) de manière fixe en rotation, par engagement positif.
  23. Machine-outil de vissage selon la revendication 21 ou 22, caractérisée en ce que l'anneau de raccord (170) dans sa position active et inactive est guidé par l'élément d'accouplement intermédiaire (102) de manière coaxiale de celui-ci.
  24. Machine-outil de vissage selon l'une des revendications 4 à 23, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de blocage (170) est sollicité par un ressort en direction de l'une de ses deux positions.
  25. Machine-outil de vissage selon la revendication 24, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de blocage (170) est sollicité par un ressort en direction de sa position active.
  26. Machine-outil de vissage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un déplacement axial de l'arbre d'entraînement de l'outil (24) en direction de l'entraînement (12) peut être limité par une position de butée postérieure.
  27. Machine-outil de vissage selon l'une des revendications 11 à 26, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de réglage (118) permet de régler la profondeur de prise des cames (150, 152) de l'accouplement de déclenchement (102, 104).
  28. Machine-outil de vissage selon la revendication 27, caractérisée en ce qu'un écart entre le premier élément d'accouplement (100) et le second élément d'accouplement (104) lorsque l'arbre d'entraînement de l'outil (24) est dans la position de butée postérieure peut être modifié par le dispositif de réglage (118).
  29. Machine-outil de vissage selon la revendication 27 ou 28, caractérisée en ce que le second élément d'accouplement (104) peut être réglé dans le sens axial avec le dispositif de réglage (118).
  30. Machine-outil de vissage selon l'une des revendications 27 à 29, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'accouplement (104) entraîné par l'entraînement peut être déplacé dans le sens axial par un dispositif de déplacement (118) servant de dispositif de réglage.
  31. Machine-outil de vissage selon la revendication 30, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'accouplement (104) entraîné par l'entraînement (12) s'appuie sur le dispositif de déplacement (118) sur son côté (112) opposé à l'élément d'accouplement (100) relié à l'arbre d'entraînement de l'outil (24).
  32. Machine-outil de vissage selon l'une des revendications 30 ou 31, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de déplacement (118) comprend deux anneaux de réglage (114, 116) capables de rotation l'un par rapport à l'autre.
  33. Machine-outil de vissage selon la revendication 32, caractérisée en ce qu'un anneau de réglage (114, 116) présente une surface de déplacement (198) orientée avec une pente par rapport à l'axe de rotation (26) de la rotation relative, sur laquelle l'autre anneau de réglage (114, 116) s'appuie par une surface d'appui (198).
  34. Machine-outil de vissage selon l'une des revendications 12 à 33, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'actionnement (224) passe à l'extérieur d'une partie formant carter d'engrenages (66), pour sortir du boîtier (10).
  35. Machine-outil de vissage selon la revendication 34, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'actionnement (224) sort d'une partie formant capot de moteur (64) du boîtier (10).
  36. Machine-outil de vissage selon la revendication 34 ou 35, caractérisée en ce qu'un organe intermédiaire (220) est guidé à travers une paroi (62) séparant la partie formant carter d'engrenages (66) et la partie formant capot de moteur (64).
  37. Machine-outil de vissage selon la revendication 36, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de réglage (118) est supporté sur la paroi (62) séparant la partie formant carter d'engrenages (66) et la partie formant capot de moteur (64).
  38. Machine-outil de vissage selon l'une des revendications 32 à 37, caractérisée en ce que l'anneau de réglage (114) soutenant l'élément d'accouplement (104) entraîné par l'entraînement (12) est monté de manière fixe en rotation et l'anneau de réglage (116) situé sur le côté opposé de cet élément d'accouplement (104) est monté avec possibilité de rotation.
