Abstract

Un dispositif de filature à chaud comporte une chambre de filature (3) sensiblement fermée montée de manière étanche aux gaz entre un faisceau de filières (2) et un dispositif d'aspiration des mèches cassées (7). La chambre de filature est partiellement ajourée uniquement dans la région espacée de 150 à 350 mm du faisceau de filières. A une vitesse de dévidement de 5500 m/min, le filament produit présente une irrégularité de titre inférieure à 0,60 % U.

Claims (6)

1. Dispositif de filature dans la masse fondue ayant des vitesses de dévidement supérieurs a 5000 m/min, comprenant un bloc de filage (1) avec une filière (2) et une tuyère d'aspiration pour le fil (7) de même qu'une chmbre de filage (3) qui est montée entre la filière (2) et la tuyère d'aspiration du fil (7) et est reliée hermétiquement à l'aide de son ouverture d'entrée avec la filière (2) et avec son ouverture de sortie avec la tuyère d'aspiration du fil (7), caractérisé en ce que la chambre de filage (3) qui est fondamentalement fermée se situe dans un domaine de distance entre 100 et 350 mm de la filière (2) et est partiellement utilisée en tant que tuyau perforé.
2. Dispositif selon la revendiction 1, caractérisé en ce que la chambre de filage (3) à la forme d'un entonnoir (6) dans sa partie inférieure.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la paroie de l'entonnoir (6) est arrondie.
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau perforé (4) a une longueur de 50 à 150 mm
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau perforeé (4) a une perméabilité à l'air de 20 à 40 %.
6. Filament en polyester fabriqué avec le dispositif d'après les revendications 1-5, caractérisé avec une irrégularité du titre < 0.60 % U.
