Abstract

Claims (4)

  1. Porte comportant un vantail (2) et un panneau de recouvrement servant d'isolation phonique (5) monté ultérieurement de préférence. La surface du panneau de recouvrement faisant face à la partie intérieure de l'encadrement de la porte (3) est fixé à un cadre en profilé (1) qui l'entoure. Ce cadre en profilé est vissé au vantail (2). Il comporte sur son côté extérieur une cavité permettant d'insérer un isolant constitué d'une bande en caoutchouc élastique (4) qui est pressé contre l'intérieur de l'encadrement de la porte (3) lorsque celle-ci est fermée. A la partie inférieure du vantail (2), une bande isolante comportant des lèvres faisant saillie est fixée de préférence. La porte est caractérisée par le fait que
    - l'isolant (4) soit une bande surmontée d'un boyau et
    - que la cavité qui reçoit l'isolant (4) soit contre-dépouillée dans le profilé (1) permettant de loger l'isolant de manière à ce que seul le boyau dépasse du profilé (1).
  2. La porte est caractérisée selon la revendication 1 par le fait que, la bande de l'isolant (4) soit plate.
  3. La porte est caractérisée selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2 par le fait que, le profilé (1) comporte à l'intérieur des ressauts qui s'encastrent dans une rainure du panneau de recouvrement (5).
  4. La porte est caractérisée selon les revendications de 1 à 3 par le fait que, une plaque en matériau ignifuge et/ou insonorisant, de préférence en caoutchouc, soit insérée entre le panneau de recouvrement (5) et le vantail (2).
