These pins are also made of a material that can be easily cut by the cutting blade in case they are in the passage of the latter.

Claims (12)

  1. Verfahren zum Stapeln von mit sich wiederholenden Motiven versehenen Materialbögen vor ihrem Zuschneiden, wobei darauf geachtet wird, daß diese Motive von einem Kniff zum nächsten übereinanderliegen, umfassend nacheinander folgende Schritte:
    - ein relativ starrer Bogen wird auf einen Zuschneidetisch gelegt,
    - ein erster Kniff des Bogens mit sich wiederholenden Motiven wird von einer Vorratsvorrichtung aus zu diesem relativ starren Bogen transportiert und darauf abgelegt,
    - die optimale Anordnung aller zuzuschneidenden Teile wird aufgenommen,
    - an vorbestimmten Punkten des ersten Kniffs werden vertikale Nadelungselemente vorgesehen, um die Motive zu markieren,
    - die folgenden Kniffe werden stückweise herantransportiert, aufgelegt und befestigt, wobei durch Aufdrücken dieser Kniffe auf die bereits vorhandenen Nadelungselemente darauf geachtet wird, daß die Motive übereinanderliegen,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Kniff automatisch herantransportiert und aufgelegt wird,
    - indem das freie Ende des Kniffs in eine Greifvorrichtung eingeführt wird, die quer auf einem Hauptschlitten montiert ist, welcher der Länge nach beweglich ist, und an dessen hinterem Bereich ein leichtes Förderband befestigt ist,
    - indem der Schlitten anschließend bis vor den Zuschneidetisch geführt wird, wodurch eine bestimmte Knifflänge über den Tisch gezogen und auf dem besagten leichten Förderband abgelegt wird, um es vor den Nadelungselementen zu schützen,
    - und dann durch Freigabe des freien Endes des Kniffs aus der Greifvorrichtung, wobei dieser immer noch auf dem Tisch festgehalten wird,
    - indem der Schlitten mit dem leichten Förderband zum hinteren Teil des Tischs zurückgeführt wird,
    - und schließlich, indem der Kniff quer abgeschnitten wird, um ihn aus der Vorratsvorrichtung zu lösen.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vertikalen Nadelungselemente Nadeln sind, die nach dem Stapeln der Kniffe und vor dem Zuschneiden der Teile abgehoben werden sollen.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf die Nadeln nach jedem Ablegen eines Kniffs selbstklebende Plättchen aufgefädelt werden, welche die Kniffe aneinander befestigen sollen.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nadelungselemente nach jedem Ablegen eines Kniffs eingesetzt werden und vorgesehen sind, ineinandergesteckt zu werden, um die Falten aneinander zu befestigen.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nadelungselemente aus Stiften mit selbstklebendem Kopf aus einem genügend feinen Material bestehen, um beim Zuschneiden nicht hinderlich zu sein.
  6. Vorrichtung zum Stapeln von Materialbögen mit sich wiederholenden Motiven, wobei darauf geachtet wird, daß die Motive von Bogenkniff zu Bogenkniff übereinanderliegen, umfassend einen Hauptschlitten, welcher zum Zuschneidetisch der Länge nach beweglich ist, sowie ein leichtes Förderband (7), dessen Breite mindestens der der kniffe entspricht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser Schlitten aus zwei trennbaren, beweglichen Vorrichtungen besteht, von denen eine von einem Motor (3) angetrieben wird und eine Aufnahmevorrichtung aufweist, die zur Aufzeichnung der optimierten Anordnung aller zuzuschneidenden Teile verwendet wird, und die andere (6) gezogen wird und eine quer angeordnete Greifvorrichtung (12) aufweist, welche das freie Ende der Kniffe einführen soll, wobei diese gezogene Vorrichtung (6) in ihrem hinteren Bereich an dem leichten Förderband (7) befestigt ist, das den Kniff des bemusterten Bogens bei seinem Herantransport tragen und schützen soll.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das leichte Förderband über zwei Riemen (10), die beidseits des Tisches der Länge nach und dabei über an den Enden des Tisches angeordnete Umlenkrollen (5) laufen, gespannt gehalten wird.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Riemen (10) an der gezogenen Vorrichtung (6) des Hauptschlittens befestigt sind, sich mit ihm bewegen und dabei das freie Ende des leichten Förderbands (7), das den abzulegenden Kniff trägt, mitnehmen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gezogene Vorrichtung (6) des Hauptschlittens außerdem eine Zuschneidevorrichtung aufweist, welche die aufeinanderfolgenden Kniffe nach ihrem Ablegen von der Vorratsvorrichtung trennen soll, wobei sich die Zuschneidevorrichtung bezüglich der gezogenen Vorrichtung quer bewegt.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vom Hauptschlitten trennbaren Vorrichtungen mittels einer elektromechanischen Befestigungsvorrichtung (15) verbunden werden.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Vorratsvorrichtung aufweist, die vorgesehen ist, bemustertes Material praktisch ohne Spannung in Bögen abzugeben.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das leichte Förderband (7) vorzugsweise aus Mylar besteht.
