Claims (11)

1. Ununterbrochenes Schneide- und StapelVerfahren von Stoffen mit selber Dicke. Charakteristiken: Einsetzen und Festhalten eines Stoffstreifens (3; 25), der von einer Trommel (1 ; 26) abgewickelt wird und auf die bewegliche Oberfläche (9; 23) eines Schneide-Tisches (4; 20) bis vor ein oder mehrere Schneide- Elemente (13; 24) weitergeleitet wird. Die Schneide-Elemente sind mit den beweglichen Tragflächen gekuppelt, um ein oder mehrere Formstücke aus der Stofflänge (3; 25) zuzuschneiden. Danach werden die zugeschnittenen Stoffstücke automatisch auf einen Empfangs-Tisch (16) weiterbefördert. Dieser Tisch ist entweder fest oder beweglich. Jedes Stoffstück wird seinem Format entsprechend auf einen bestimmten Platz abgelegt, und das durch die Bewegung der Oberfläche (9; 23) des Schneide-Tisches (4; 20), während bereits eine neue Stofflänge eingesetzt wird.
2. Ununterbrochenes Schneide- und StapelVerfahren von Stoffen mit selber Dicke. Charakteristiken: Schneide-Tisch (4; 20) mit beweglicher Oberfläche (9; 23), die es ermöglicht, dass, während sich die Oberfläche bewegt, das Abrollen eines Stoffstreifens (1 ; 26) - welcher an einem Ende liegt - und das Weiterleiten einer Stofflänge (3; 25) bis vor ein oder mehrere Schneide-Elemente (13; 24) wie Laserstrahl, Ultraschall, Punktierrad, usw. erfolgt. Die Schneide-Elemente sind mit den beweglichen Tragflächen gekuppelt, so dass das Zuschneiden der Stoffstücke auch während des Stillstands der beweglichen Oberfläche (9; 23) des Schneide-Tisches weitererfolgt. Danach werden die einheitlich oder mehrartig zugeschnittenen Formstücke durch die Bewegung der Oberfläche (9; 23) des Schneide-Tisches (4; 20) automatisch auf bestimmte Stellen eines Empfangs-Tisches (16),der entweder fest oder beweglich ist und sich unter dem Schneide-Tisch (4; 20) befindet, weiterbefördert, so dass das Stapeln der jeweils gleichförmig zugeschnittenen Stoffstücke während der Bewegung der Oberfläche (9; 23) des Schneide-Tisches erfolgt. Gleichzeitig wickelt sich eine neue Stofflänge bis vor die Schneide-Elemente ab.
3. Schneide-Maschine gemäss Patentanspruch 2, charakterisiert dadurch, dass die bewegliche Oberfläche (9) des Schneide-Tisches (4) ein Rotations-Zylinder (5) ist, auf dessen oberen Seitenfläche (vor den Schneide-Elementen (13)) die Stoffschicht während der Drehung aufgelegt und festgehalten wird.
4. Schneide-Maschine, gemäss Patentanspruch 3, charakterisiert dadurch, dass die seitliche Oberfläche des Zylinders entweder gelocht oder glatt ist, je nach Anwendung der verschiedenen Schneide-Elemente.

Schneide-Maschine gemäss Patentansprüchen 2 und 3, charakterisiert dadurch, dass das oder die Schneide-Elemente (13) des zylindrischen Tisches (4) auf einer Schiene festgehalten sind und zwar parallel zu den Mantellinien des Zylinders, auf der sie (die Schneide-lemente) sich in Richtung der Mantellinien bewegen. Die Schiene wird an ihren Enden von zwei beweglichen Armen festgehalten, deren Drehung die Versetzung der Schiene (14) mit sich zieht, d.h. parallellaufend und auf einem Teil des Zylinder-Umfangs.
6. Schneide-Maschine gemäss Patentanspruch 5, charakterisiert dadurch, dass die gleichzeitige Versetzung der Schiene und des oder der Schneide-Elemente (mit gleichbleibender oder unterschiedlicher Geschwindigkeit) den Stoff in Schräg-Stücke zerschneidet.
7. Schneide-Maschine gemäss Patentanspruch 2, charakterisiert dadurch, dass die bewegliche Oberfläche (23) des Schneide-Tisches (20) ein endloses Fliessband (21) (welches gleichförmig, elastisch, gespannt ist) ist, das sich zwischen den beiden Getriebe-Trommeln (22) bewegt.
8. Schneide-Maschine gemäss Patentanspruch 7, charakterisiert dadurch, dass das endlose Fliessband aus beweglichen Gliedern oder verbundenen Platten besteht, deren Material dem der Schneide-Elemente (24) entspricht.

Schneide-Maschine gemäss Patentanspruch 2, charakterisiert dadurch, dass der Empfangs-Tisch (16) im Verhältnis zu seiner LängsAchse fest ist, wobei die Einheit Stoffstück (1 ; 26) und Schneide-Tisch (4; 20) beweglich ist, um die zugeschnittenen Stoffstücke an bestimmten Stellen auf dem Empfangs-Tisch (16) abzulegen. Dieser Tisch ist in der Höhe beweglich, um gleichförmige Stoffstücke zu stapeln.

Schneide-Maschine gemäss Patentanspruch 2, charakterisiert dadurch, dass der Empfangs-Tisch (16), entsprechend seiner LängsAchse, beweglich ist, um an bestimmten Plätzen die zugeschnittenen Stoffstücke aufzunehmen. Die Einheit Schneide-Tisch und Stoffstück (1; 22) ist unbeweglich. Der Empfangs-Tisch (16) hingegen ist beweglich, d.h. in seiner Höhe verstellbar, um das Stapeln der gleichmässig zugeschnittenen Stoffstücke zu ermöglichen.

Schneide-Maschine gemäss Patentanspruch 2, charakterisiert dadurch, dass der Stoff (3; 25) auf der beweglichen Oberfläche (9; 23) des Schneide-Tisches (4; 20), mittels einer Press-Walze (10; 27) befestigt ist. Der Tisch wird vorher mit Leim bestrichen oder mit Nadeln oder sonstigen Befestigungs-Elementen versehen.
