Claims (3)

1. Dispositif pour le séchage de matières thermosensibles et aisément inflammables, qui comprend
a) un échangeur de chaleur (2) avec une conduite d'amenée pour l'air ambiant et une conduite d'évacuation (4) pour l'air ambiant chauffé,
b) un dispositif d'alimentation en gaz (5) placé dans la conduite d'évacuation (4) du côté aspiration, et
c) un boîtier de détente et de distribution (6) à l'extrémité de la conduite d'évacuation (4) partant de l'échangeur de chaleur (2) caractérisé en ce que
(d) un dispositif d'étranglement (7) est prévu du côté aspiration et du côté pression du dispositif d'alimentation en gaz (5),
(e) une tôle chicane (18) se trouve dans le boîtier de détente et de distribution, transversalement au sens d'écoulement de l'air,
(f) une plaque (12) munie de fentes d'air (19) pour la répartition uniforme de l'air chauffé sur la totalité de la surface de la sortie d'air est disposée du côté sortie d'air du boîtier de détente et de distribution (6), et en ce que
(g) la conduite d'évacuation (4) est réalisée flexible et le boîtier de détente et de distribution (6) peut être déplacé verticalement et latéralement.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de détente et de distribution (6) est muni d'un dispositif d'étranglement (8) réglable.
3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface de la sortie d'air formée dans la plaque (12) par les fentes d'air (19) est de 0,2 cm²/m³ d'air.
