Definitions
- the invention relates to a belt conveyor system with a conveyor belt designed as a braided belt, the braided belt resting on a circumferential conveyor device, which consists of parallel chains connected by a plurality of crossbars, and which is positively connected to the conveyor device by drivers attached to the crossbars engage in the braid belt.
- a belt conveyor system with a conveyor belt designed as a braided belt, the braided belt resting on a circumferential conveyor device, which consists of parallel chains connected by a plurality of crossbars, and which is positively connected to the conveyor device by drivers attached to the crossbars engage in the braid belt.
- Such belt conveyors are used to separate small and large parts, the small parts falling through the mesh of the mesh.
- the small parts can, for example, be remnants of cast burrs and blasting media which arise when blasting cast or injection-molded parts.
- conveyor belts which consist of two parallel chains connected by long bolts, the bolts being connected to one another by special elements.
- such conveyor belts are expensive and complex to manufacture.
- the gaps have inside of the belt system-specific a certain minimum size, so that such belts can not be used for all applications, especially not for small molded parts.
- the invention has for its object to provide a belt conveyor system with a conveyor belt designed as a braid in an economical manner, which makes it possible to provide any braid belts for the transport of any parts in different temperature ranges, regardless of the conveyor.
- This object is achieved in that a plurality of drivers are spaced from each other on each transverse web provided for the attachment of drivers and the braid covers the chains.
- the result is a simple, uniform, positive transmission of force to the braid belt and thus a uniform movement.
- the positive connection is achieved by drivers which are adapted to the meshes of the braided belt and engage in them.
- Any braided belt can therefore be used.
- the conveyor itself is independent of the design of the braid belt and its dimensions and can therefore be freely designed in principle. Only the carriers, i.e. the connecting elements between the conveyor and the mesh belt must be adapted accordingly.
- the braided belt extends across the entire width of the belt conveyor system.
- Such a belt conveyor system can be used both for transporting parts in a hot environment, e.g. a hardening shop, as well as for transporting parts in a cold environment, e.g. in a cryogenic atmosphere, such as occurs in a food cooling tunnel and in a deburring system for parts to be embrittled cold.
- the braid belt is supported over its entire width by stable crossbars, so that its load is reduced and the service life is increased.
- the mesh size remains constant.
- the advantageous design of the drivers as combs enables a particularly stable and inexpensive positive force transmission between the transverse webs of the conveyor device and the braided belt.
- the spaces between the individual teeth of the comb and their cross-section are adapted to the meshes in the mesh belt.
- a further advantageous embodiment in which the mesh belt consists of wire mesh and the cross struts made of metal, in particular of weldable metal, provides that the drivers are welded to both the crossbars and the braid belt. This creates a stable bond between the wire mesh and the conveyor.
- a belt conveyor system of this type for a trough belt jet deburring system, in particular when it is used for deburring rubber and plastic parts by cold embrittlement and blasting.
- a trough belt jet deburring system is used in a temperature range in which it It is advantageous that the braid belt and conveyor device are positively connected to each other.
- a braid belt 1 rests with its one edge on a drive wheel 2 and an impeller 3.
- a trough wheel 4 creates a trough which consists of a horizontal belt section and a vertical belt section.
- a tensioning device 5 is used to compensate for the length of the braided belt 1.
- the braided belt 1 rotates clockwise and molded parts, which are not shown in the figure, and which are located on the horizontal belt section, are circulated onto the vertical belt section by partial raising.
- the above-mentioned wheels are duplicated, namely on the two edges of the braided belt 1.
- Cold gas is introduced into the trough belt jet system by a spray device 7, which leads to embrittlement of the molded parts.
- the temperature range can be from room temperature to -140 ° C.
- the system can also be used in other temperature ranges.
- a blasting device not shown, the Burrs on the molded parts are removed from the area of the trough. The burr residues and the blasting agent fall through the mesh of the mesh belt 1 into a funnel 8, where they can be removed and separated so that the blasting agent can be recovered.
- the system shown is loaded and unloaded via a flap 9. The system itself is soundproof.
- FIG. 2 shows the belt conveyor system according to the invention.
- the braid belt 1 lies on the left and right edge on two flat-top chains 10 and 11.
- the hinge band chains 10 and 11 are arranged parallel to one another and connected to one another by a plurality of crossbars 12. This can be done by welding.
- the crossbars 12 have a T-profile and support the braid belt 1 between its edges.
- the hinged belt chains 10 and 11 are driven by the drive wheels 2 (not shown in this figure).
- a plurality of drivers 13 are fastened to each transverse web 12 in such a way that the drivers 13 each engage in the meshes of the braided belt 1. But it is also possible to attach the driver 13 only to every second or third crossbar.
- the drivers 13 are comb-shaped and welded to the crosspieces 12.
- the adaptation between the mesh belt 1 and the conveyor device consisting of the cross bars and the hinge belt chains 10 and 11 is carried out by appropriately adapted drivers 13. It is conceivable for this purpose to make the cross bars 12 interchangeable.
- the working direction of the flat top chains 10 and 11 indicated by arrows is transferred to the braided belt 1 by the drivers 13. At the The unloaded belt moves in the opposite direction.
- Angle irons 14 are fastened to the braid belt 1 transversely to the direction of movement thereof and ensure better circulation of the molded parts on the braid belt 1.
- the driver 13 and the angle iron 14 can also be fastened to the braided belt 1 by welding.
- the drivers 13 are each attached to the crossbar of the T-shaped crosspieces 12 and engage in the braid belt 1 and are therefore positively connected to it.
- the braided belt 1 lies on both the hinge chain 11 and the crossbars 12.
- other suitable means are also possible as traction means instead of the hinge chain chains.
Description
- Fig. 1 einen Teilschnitt aus einer Muldenband-Strahl-Entgratungsanlage
- Fig. 2 Vorderansicht und Draufsicht auf einen Geflechtgurt
- Fig. 3 den Schnitt III-III gemäß Figur 2.
