Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist die erfindungsgemäße Zigaretten-Packung dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verformbare Trennwand zugleich Rückwand eines die Zigaretten-Gruppe aufnehmenden Innenzuschnitts ist und daß sich die Rückwand von einer Bodenwand etwa zum oberen Rand der Zigaretten-Gruppe erstreckt, ohne Verbindung mit einer oberen Deckwand des Innenzuschnitts. Die derart ausgebildete Trennwand ist zur Vergrößerung des Abfallraumes leicht verformbar bzw. in eine andere Lage bewegbar. Dabei ist die Trennwand so ausgebildet und angeordnet, daß die Zigaretten-Kammer für die Aufnahme der frischen unverbrauchten Zigaretten vor Ingebrauchnahme der Zigaretten-Packung praktisch den gesamten Innenraum derselben ausfüllt. Nach Entnahme und Abrauchen einer Zigarette wird diese in die Zigaretten-Packung, nämlich in die Schachtel, wieder eingeführt, und zwar in die Abfall-Kammer. Durch entsprechende Verformung der Trennwand verändert diese nach fortlaufendem Verbrauch der Zigaretten und Wiedereinführen derselben Größe und Form. Die so ausgebildete Zigaretten-Packung ist zur Aufnahme einer Zigaretten-Gruppe 12 mit einer Mehrzahl von in bestimmter Formation angeordneten Zigaretten 42 bestimmt. Bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel (Fig. 2) besteht die Zigaretten-Gruppe 12 aus insgesamt achtzehn Zigaretten 42. Diese sind in drei Reihen angeordnet, und zwar in zwei Reihen 43 und 44 zu je sieben Zigaretten 42 und einer Reihe 45 mit vier Zigaretten 42. Diese sind zum Teil mit Abstand voneinander angeordnet, jedenfalls versetzt ("Sattellage") zu den Zigaretten der mittleren Reihe 44. Der Innenraum der Zigaretten-Packung ist demnach durch die Zigaretten-Gruppe 12 nicht vollständig ausgefüllt.Lateral

Die abgerauchten Zigaretten - Abfall-Zigaretten 48 - können über die Hauptöffnung der Klappschachtel 10 bei geöffnetem Deckel 13 in die Abfall-Kammer 47 eingeführt werden. Diese ist bei dem vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel im Bereich der Schachtel-Rückwand 15 angeordnet, und zwar benachbart zu einem Rand derselben. Die Einstecköffnung 54 ist benachbart zur Schachtelseitenwand 19 gebildet, also auf der Seite, an der die Rückwand 30 des Innenzuschnitts 29 frei querverschiebbar ist. Die Einstecköffnung 54 ist durch eine U-Stanzung 55 im Zuschnitt (Fig. 7) für die Klappschachtel 10 gebildet, mit Restverbindungen 56. Es entsteht dadurch eine rechteckige Schwenklasche 57, die zur Einführung einer Abfall-Zigarette 48 in die Zigaretten- Packung nach innen verschwenkt wird (Fig. 5). Nach Einführen einer Abfall-Zigarette 48 in die Abfall-Kammer 47 kehrt die Schwenklasche 57 infolge der gegebenen Rückstellkräfte des Materials in die Ausgangsstellung zurück. Die Klappschachtel 10 kann mit einer üblichen Außenumhüllung aus dünner Kunststoffolie oder Zellglas versehen sein. Bei dem vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel hat diese Außenumhüllung zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordnete, querverlaufende Aufreißstreifen (nicht gezeigt). Diese üblichen und bekannten Aufreißstreifen ermöglichen die Durchtrennung der Außenumhüllung und das anschließende Abziehen derselben. Durch die Anordnung eines oberen und eines unteren Aufreißstreifens können ein oberer kappenartiger Teil der Außenumhüllung und ein unterer kappenartiger Teil derselben von der Klappschachtel 10 abgezogen werden, so daß von der Außenumhüllung ein etwa mittig die Klappschachtel 10 umgebender Mantelstreifen 61 zurückbleibt. Dieser ist so angeordnet, daß die Einführung der Abfall-Zigaretten 48 durch Einschieben derselben in den unteren Teil der Einstecköffnung 54 möglich ist.The hinged
Die in der beschriebenen Weise ausgebildete Zigarettenpackung wird so gehandhabt, daß nach Beseitigen der oberen und unteren Teile der Außenumhüllung und Öffnen des Deckels 13 die Abziehlasche 35 beseitigt wird. Dadurch liegen die Zigaretten 42 oben für die Entnahme frei (Fig. 1). Nach Entnahme einer ersten Zigarette 42 fällt die ursprüngliche Formation der Zigaretten-Gruppe 12 (Fig. 2) in sich zusammen. Es entsteht nun ein gewisser Freiraum innerhalb der Klappschachtel 10, der das Wiedereinführen der abgerauchten Zigarette als Abfall-Zigarette 48 über die Einstecköffnung 45 ermöglicht. Durch das Einschieben der ersten Abfall-Zigarette 48 werden Rückwand 30 und Seitenlappen 38 von der Bodenwand 32 und dem Bodenseitenlappen 40 abgetrennt, so daß die Schachtel-Rückwand 30 teilweise in das Innere der Packung verschoben werden kann und die Funktion als Trennwand übernimmt. - Cigarette pack according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the rear wall (30) is connected to at least one side-wall (box side-wall 20) and preferably also to a box bottom-wall (16), especially by adhesion.
- Cigarette pack according to Claim 3, characterized in that the rear wall (30), or a side-tab (38) adjoining the latter, is connected to the inside of one box side-wall (20), especially by adhesion (adhesive strip 51), whereas the oppositely situated side-tab (38) is arranged freely in the box (10).
- Cigarette pack according to one or more of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that a front-wall (31) of the inner blank (29) is fixed in the box (10), especially by sticking side-tabs (39) to the inside of the box side-walls (19, 20) with the aid of adhesive strips (49).
- Cigarette pack according to one or more of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the rear-wall (30) and possibly the adjoining, unattached side-tab (38) can be severed from the rest of the inner blank (29), especially via a severable connection between rear-wall (30) and bottom-wall (32).
- Cigarette pack according to one or more of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the box (10) has a seperate opening (insert-opening 54) for inserting waste-cigarettes (48) into the waste-compartment (47).
- Cigarette pack according to Claim 7, characterized in that the insert-opening (54) is formed in the region of a box rear-wall (15), its width corresponding roughly to the diameter of a waste-cigarette (48) but its length being shorter than said cigarette.
- Cigarette pack according to Claim 7 or 8, characterized in that the insert-opening (54) is formed by a U-punch (55) in such a way that a hinged-flap (57) pivoting on a pack edge (58) is formed, acting as a breech of the insert-opening (54).
- Cigarette pack according to one or more of Claims 1 to 9, characterized by an outer wrapping made of plastics foil or the like, which is equipped with two transversely running tearing-strips, being spaced apart, which enable an upper and lower part of the outer wrapping to be pulled off in such a way that an encircling strip (61) remains in the central region of the hinge-lid box (10) as part of the outer wrapping, in particular for covering part of the insert-opening (54).
- Cigarette pack according to one or more of Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that a front-wall (31) of the inner blank (29) forms a flap (35) in the top section, which the also removable cover-wall (33) adjoins to, in such a way that after removing the flap (35), the cigarette-group (12) is uncovered in the region of an upper front part and completely uncovered in the region of the upper end face.
