Abstract

The box (1) has in addition to the reclosable opening an automatically closable opening (6) . Inside the box there is a deformable cross wall and the delivery opening is on one side and the automatically closing opening on the other. With the initially empty box the cross wall directly adjoins the wall (4) of the box having the automatically closing opening. One section of this wall extends along a wall section (9) of the box adjoining said wall (4) and the ends (10) of the cross wall are fixed on the box.

Description

The invention relates to a box-like container for individually packaged Confectionery such as hard caramels, crushed stones, chocolates, sweets and the like.

Individually packaged confectionery of the type mentioned are in sack-like or in box-like containers offered for sale. The sack-like containers are used for removal of the confectionery torn open or cut open. The box-like containers usually have a removal opening that can be repeated using a lid can be locked. The wrapping paper or foil, in The individual confectionery is wrapped and wrapped up after removal the confectionery is often thrown away without hesitation.

Starting from this prior art, the invention is based on the object a box-like container for the said goods in the way form that the wrapping film or wrapping paper after removal of the individual confectionery can be taken up again from the container without that the usually crumpled wrapping paper or wrapping film with the originally packaged goods are mixed.

In this context, the US-PS 1 562 497 is to be mentioned, which a cigarette or. Cigar box shows with a two-part drawer. The one The push part takes the cigarettes or cigars, the other push part is as Ashtray provided. The thrust part for the ashes is opposite the sliding part for receiving the cigarettes or cigars. In another comparable proposal (FR-PS 2 661 897) are in one box housing open on both sides relative to each other two sliding parts slidable to each other. There are matches in one drawer and the other Pastilles are included for example. The box case is open on both sides. The two thrust parts can be together or in parallel opposite directions are shifted. U.S. Patent 1,791,094 shows also a box case with two sliding parts, but here are the two Thrust parts arranged one behind the other as seen in the sliding direction. The EP 350 739 A1 shows and describes a smoked goods container. On this smoky goods container there is an additional container for a cigarette box appropriate. This additional container is used to hold the tobacco waste. The additional container can be firmly connected to the smokers' goods container be or be arranged detachable from this. All of these previously known Measures and constructions are essentially common to each multiple specified recording rooms with regard to their size and cannot be changed and the box-like housing is accordingly large Must have dimensions to accommodate these receiving spaces.

The invention proposes those measures to achieve the object indicated at the outset before, the subject and content of the claim 1 are. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are in the subclaims captured.

In order to illustrate the invention, several exemplary embodiments are discussed on the basis of the drawing, without thereby restricting the invention to precisely these exemplary embodiments. Show it:
Figures 1, 2 and 3 a box-like container in view, side view and bottom view. 4 to 7 different embodiments for the design and arrangement of the transverse wall, the containers being shown in vertical section; 8 shows the container according to FIG. 1, the container containing both individually packaged confectionery and crumpled wrapping paper.

The box-like container 1 according to FIGS. 1 to 3 has the size, for example a usual cigarette box and a hinged lid 2, which around the Axis 3 is pivotable. This cover 2 closes the upper removal opening, from the individually packaged confectionery in the container can be. However, neither the cuboid is for the present invention The shape of the container and the pivotable lid 2 shown here essential. The container can also have other shapes and other removal openings. In the lower narrow side 4 of the container 1 is an automatic closable opening provided by several intersecting incisions 5 is formed, the substantially triangular, with their tips facing each other Limit rag. The outer ends of these incisions 5 lie on an imaginary, circumferentially closed line that delimit this opening 6. In 4 to 8, this opening 6 is in each case the cross-sectional representations according to FIGS indicated by a dash-dotted line 7.

In the interior of the container 1 (FIG. 4), a transverse wall 8 is now provided, which consists of a strip of deformable material, for example made of cardboard and which extends over the lower narrow side 4 of the container 1 and over one adjacent wall part 9 and its ends 10 connected to the container 1, are glued, for example. Seen from the side (FIG. 4), this transverse wall is 8 L-shaped, in the embodiment of FIG. 5, this transverse wall 8 - of the Seen from the side - U-shaped, the ends 10 of the two legs 11 also connected to the container 1, for example glued. In the embodiment 6, the transverse wall 8 is made of an elastic material and seen from the side U-shaped, but here the legs 11 are below slight pressure on the wall parts 9 of the container 1. In the embodiment 7, the opening 6 (dashed line 7) is laterally offset and the Transverse wall 8 is also L-shaped (seen from the side). The width of each Transverse walls 8 corresponds approximately to the clear inner width of the container 1, it is expedient to be slightly smaller than this.

Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 6 ist die Querwand zweckmäßigerweise aus Kunststoff gefertigt.4, 5 and 7, the transverse wall 8 is in each case made of an easily deformable material, such as thin cardboard manufactured. 6, the transverse wall is expedient made of plastic.

When the container 1 is still unused and unused, this transverse wall is located 8 or a section of that wall of the container 1 directly adjacent, in which the opening 6 is provided, so that the entire interior of the container can hold 1 individually packaged confectionery.

FIG. 8 now shows, partially torn open, a opened container according to FIG. 1. It can be seen from this illustration that above the deformed transverse wall 8 individually packaged confectionery 12 is still in the container 1. Three such Confectionery has already been removed and its wrapping paper has been crumpled up and then through the automatically closing opening 6 (dashed line 7) put back in container 1. These crumpled up and back into the container 1 inserted wrapping papers 13 are through the deforming transverse wall 8th separated from the confectionery 12. 4, 5 and 7 becomes the transverse wall by inserting the crumpled wrapping papers 13 8 deformed, this transverse wall 8 a gradually increasing Chamber 14 limited, whereas the other chamber 15, in which the number of Confectionery 12 gradually decreases as it is removed, becomes smaller (Fig. 8).

In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 6, the transverse wall is introduced of the crumpled wrapping papers gradually shifted, here the transverse wall retains 8 essentially its shape, it only changes its position within the container 1.

Thanks to the proposal according to the invention, the container 1 or can be through its shape and size given volume entirely as a filling space for the Confectionery is used despite the high filling level, there is sufficient space created to hold the crumpled wrapping papers. Because the opening 6 closes automatically due to the configuration described here the crumpled wrapping papers 13 placed in the container safely and reliably recorded.

Instead of a hinged lid, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, could here a fold-out tab for removing the confectionery 12 can also be provided, as it is known for example in box-like packaging, in which pourable materials. These are expediently automatic closing opening 6 and the removal opening on opposite one another Sections of the container 1 are provided.
