Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Verpackung, aus einem insbesondere einteiligen Zuschnitt mit einer an der Innenseite vorgesehenen Aufreißhilfe in Form eines Aufreißfadens od.dgl., wobei die Aufreißhilfe gegenüber den Kanten des Zuschnitts geringfügig schräg angeordnet ist (siehe z.B. FR-A-1 216 854).
  • Aufreißfäden od dgl. Aufreißhilfen haben sich bei einer Vielzahl von Verpackungen bewährt. Ihre beiden Enden laufen in der Längsnaht zusammen, wodurch ein Ende frei erfaßbar ist. Beim Herstellen dieser Längsnaht, die als Siegelnaht ausgebildet ist, ergeben sich jedoch durch die Verdoppelung der Aufreißhilfe beträchtliche Schwierigkeiten.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Aufreißhilfe so anzuordnen, daß eine Materialanhäufung verhindert wird.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Aufreißhilfe parallel zur Maschinenlaufrichtung auf einem die Zuschnitte enthaltenden Kartonbogen od.dgl. angebracht wird, während die Zuschnitte geringfügig verdreht zur Maschinenlaufrichtung auf dem Kartonbogen od.dgl. angeordnet werden.
  • Dadurch kommen die beiden Enden der Aufreißhilfe nebeneinander und nicht übereinander zu liegen, so daß keine nachteilige Beeinflussung beim Herstellen der Längssiegelnaht eintritt.
  • Es hat sich als völlig ausreichend ergeben, wenn erfindungsgemäß die Aufreißhilfe und die Kanten des Zuschnittes mit einem Winkel von etwa 1° gegeneinander verdreht verlaufen.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles veranschaulicht. Die Figur zeigt einen Ausschnitt eines Kartonbogens, auf dem zwölf Zuschnitte vorgesehen sind.
  • Mit 1 ist ein Kartonbogen bezeichnet, auf dem zwölf gleiche Zuschnitte 2 vorgesehen sind, die zum Herstellen einer Kartonverpackung dienen. Diese Zuschnitte 2 sind gegenüber den Kanten des Kartonbogens 1 um 1° verdreht angeordnet. Über jede Reihe dieser Zuschnitte 2 verläuft ein Aufreißfaden 3, der parallel zu den Außenkanten des Kartonbogens 1 und damit in Maschinenrichtung verläuft. Mit den Kanten bzw. Faltlinien der einzelnen Zuschnitte 2 schließt er dagegen den Winkel von 1° ein.

Claims (2)

  1. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Verpackung, aus einem insbesondere einteiligen Zuschnitt mit einer an der Innenseite anzubringenden Aufreißhilfe in Form eines Aufreißfadens od.dgl., wobei die Aufreißhilfe gegenüber den Kanten des Zuschnittes geringfügig schräg angeordnet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufreißhilfe parallel zur Maschinenlaufrichtung auf einem die Zuschnitte enthaltenden Kartonbogen od.dgl. angebracht wird, während die Zuschnitte geringfügig verdreht zur Maschinenlaufrichtung auf dem Kartonbogen od.dgl. angeordnet werden.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufreißhilfe und die Kanten des Zuschnittes mit einem Winkel von etwa 1° gegeneinander verdreht angeordnet werden.
