Claims (10)
- Dispositif pour redresser un matériau en bande continue enroulé en bobine et pour introduire celui-ci dans le dispositif d'amenage d'une machine de travail du matériau, comprenant un dévidoir (1) et placé derrière celui-ci, un redresseur (6) qui est équipé de rouleaux redresseurs inférieur et supérieur et éventuellement de rouleaux d'alimentation et peut être déplacé entre le dévidoir (1) et le dispositif d'amenage de la machine de travail, de préférence d'une presse, caractérisé par le fait que le redresseur (6) est monté sur une ou plusieurs glissières (7) qui, à leur extrémité (10) côté dévidoir peut/peuvent être soulevée(s) ou abaissée(s) et, à leur extrémité (12) côté machine de travail est/sont montée(s) pivotante(s).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le dévidoir (1) et le redresseur (6) sont montés sur une plateforme (2) ou analogue commune.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que le redresseur (6) est suspendu par sa partie (8) supérieure sur la glissière (7) ou sur les glissières et que les rouleaux redresseurs et le cas échéant les rouleaux d'alimentation se trouvent dans la partie (9) inférieure de celui-ci ou inversement.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que la partie du redresseur (6) qui porte les rouleaux redresseurs et le cas échéant les rouleaux d'alimentation est montée par brides la partie du redresseur associée à la glissière (7) ou aux glissières.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que l'extrémité (10) côté dévidoir de la glissière (7) ou les extrémités côté dévidoir des glissières est ou sont reliée(s) au dévidoir (1) à l'aide d'au moins un organe réglable (11).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que l'extrémité (10) côté machine de travail de la glissière (7) ou les extrémités côté côté machine de travail des glissières est ou sont montée(s) pivotantes sur un ou plusieurs support(s).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que la glissière (7) est formée d'une poutre à profil en I qui porte une crémaillère qui engrène avec un pignon d'entraînement du redresseur (6).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que le redresseur (6) peut être déplacé au moyen d'un mécanisme à vis, de vérins hydrauliques, etc.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu sur le redresseur (6), côté dévidoir, une paire de mâchoires de pince (15) qui font saillie vers l'extérieur.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que l'angle d'attaque des mâchoires supérieure et/ou inférieure est réglable séparément.
