Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif d'amenée de flans (10) de matériau d'empaquetage à un dispositif de pliage (11) pour l'empaquetage d'objets ou de groupes d'objets, les flans (10) étant détachés d'une bande continue de matériau (12) par des couteaux coopérants, à savoir des couteaux tournants (23, 24) et des contre-conteaux fixes (22), et amenés au dispositif de plage (11), le dispositif comportant un moyen d'entraînement de la bande de matériau (12), en particulier des rouleaux tracteurs (17, 18), et un cylindre à couteaux tournant (21) portant au moins un couteau (23,24), le contre-couteau (22) étant, en cas d'absence d'amenée d'ojets, mû de façon à être mis hors de prise avec le couteau (23, 24) du cylindre à couteaux tournant (21), caractérisé par le fait que le contre-couteau (22) est écarté de sa position de coupe par intermittence, à savoir chaque moment où le couteau (23,24) du cylindre à couteaux tournant (21) est en face de lui.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les mouvements du contre-couteau (22) sont commandés par le cylindre à couteaux (21), qui est soumis en permanence à rotation, en particulier par l'intermédiaire d'une came de forme correspondante (38) avec mécanisme de manoeuvre entraîné par celle-ci.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que le mécanisme d'actionnement présente un lever de manoeuvre (34) dont les mouvements de manoeuvre, transmis au contre-couteau (22), sont tirés du cylindre à couteaux (21), en particulier par appui d'un galet palpeur (40) sur la came (38).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que pendant la production de flans (10), le mécanisme d'actionnement du contre-couteau (22) est dégagé pour la manoeuvre du cylindre à couteaux (21), en particulier, le levier de manoeuvre (34) est dégagé de la came (38).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que le levier de manoeuvre (34) peut tourner dans un plan perpendiculaire au plan de la came (38), en particulier par l'action d'un vérin (44) en exécutant un mouvement de rotation autour d'un palier (41) avec axe de rotation dirigé transversalement.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que le contre-couteau (22), pour l'interruption du processus de coupe, est écarté de manière pulsatoire de sa position de coupe par un mécanisme excentrique (32).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 et une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le mécanisme excentrique (32) est entraîné (de manière pulsatoire) par le levier de manoeuvre (34).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que le levier de manoeuvre (34) est lié à un organe d'actionnement du mécanisme excentrique (32), en particulier par l'intermédiaire d'un levier oscillant (36) comportant un pivot excentrique (35).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que le pivot (35) est joint, avec décalage parallèle à l'axe, à un bouton d'excentrique (50) qui est monté dans un bague tournante, en particulier une bague de roulement à billes (51), pour la transmission des mouvements d'élévation au contre-couteau (22).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que le contre-couteau est monté sur un bras support basculant (28) qui, pour l'écartement du contre-couteau (22) de sa position de coupe, bascule autour d'un palier (29), en particulier par l'action du mécanisme excentrique (32).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que le contre-couteau (22) est tenu par deux organes de support espacés, en particulier par deux bras supports (28) qui sont réunis par une traverse (47) et mus ensemble.
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait qu'à chaque bras support (28) est adjoint un mécanisme excentrique (32), les deux mécanismes excentriques (32) étant accouplés, en particulier par un arbre de liaison (52) passant dans la traverse creuse (47) qui est joint au bouton d'excentrique (50) de chaque mécanisme excentrique (32).
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait qu'à un cylindre transporteur intermédiaire (27) contigu au cylindre à couteaux (21) ou appuyé contre celui-ci est associés un cylindre de coupe (54) pour la production de flans et de perforations dans la zone du flan, ce cylindre de coupe (54) présentant des outils de coupe montés de manière amovible.
