Claims (25)

  1. Verfahren zur automatischen Ausgabe von Waren (63), insbesondere von behandelten Nahrungsmitteln, die auf Platten (20) einer Zwischenlagerungsvorrichtung (2) angeordnet sind, umfassend Transportmittel (3) in geschlossener Schleife, an denen in Reihe die Platten aufgehängt sind und die Getriebeorgane (4, 5) mit horizontalen und parallelen Achsen aufweisen, mittels einer Entnahmevorrichtung (56), die wenigstens ein Schiebemittel (62) umfaßt und in der Lage ist, die Waren der Zwischenlagerungsvorrichtung zu entnehmen, wenn sich die Platten jeweils bei einer Entladestation befinden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es darin besteht, wenn sich die eine der Platten bei der Entladestation (55) befindet und sich das Schiebemittel (62) seitlich von der durch die Platte (20) getragenen, zu entnehmenden Ware (63) befindet, das Schiebemittel (62) parallel zu den Achsen der Getriebeorgane (4, 5) der Transportmittel (3) derart parallel zu versetzen, daß diese Ware auf der Platte parallel zu den Achsen zum Entnehmen der Ware zu einem (21) der quer verlaufenden Enden der Platte gedrückt und geschoben wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es darin besteht, das Schiebemittel (62) seitlich zu der zu entnehmenden Ware (63) zuzuführen, indem das Schiebemittel und die die zu entnehmende Ware tragende Platte zueinander vertikal versetzt werden.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es darin besteht, wobei sich das Schiebemittel (62) außerhalb der Bahn der Platten (20) befindet, die eine der Platten in eine Position nahe der Entladestation (55) zuzuführen, das Schiebemittel (62) parallel zu den Achsen der Getriebeorgane (4, 5) derart zu versetzen, daß das Schiebemittel hinter einer durch die Platte getragenen, zu entnehmenden Ware zugeführt wird, und die Platte zu der Entladestation (55) zuzuführen, in der das Schiebemittel (62) hinter und seitlich der zu entnehmenden Ware angeordnet ist.
  4. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schiebemittel (62) nach dem Entnehmen aus der Zwischenlagerungsvorrichtung (2) die entnommene Ware bis zur Sohle eines Ofens (36) schiebt.
  5. Automat für Waren (63), insbesondere behandelte Nahrungsmittel, insbesondere zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, umfassend:
    - eine Zwischenlagerungsvorrichtung (2), umfassend die Waren tragende Platten (20), wobei die Platten in Reihe an Transportmitteln (3) aufgehängt sind, die Getriebeorgane (4, 5) mit horizontalen und parallelen Achsen aufweisen und in der Lage sind, die Platten auf einer Bahn mit geschlossener Schleife zu versetzen,
    - und eine Entnahmevorrichtung (56), umfassend ein bewegliches Schiebemittel (62), das in der Lage ist, seitlich auf die zu entnehmenden Waren der Zwischenlagerungsvorrichtung einzuwirken, wenn sich die Platten jeweils bei einer Entladestation befinden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entnahmevorrichtung (56) Mittel (57) umfaßt, die in der Lage sind, das Schiebemittel (62) parallel zu den Achsen der Getriebeorgane (4, 5) der Zwischenlagerungsvorrichtung (2) derart zu versetzen, daß die Waren (63) an dem einen der quer verlaufenden Enden der Platten (20) entnommen werden.
  6. Automat nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (22) zum Aufhängen der Platten (20) an den Transportmitteln (3) mit Vertiefungen versehen oder offen sind derart, daß der Durchlaß zum Schiebemittel (62) und zu den zu entnehmenden Waren (63) gelassen wird, wenn sie sich jeweils an der Entladestation (55) befinden.
  7. Automat nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufhängemittel der Platten (20) umgekehrt L-förmige Arme (22) umfassen, die sich senkrecht zu den vorgenannten Getriebeachsen erstrecken, wobei jeweils die unteren Enden der vertikalen Abschnitte (24) der Arme an den Platten befestigt sind und ihre oberen horizontalen Abschnitte (25) mit den Transportmitteln (3) verbunden sind.
  8. Automat nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportmittel (2) parallele Endloselemente (3) umfassen, die außerhalb der quer verlaufenden Enden der Platten (20) angeordnet sind, wobei die Aufhängemittel jeder Platte zwei Armpaare (16, 17) umfassen, die sich in Ebenen senkrecht zu den Achsen der vorgenannten Getriebeorgane (4, 5) erstrecken, wobei das eine der Enden der Arme jedes Armpaars an der Platte durch eine selbe Achse (26) angelenkt ist, während ihre anderen Enden jeweils durch Endloselemente (3) an zwei Stellen getragen sind, die sich in der Längsrichtung der letzteren mit Abstand angeordnet befinden.
  9. Automat nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arme jedes der Armpaare Abschnitte (19) umfassen, die seitlich an der Platte (20) angelenkt sind, Abschnitte, die sich an der Entladestation in der Höhe oder unterhalb der Oberseite der Platte (20) erstrecken derart, daß der Durchlaß zum Schiebemittel (62) und den zu entnehmenden Waren (63) gelassen wird.
  10. Automat nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entnahmevorrichtung (56) eine horizontale Führung (57), die sich außerhalb der Bahn der Platten (20) und parallel zu den Achsen der Getriebeorgane (45) erstreckt, sowie einen Arm (62) umfaßt, der sich senkrecht zu diesen Achsen erstreckt und das Schiebemittel bildet, wobei der Arm auf der Führung mittels Betätigungsmitteln (59) verschiebbar angebracht ist.
  11. Automat nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportmittel mit Rastungen versehene Endloselemente (3), die auf den Getriebezahnrädern (4, 5) angebracht sind und innere Führungen (13, 14) aufweisen, die durchgehende Führungsflächen aufweisen, auf die die Rastungen (10) der Endloselemente (3) über die gesamte Länge ihrer Bahn zur Auflage gelangen, wobei die Führungen einen Teil benachbart den Getrieberädern aufweisen und gegebenenfalls in wenigstens zwei Teilen in bezug aufeinander gleichzeitig wie die Getrieberäder regelbar sind.
  12. Automat nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß äußere Führungen (12) Führungsflächen aufweisen, gegen die die Endloselemente (3) zur Auflage gelangen.
  13. Automat nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 5 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er Führungsmittel (29, 32) der Platten entlang deren Bahn umfaßt derart, daß die Platten horizontal gehalten werden.
  14. Automat nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsmittel wenigstens ein Führungsorgan (29, 64) das seitlich auf jeder Platte (20) befestigt ist, sowie Rampen (32, 33) umfassen, gegen die nacheinander Teile der Führungsorgane zur Zeit der Bewegung der Platten in Auflage sind, wobei die Rampen (33) entsprechend den Bahnen der Platten entlang der Getriebeorgane (4, 5) beweglich sind.
  15. Automat nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rampen (33) entsprechend den Bahnen der Platten entlang der Getriebeorgane nach außen gegen Federn beweglich sind.
  16. Automat nach einem der Ansprüche 14 und 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beweglichen Rampen (33) entsprechend den Bahnen der Platten entlang der entgegengesetzten Getriebeorgane (4, 5) derart verbunden sind, daß sie sich unter der Wirkung der Führungsorgane (64) in entgegengesetzten Richtungen versetzen.
  17. Automat nach einem der Ansprüche 14 und 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungsorgan wenigstens einen Stern (29) umfaßt, der an der Platte (20) befestigt ist und Abschnitte (30, 31) aufweist, die in der Richtung der Achsen der Getriebeorgane (4, 5) versetzt sind, wobei die Abschnitte in Auflage auf die Rampen (32, 33) gelangen.
  18. Automat nach einem der Ansprüche 14 und 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungsorgan (64) Paare von Walzen (66, 67, 68 und 69) umfaßt, die nacheinander zur Auflage auf die Rampen (32, 33) gelangen.
  19. Automat nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 5 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er außerdem einen Ofen (36) umfaßt, dessen Sohle (38) seitlich zur Entladestation (55) angeordnet ist, wobei die Entnahmemittel (56) so angepaßt sind, daß das Schiebemittel (62) die entnommenen Waren zur Zwischenlagerungsvorrichtung (2) auf der Sohle des Ofens zuführt.
  20. Automat nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ofen (36) zwei seitliche Zutrittsöffnungen (47, 48) aufweist, die in seiner Umfangsrichtung versetzt sind, wobei die eine (47) zur Entladestation (55) gewandt ist.
  21. Automat nach einem der Ansprüche 19 und 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er in einem Schrank (50) angeordnet ist, der zwei Abteilungen (49, 51) aufweist, die nebeneinander liegen und durch eine Trennwand (52) getrennt sind, wobei die eine der Abteilungen die Zwischenlagerungsvorrichtung (2) und die andere den Ofen (36) enthält, wobei die Trennwand (52) eine Öffnung (53) für das Durchtreten der Entnahmemittel (62) und der entnommenen Waren (63) aufweist.
  22. Automat nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwand (41) des Ofens (36) zwei vertikal und in Umfangsrichtung versetzte Öffnungen (47, 48) aufweist, wobei die Seitenwand vertikal beweglich ist, wobei die höhere Öffnung (47) auf der Seite der Entladestation (55) ist und gegenüber der Trennwand (52) ist, wenn sich die andere in der Höhe der Sohle (38) des Ofens (36) befindet, und die untere Öffnung (48) unterhalb der Sohle ist, wenn sich die andere in der Höhe der letzteren befindet.
  23. Automat nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 5 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er einen Ofen (36) umfaßt, der eine Sohle (38), auf der die zu erwärmenden Waren zugeführt werden, sowie eine Seitenwand (41) umfaßt, die vertikal beweglich ist derart, daß der Ofen geöffnet oder geschlossen wird.
  24. Automat nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwand (41) des Ofens (36) in der Lage ist, sich um die Sohle (38) zu erstrecken, und zwei Zutrittsöffnungen (47, 48) aufweist, die in der Umfangsrichtung versetzt sind und vertikal versetzt sind, wobei die Öffnungen unterhalb der Sohle liegen, wenn sich die Seitenwand in der unteren Position befindet, wobei die höhere Öffnung (47) zur Entladestation (55) der Zwischenlagerungsvorrichtung (2) gewandt ist.
  25. Automat nach einem der Ansprüche 23 und 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwand (41) des Ofens (36) die Seitenwand einer vertikal beweglichen Abdeckung (40) bildet.
