Description

The invention relates to an indoor crane, in particular for ship holds, which can be moved on carriageways below the hall roof and which has a device by means of which it can pick up and set down loads outside the carriageway by means of a hoist or the like.

Diese Art der Ausbildung ist zum einen verhältnismäßig aufwendig in der Konstruktion und Fertigung und zum anderen ziemlich kompliziert in der Steuerung im Hinblick auf das Anfahren der Hallenöffnungen (Tore oder dgl.).Hall cranes of the conventional design essentially consist of a carrier that can be moved on trolleys in conjunction with a trolley that receives the lifting mechanism, which is displaced on the carrier and can be moved in the longitudinal direction thereof. In order to be able to pick up and set down loads outside the hall, it is also known to arrange a further, optionally telescopic support under the support, on which the trolley is moved. This type of training is on the one hand relatively complex to design and manufacture and on the other hand quite complicated in terms of control with regard to the approach to the hall openings (gates or the like).

In addition, a ship crane (container crane) is known from DE-OS 25 43 156, which is movable on deck on rails. The crane itself has two rigid booms, which are shifted above a central girder and can load containers from land to the ship or vice versa or from the ship to another watercraft or vice versa. A disadvantage of such a construction is that the container crane requires a relatively large overall height and therefore cannot be used as an indoor crane. As a result of the hall openings (gates or the like) which are usually provided beneath the travel rails, such a cantilever could not carry out loading or unloading outside the hall. In addition, both booms cannot be actuated at the same time, since they would interfere with one another due to fluctuating ship movements when picking up or setting down the loads.

Starting from this St. d. T. the invention has for its object to design a hall crane that can be moved on the one hand close below the hall roof and can reach any place in the hall and can take up and set down loads in one or more places through gate openings or the like. Loads outside the hall . In addition, the loads should be rotatable about a vertical axis.

This object is achieved according to the invention in that the overhead crane has, at least on one side, a beam which extends substantially parallel to the associated carriageway with corresponding undercarriages and a bending beam running transversely thereto, and that below the bending beam there is a trolley-free boom mounted on one side and rotatable about a vertical axis is arranged.

Advantageous further developments of the subject matter of the invention can be found in the subclaims. In contrast to St. d. T. trolley trolleys are completely dispensed with. Moments from the loads therefore no longer go into the trolley but directly into the bending beam. The loads can be easily rotated around a vertical axis, so that the pick-up and drop-off can take place in different positions inside and outside the hall, in particular the ship's hold and outside of it. Since the hall crane moves relatively close below the hall roof and the boom can be positioned in its rest position below the bending beam if necessary, this hall crane builds in contrast to the St. d. T. much lower. The bending beam is advantageously designed in a flat design and is arranged on the carriageways by three or four roller rocker arms via corresponding box girders in such a way that the carriageway running surfaces are approximately 40 cm above the underside of the bending beam. An automatic control system allows the crane operator to control the crane according to the invention like a hall crane with a trolley.

  • Fig. 2 - Hallenkran gem. Fig. 1 in der Draufsicht
The invention is illustrated in the drawing using an exemplary embodiment and is described as follows. Show it:
  • Fig. 1 - Hall crane in different positions in the front view with one-sided boom
  • Fig. 2 - indoor crane acc. Fig. 1 in top view

Figures 1 and 2 show the overhead crane 1 according to the invention on the one hand in the front view and on the other hand in the top view. Different working positions are shown in order to better illustrate the broad field of work. In this example, the hall is designed as a ship 2 with a ship hold 3. In the area of the ceiling 4 of the ship's interior 3, lanes 5, 6 are arranged in the form of rails.

The overhead crane 1 comprises a parallel to the track 6 extending box beams 7 and one at an angle of 90 ° transversely thereto extending bending beam 8. Both of the box girders 7 equipped kitchens as well as the bending beam 8 are connected to respective undercarriages 9.10 in the form of roller rockers tet that run on the corresponding rails 5.6. The rails 5, 6 are arranged so that their lower edges lie above the underside 11 of the bending beam. Outside the center of the carriageway 12, a boom 13 is displaced on the side of the box girder 7 and can be rotated about a vertical axis 14. The boom 13 is designed to be telescopic (not shown further) and has a cross section tapering from the axis of rotation 14 in the direction of its free end 15. At the free end 15 of the boom 13 there is a tip turntable 17 which is rotatable about a vertical axis 16 and which carries the crane cab 18 on the one hand and the hoist 19 on the other hand. A corresponding automatic control system allows the crane operator to easily control each area 21-23 inside the ship's hold 3 and outside of it. To the Loading the ship's hold 3, loads 20 are taken up by means of the boom 13 and the lifting mechanism 19. By rotating the load 20 about the vertical axis 16 and moving the hall crane 1 and pivoting the jib 13, the load 20 can be positioned precisely at any point 21-23 within the ship's hold 3.

So that the overhead crane 1 can cover both the left and the right part of the ship's hold 3, the boom 13 is moved out through the gate opening 24. By moving the trolleys 9, 10 in the opposite direction and pivoting the boom 13 about its vertical axis 14, the boom 13 can be brought into a position offset by 180 ° to its first working position.
