Die Erfindung betrifft einen Hallenkran, insbesondere für Schiffsladeräume, der auf Fahrbahnen unterhalb des Hallendaches verfahrbar ist und der eine Einrichtung aufweist, mittels der er über ein Hubwerk oder dgl. Hallenkräne der üblichen Bauweise bestehen im wesentlichen aus einem auf Fahrwerken verfahrbaren Träger in Verbindung mit einer das Hubwerk aufnehmenden Laufkatze, die am Träger verlagert ist und in dessen Längsrichtung verfahren werden kann. Um nun Lasten auch außerhalb der Halle aufnehmen und absetzen zu können, ist ferner bekannt, unter dem Träger einen weiteren, gegebenenfalls teleskopierbaren Träger anzuordnen, an welchem die Laufkatze verlagert ist. Diese Art der Ausbildung ist zum einen verhältnismäßig aufwendig in der Konstruktion und Fertigung und zum anderen ziemlich kompliziert in der Steuerung im Hinblick auf das Anfahren der Hallenöffnungen (Tore oder dgl.).Hall cranes of the conventional design essentially consist of a carrier that can be moved on trolleys in conjunction with a trolley that receives the lifting mechanism, which is displaced on the carrier and can be moved in the longitudinal direction thereof. Darüberhinaus ist durch die DE-OS 25 43 156 ein Schiffskran (Containerkran) bekannt, der auf Deck auf Schienen verfahrbar ist. Der Kran selber weist zwei starre Ausleger auf, die oberhalb eines mittleren Trägers verlagert sind und Container von Land auf das Schiff oder umgekehrt bzw. vom Schiff auf ein weiteres Wasserfahrzeug oder umgekehrt verladen können. Nachteilig an einer derartigen Konstruktion ist zu bemerken, daß der Containerkran verhältnismäßig viel Bauhöhe benötigt und somit als Hallenkran nicht eingesetzt werden kann. Infolge der üblicherweise unterhalb der Fahrschienen vorgesehenen Hallenöffnungen (Tore oder dgl.) könnte ein derartiger Ausleger ein Be- oder Entladen außerhalb der Halle nicht bewerkstelligen. Darüberhinaus sind beide Ausleger nicht gleichzeitig betätigbar, da sie sich durch schwankende Schiffsbewegungen beim Aufnehmen bzw. Lasten außerhalb der Halle aufnehmen und absetzen kann. Darüberhinaus sollen die Lasten um eine vertikale Achse drehbar sein.Starting from this St. d. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen des Erfindungsgegenstandes sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung kann im Gegensatz zum St. d. T. auf Laufkatzenfahrwerke vollständig verzichtet werden. Momente aus den Lasten gehen somit nicht mehr in die Laufkatze sondern unmittelbar in den Biegeträger ein. Die Lasten können problemlos um eine vertikale Achse gedreht werden, so daß das Aufnehmen und Absetzen in unterschiedlichen Positionen inner- und außerhalb der Halle, insbesondere des Schiffsladeraumes und außerhalb desselben erfolgen kann. Da der Hallenkran verhältnismäßig dicht unterhalb des Hallendaches verfahren und der Ausleger bei Bedarf in seiner Ruhestellung unterhalb des Biegeträgers positioniert werden kann, baut dieser Hallenkran im Gegensatz zum St. d. T. wesentlich niedriger. Der Biegeträger wird vorteilhafterweise in Flachbauweise ausgestaltet und wird von drei bzw. vier Laufrollenschwingen über entsprechende Kastenträger auf den Fahrbahnen so angeordnet, daß die Fahrbahnlaufflächen ca. 40 cm oberhalb der Biegeträgerunterseite liegen. Eine Steuerautomatik erlaubt dem Kranführer, den erfindungsgemäßen Kran wie einen Hallenkran mit Laufkatze zu steuern.Advantageous further developments of the subject matter of the invention can be found in the subclaims. Die Figuren 1 und 2 zeigen den erfindungsgemäßen Hallenkran 1 einerseits in der Vorderansicht und andererseits in der Draufsicht. Dargestellt sind verschiedene Arbeitsstellungen, um so das breite Arbeitsfeld besser verdeutlichen zu können. Die Halle ist in diesem Beispiel als Schiff 2 mit einem Schiffsladeraum 3 ausgebildet. Der Hallenkran 1 besteht aus einem parallel zur Fahrbahn 6 sich erstreckenden Kastenträger 7 sowie einem unter einem Winkel von 90o quer dazu sich erstreckenden Biegeträger 8. Sowohl der Kastenträger 7 als auch der Biegeträger 8 sind mit entsprechenden Fahrwerken 9,10 in Form von Laufrollenschwingen ausgestat tet, die auf den entsprechenden Schienen 5,6 laufen. Die Schienen 5,6 sind so angeordnet, daß ihre Unterkanten oberhalb der Biegeträgerunterseite 11 liegen. Außerhalb der Fahrbahnmitte 12 ist auf der Seite des Kastenträgers 7 ein Ausleger 13 verlagert, der um eine vertikale Achse 14 drehbar ist. Der Ausleger 13 ist teleskopierbar ausgebildet (nicht weiter dargestellt) und weist einen sich von der Drehachse 14 in Richtung seines freien Endes 15 verjüngenden Querschnitt auf. Am freien Ende 15 des Auslegers 13 ist eine, um eine Vertikalachse 16 drehbare Spitzendrehscheibe 17 angeordnet, die einerseits das Kranführerhaus 18 und andererseits das Hubwerk 19 trägt. Eine entsprechende Steuerautomatik erlaubt dem Kranführer problemlos das Ansteuern jedes Bereiches 21-23 innerhalb des Schiffsladeraumes 3 sowie außerhalb desselben. Zum Beladen des Schiffsladeraumes 3 werden Lasten 20 mittels des Auslegers 13 sowie des Hubwerkes 19 aufgenommen. Durch Drehen der Last 20 um die Vertikalachse 16 sowie Verfahren des Hallenkranes 1 und Schwenken des Auslegers 13 kann die Last 20 an jeder beliebigen Stelle 21-23 innerhalb des Schiffsladeraumes 3 zielgenau positioniert werden.The overhead crane 1 comprises a parallel to the
