Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zur Spannungsregelung eines längsbeweglichen Fadens (9), bestehend aus wenigstens zwei benachbarten Platten (10a, 10b, 11), die gegeneinander anliegen udn zwischen denen der Faden durchläuft, wobei die gegenüberliegenden Vorderseiten der Platten jeweils eine Fadenklemmfläche (21, 25) aufweisen, die dazu dient, mit einer entsprechenden Fläche (25, 21) der anderen Platte zusammenzuwirken und deren Rand durch eine Ausbuchtung (21a, 25c) ausgeschnitten ist, die derart angeordnet ist, daß in einer relativen Winkelstellung der Platten die Ausbuchtung (21a) der einen der Platten (10a, 10b) wenigstens teilweise die Ausbuchtung (25c) der anderen Platte (11) derart bedeckt, daß die Ausbuchtungen durch Überlagerung am Rande der Klemmflächen ein Paar Lippen bilden, Einrichtungen (12a, 12b, die die Platten in der Winkelstellung halten, Einrichtungen (12b) zum Führen des Fadens, die diesen veranlassen, zwischen den Klemmflächen (21, 25) der Platten (11, 10a, 10b) die beiden Lippen zu durchlaufen, und Einrichtungen (14), um die Platten mit einer Kraft gegeneinander zu drücken, deren Intensität für die gewünschte Fadenspannung charakteristisch ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Rand der Klemmfläche jeder Platte (10a, 10b, 11) eine zweite Ausbuchtung aufweist, die derart angeordnet ist, daß sie in dieser relativen Winkelstellung der Platten eine der Lippen eines zweiten Paars Lippen bildet, wobei die Fadenführungseinrichtungen (12a, 12b) diesen außerdem veranlassen, den zwischen den Klemmflächen befindlichen Raum über das zweite Paar Lippen (Fig. 3, 4a und 4b) zu verlassen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Führungseinrichtungen wenigstens zwei Anlageelemente (12a, 12b) für den Faden aufweisen, die jeweils dem einen und dem anderen Paar Lippen zugewandt sind, die die Platten bilden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Anlageelemente (12a, 12b) wenigstens teilweise in der Hohlfläche angeordnet sind, die jeweils von den einen und dem anderen Paar Lippen begrenzt wird, die die Platten bilden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Klemmfläche (21, 25) jeder Platte (10a, 10b, 11) in deren zentralem Teil vorsteht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
jede Platte (10a, 10b, 11) wenigstens zwei Öffnungen (23a, 23b; 26a, 26b) mit gleicher Abmessung und gleichem bestand von Platte zu Platte aufweist und auf zwei Stangen (12a, 12b) verschiebbar gelagert ist, von denen jede eine bestimmte Öffnung durchläuft, wobei die relative Lage der Öffnungen jeder Platte und der Ausbuchtungen (21a, 25) ihrer jeweiligen Klemmfläche (21, 25) derart gewählt ist, daß eine Überlagerung der entsprechenden Ausbuchtungen der Klemmfläche der Platten erreicht wird und die Stangen (21a, 12a) und die Öffnungen (23, 23b; 26a, 26b) die Einrichtungen zur Winkelpositionierung der Platten bilden. - Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Anlageelemente aus einem Teil der Stangen (12a, 12b) bestehen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
eine der Platten (10a, 10b) auf der die Klemmfläche (21) aufweisenden Seite wenigstens eine Anlagefläche (22, 22b) hat, die in beabstandeter Lage zur Klemmfläche und im wesentlichen abstandsgleich zu den Öffnungen angeordnet ist, und daß die Klemmfläche (25) der zweiten Platten (11) eine solche Breite hat, daß sie in der Drucklage der Platten wenigstens teilweise auf der Anlagefläche (12a, 12b) aufliegt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Klemmfläche der ersten Platten (10a, 10b) etwa die Form eines Kreuzes hat, dessen Ränder der Arme einen Verbindungsabschnitt zu den benachbarten Armen mit abgerundetem Profil und gleichem Krümmungsradius hat, der sich wenigstens bis nahe zu ihrem Schnittpunkt erstreckt, wobei der Verbindungsabschnitt jedes Paars von Armen die Ausbuchtung (21a) bildet, daß diese Platte zwei Paare von Öffnungen (23a, 23b; 24a, 24b) hat, die jeweils in einem Teil der Platte ausgebildet sind, der zwischen zwei der Klemmfläche benachbarten Armen in unmittelbarer Nähe des Verbindungsabschnittes ihrer Ränder liegt, und daß diese erste Platte zwei Anlageflächen hat, von denen durch eine eine geometrische Achse verläuft, die gleichzeitig durch ein erstes Paar von Öffnungen verläuft, die zwischen zwei Paaren gegenüberliegender Arme des kreuzförmigen Profils der Klemmfläche ausgebildet sind, wobei die andere eine zur ersten symmetrische Lage einnimmt und auf der Achse liegt, die durch das zweite Paar von Öffnungen verläuft. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
sich die Klemmfläche (25) der zweiten Platte (11) in Längsrichtung und symmetrisch zwischen den Öffnungen (26a, 26b) längs einer von diesen abstandsgleich liegenden geometrischen Achse erstreckt, wobei wenigstens ein Teil (25c) des Randes dieser Fläche zwei Ausbuchtungen bildet, die sich jeweils nahe einer dieser Öffnungen in deren Richtungen öffnet. - Verwendung der Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 in einer Nähemaschine zum Spannen des Nähfadens.
