Claims (8)

  1. Installation de moulage pour la fabrication de moules de fonderie dans des châssis de moulage (8, 9; 15, 16) comportant au moins une ligne de confection de moules et de coulée (1) et plusieurs lignes de refroidissement (2, 3, 4, 5) parallèles entre elles, les châssis de moulage pouvant être transportés le long des lignes,
       caractérisée en ce que la ligne de confection de moules et de coulée est prolongée jusqu' à une longueur mesurée telle que, sur la ligne (1) de confection de moules et de coulée (1), on puisse admettre le même nombre de châssis de moulage (8, 9, 15, 16) que sur chacune des lignes de refroidissement (2, 3, 4, 5).
  2. Installation de moulage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la ligne de confection de moules et de coulée (1) présente la longueur nécessaire grâce à une ligne intermédiaire (6).
  3. Installation de moulage suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la ligne intermédiaire (6) est disposée dans la direction du transport, en amont ou en aval de la ligne de confection de moules et de coulée (1).
  4. Installation de moulage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la grandeur du lot de moules à fabriquer est plus grande que le nombre des châssis de moulage (8, 9, 15, 16) pouvant être reçus dans une ligne de refroidissement (2, 3, 4, 5).
  5. Installation de moulage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'on peut utiliser des châssis de moulage (8, 9; 15, 16) de hauteurs différentes.
  6. Installation de moulage suivant la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins l'une des lignes de refroidissement (2, 3, 4, 5) est chaque fois prévue pour recevoir des châssis de moulage (8, 9, 15, 16) de même grandeur.
  7. Installation de moulage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que, sur chaque ligne de refroidissement (2, 3, 4, 5) et sur la ligne de confection de moules et de coulée (1), on peut recevoir chaque fois vingt paires de châssis de moulage (7, 14).
  8. Installation de moulage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la ligne de confection de moules et de coulée (1) comporte un dispositif de démontage des moules (17) et un dispositif d'assemblage des moules (18).
