Claims (7)
- Installation pour la prise en charge et le transport de produits imprimés qui se succèdent de façon continue, comprenant plusieurs points de délivrance de produits imprimés (9 à 13), des dispositifs récepteurs de produits imprimés (25, 26) et une station d'emmagasinage et de traitement ultérieur (19 à 23), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte, pour plusieurs points de délivrance de produits imprimés (9 à 13), des voies de transport (par exemple 24) situées en plusieurs plans de transport (31 à 35), s'étendant chacune suivant une boucle et menant au poste d'emmagasinage et de traitement ultérieur (19 à 23), voies de transport par lesquelles peuvent être transportés chaque fois l'un derrière l'autre des dispositifs récepteurs de produits imprimés (par exemple 25 et 26) pouvant être commandés indépendamment l'un de l'autre, et que des dispositifs récepteurs de produits imprimés (25, 26) à remplir peuvent être transférés à partir de la voie de transport concernée (par exemple 24) d'un plan (par exemple 31) au point de délivrance de produits imprimés coordonné (par exemple 9).
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les dispositifs récepteurs de produits imprimés (25, 26) comportent chacun au moins un chariot (30) et une tête motrice (28) pouvant être propulsée par un moteur électrique, et que des structures d'emmagasinage (38, 39) de configuration en zigzag et pouvant avoir toute longueur composée désirée, peuvent être disposées à l'état comprimé dans le chariot (30).
- Installation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée par un dispositif de manutention (45, 47) sous la forme d'un élévateur ou d'un transporteur vertical servant à transporter des cassettes (42 à 44 ou 48 à 50) d'un point de délivrance de produits imprimés (par exemple 9) dans le plan coordonné (par exemple 31) et inversement.
- Installation selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les points de délivrance de produits imprimés (9 à 13) sont des plieuses d'une machine à imprimer comportant plusieurs éléments d'impression (1 à 8), et que les voies de transport (par exemple 24), comportant des rails (58) et des chaînes (74), sont disposées chacune sous la forme d'une boucle autour de la machine à imprimer en vue de la réception de produits imprimés.
- Installation selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les produits imprimés sont transportés sur ou dans les chariots (30) à l'intérieur de cassettes (40 à 44 et 48 à 50), le dispositif de manutention (47) faisant descendre les cassettes à partir du plan coordonné (par exemple 31) et les amenant en position de réception (36, 37), les cassettes pouvant être remontées ensuite par un transporteur vertical (45) supplémentaire jusqu'au plan coordonné (par exemple 31) et que, à la position de réception (36, 37), les structures d'emmagasinage (38, 39) sont extensibles en vue de la réception de produits imprimés.
- Installation selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la chaîne (74) est reliée de façon fixe aux rails (58) et qu'une roue à chaîne (70) reliée au système de propulsion (63 à 69) de la tête motrice (28) engrène dans la chaîne (74).
- Installation selon une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la tête motrice (28) reçoit son énergie de propulsion par des lignes de contact à frottement s'étendant le long des rails (58).
