Abstract

Faltbehälter mit einem Boden (2) und vier Seitenwänden (3,4,5,6), die untereinander durch jeweils zwei faltbar angeordnete Zwickel-Abschnitte verbunden sind, wobei an jeweils einem der Zwickel-Abschnitte (7,8) ein Lappen (12) angeformt ist, der nach dem Hochfalten der Seitenwände auf der Außenseite der einen Seitenwand liegt und dort festgelegt ist. Dieses Festlegen erfolgt besonders günstig durch Schnittlinien (15,16) in der Seiten­wand, in welche der Lappen eingreift und sich verhakt.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Faltbehälter mit einem Boden und vier Seitenwänden, die untereinander durch jeweils zwei faltbar angeordnete Zwickel-Abschnitte verbunden sind.
  • Derartige Faltbehälter sind in der Praxis bekannt; sie haben den entscheidenden Nachteil, daß die Zwickel-Abschnitte direkt an einer Seitenwand angeklebt werden müssen. Dies erfordert einen erheblichen maschinellen Aufwand; von Hand sind diese bekannten Faltbehälter daher fast gar nicht aufzurichten.
  • Aus der DE-OS 36 10 615 ist darüber hinaus ein Faltbehälter bekannt, der so konstruiert ist, daß sich die Seitenwände gegeneinander verspannen und so in ihrer aufgerichteten Stellung verbleiben. Diese Lösung ist zwar sehr einfach aufzurichten, sie ergibt jedoch keine absolute Sicherheit gegen ein unbeabsichtigtes Zusammenklappen des Behälters.
  • Der Erfindung liegt nun die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Faltbe­hälter der eingangs genannten Art vorzuschlagen, der zwar einfach aufzurichten ist, der aber trotzdem absolute Sicher­heit gegen unbeabsichtigtes Zusammenklappen gewährleistet.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß an jeweils einem der Zwickel-Abschnitte ein Lappen angeformt ist, der nach dem Hochfalten der Seitenwände auf der Außen­seite der einen Seitenwand liegt und dort festgelegt ist.
  • Ein derartiger Lappen hat den Vorteil, daß er leicht zugäng­lich ist und damit seine Festlegung an der Seitenwand kei­nerlei Probleme aufwirft.
  • Dieses Festlegen wird noch weiter vereinfacht, wenn erfin­dungsgemäß im Bereich der Lappen in den Seitenwänden Schnittlinien vorgesehen sind, in welchen die Lappen verhakt sind.
  • Sehr vorteilhaft ist es auch, wenn erfindungsgemäß jeweils zwei im Abstand von einander angeordnete Schnittlinien vorgesehen sind, die in ihrem Mittelabschnitt auf einander zu verlaufen, wobei der Lappen in seinem Mittelabschnitt eine etwas größere Breite aufweist und mit diesem Mittelab­schnitt hinter die von den beiden Schnittlinien abgegrenzten Seitenwandabschnitte greift. Damit wird eine sehr sichere Verhakung der Lappen erreicht, die durch einfaches Ein­schieben vorgenommen werden kann.
  • Eine sehr vorteilhafte Weiterentwicklung wird erfindungs­gemäß dadurch erzielt, daß im Bereich der Lappen in den Seitenwänden Einschnitte vorgesehen sind, welche zusammen mit den Schnittlinien ein im wesentlichen doppel-T-förmiges Schnittmuster ergeben.
    Mit dieser Ausgestaltung der Einschnitte ist es möglich, die Lappen einfach auf die Seitenwand aufzulegen und einzu­drücken, was sowohl von Hand als auch mit einem einfachen Stempel erfolgen kann.
  • Sehr günstig ist es auch, wenn gemäß einer weiteren Ausge­staltung der Erfindung der Lappen mit einer parallel zu seiner Anlenklinie am Zwickel-Abschnitt verlaufenden Falt­linie versehen ist. Diese Faltlinie erleichtert das Ein­drücken und Verhaken des Lappens noch erheblich.
  • Eine weitere sehr vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Seitenwände mit zwei von oben nach unten verlaufenden Aufreißlinien versehen ist.
    Diese Aufreißlinien erlauben das Abtrennen und Herunterklap­pen eines Mittelstückes der Seitenwand, wodurch die Entnahme des Füllgutes erheblich erleichtert wird.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungs­beispiels veranschaulicht. Dabei zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 einen flachliegenden Kartonzuschnitt und
    • Fig. 2 eine schaubildliche Darstellung eines aus dem Zuschnitt nach Fig. 1 aufgerichteten Faltbehäl­ters.
  • Mit 1 ist in Fig. 1 ein Kartonzuschnitt bezeichnet, der einen Boden 2 und - an diesem angelenkt - vier Seitenwände 3,4,5 und 6 aufweist. Zwischen den Seitenwänden sind jeweils zwei Zwickel-Abschnitte 7,8 angeordnet, die über Faltlinien 9,10 mit den Seitenwänden und über eine Faltlinie 11 unter­einander verbunden sind.
  • Der an der Seitenwand 4 bzw. 6 angelenkte Zwickel-Abschnitt 7 entspricht in seiner Länge der Höhe dieser Seitenwand, während der Zwickel-Abschnitt 8 kürzer ist. In den dadurch freigelassenen Raum ragt ein Lappen 12 hinein, der an den Zwickel-Abschnitt 7 angeformt und mit einer Faltlinie 13 versehen ist.
  • In den beiden Seitenwänden 3 und 5 sind zwei etwa doppel-­T-förmige Schnittmuster 14 vorgesehen, die aus zwei etwa parallel verlaufenden Schnittlinien 15 und 16 sowie einem diese verbindenden Einschnitt 17 gebildet sind.
  • Die Seitenwand 4 ist an ihrem freien Rand mit zwei Kerben 18,19 versehen, von denen zwei Aufreißlinien 20,21 zur Anlenklinie der Seitenwand 4 am Boden 2 verlaufen. Dadurch ist ein Abschnitt 24 von der Seitenwand abgeteilt, der entlang der beiden Aufreißlinien ablösbar ist.
  • In Fig. 2 ist aus dem Kartonzuschnitt ein Faltbehälter 22 aufgerichtet, in dem die Seitenwände 3,4,5 und 6 hochgefal­tet sind. Die beiden Zwickel-Abschnitte sind um die Falt­linie 10 aufeinandergefaltet, wodurch nur der außenliegende Abschnitt 7 sichtbar ist. Der an diesem Abschnitt 7 ange­formte Lappen 12 ist im Bereich der beiden Schnittlinien 15 und 16 hinter die Seitenwand 3 bzw. 5 eingeschoben, wobei - wie bei der Seitenwand 5 sichtbar - nur zwei sehr kleine Abschnitte des Lappens 12 ins Innere des Faltbehälters 22 ragen.
    Aufgrund der Form der Schnittlinien 15,16 sowie der Verbrei­terung des Lappens 12 ist damit trotzdem ein ausreichender Halt des Lappens gewährleistet.

Claims (6)

1. Faltbehälter mit einem Boden und vier Seitenwänden, die untereinander durch jeweils zwei faltbar angeordnete Zwickel-Abschnitte verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jeweils einem der Zwickel-Abschnitte (7,8) ein Lappen (12) angeformt ist, der nach dem Hochfalten der Seitenwände (3,4,5,6) auf der Außenseite der einen Seitenwand (3,5) liegt und dort festgelegt ist.
2. Faltbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Lappen (12) in den Seitenwänden (3,5) Schnitt­linien (15,16) vorgesehen sind, in welchen die Lappen (12) verhakt sind.

Faltbehälter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils zwei im Abstand von einander angeordnete Schnitt­linien (15,16) vorgesehen sind, die in ihrem Mittelabschnitt auf einander zu verlaufen, wobei der Lappen (12) in seinem Mittelabschnitt eine etwas größere Breite aufweist und mit diesem Mittelabschnitt hinter die von den beiden Schnitt­linien (15,16) abgegrenzten Seitenwandabschnitte greift.
4. Faltbehälter nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Lappen (12) in den Seitenwänden (3,5) Einschnitte (17) vorgesehen sind, welche zusammen mit den Schnittlinien (15,16) ein im wesentlichen doppel-T-förmiges Schnittmuster (14) ergeben.
5. Faltbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, da­durch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lappen (12) mit einer parallel zu seiner Anlenklinie am Zwickel-Abschnitt (7) verlaufenden Faltlinie (13) versehen ist.
6. Faltbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, da­durch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Seitenwände mit zwei von oben nach unten verlaufenden Aufreißlinien (20,21) versehen ist.
