Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Laden und Entladen von Schüttgut auf einen oder von einem Wickelkörper (1) durch Aufrollen oder Abrollen einer Trägerbahn (8) für eine Schicht dieses Gutes, umfassend:
    - eine motorisch antreibbare Halterung für einen Hauptwickelkörper (1),
    - einen Hilfswickelkörper (2), der ebenfalls motorisch antreibbar ist und mit einer Befestigungseinrichtung (16) für ein Ende (8a) der Trägerbahn (8) versehen ist, deren anderes Ende an dem zu beladenden und entladenden Wickelkörper (1) befestigt ist,
    - eine Umlenkwalze (3) für die Trägerbahn, deren Achse parallel zu der Achse der Wickelkörper (1, 2) ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hilfswickelkörper (2) senkrecht unter dem Hauptwickelkörper (1) angeordnet ist und eine Einrichtung (16) zum Befestigen und zur Freigabe des Endes (8a) der Trägerbahn umfaßt, und daß die Umlenkwalze (3) parallel zu sich selbst auf einer zwischen den beiden Wikkelkörpern (1, 2) angeordneten festen Führung (4) und senkrecht zur Ebene der sich zwischen den beiden Wickelkörpern erstreckenden Trägerbahn zwischen einer ausgerückten ersten Stellung, in der sie außer Berührung mit der Trägerbahn (8) ist und einer aktiven zweiten Stellung verstellbar ist, in der sie mit der Trägerbahn (8) in Berührung steht, um diese zur Bildung einer im wesentlich n horizontalen Schleife zwischen den beiden Wickelkörpern (1, 2) zu zwingen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Stelleinrichtung (4) zum Verstellen der Umlenkwalze (3) entlang der Führung (4) umfaßt, bestehend aus zwei biegsamen endlosen und zu einander parallelen Zugorganen, an denen die Enden der Umlenkwalze (3) befestigt sind, wobei ein Tisch (10) zum Unterstützen des Obertrums (9a) der Trägerbahn zwischen den beiden genannten Organen und, bezogen auf die Bewegungsrichtung der Walze (3) aus ihrer ersten in ihre zweite Stellung, hinter der Walze (3) angeordnet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine zweite Führungswalze (7) für die Trägerbahn am Ausgang des Hauptwickelkörpers (1) nahe dem genannten Tisch (10) umfaßt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die motorisch antreibbare Halterung des Hauptwickelkörpers in Richtung seiner Achse zwischen zwei Stellungen beweglich ist, von denen die eine dem Laden und Entladen dient und von denen die andere der Behandlung des Produktes in einer Umhüllung (15) dient.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie die Lade- und Entladevorrichtung jeder Station einer Maschine zum Behandeln voller Wickelkörper (1, 1a, 1b) darstellt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Weg der Stelleinrichtung (4) für die Umlenkwalze (3) so ist, daß deren ausgerückte Position mindestens so weit von der aktiven Position entfernt ist, wie der Wickelkörper (1a) der Behandlungsstation, die von dieser aktiven Position am weitesten entfernt ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hilfswickelkörper (2) und die zweite Führungswalze (7) auf einem Rahmen (11) gelagert sind, der verstellbar ist und vor jeder Behandlungsstation angehalten werden kann.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Behandlungsstation einen feststehenden Hilfswickelkörper (2, 2a, 2b) und eine feststehende Führungswalze (7, 7a, 7b) umfaßt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die motorisch antreibbare Halterung für den Hauptwickelkörper (1), der Hilfswickelkörper (2), die Umlenkwalzen (3, 7) und die Stelleinrichtung (4) für eine von ihnen von einem beweglichen Rahmen (12) getragen sind, der zwischen den oben genannten Stationen verstellbar ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hilfswickelkörper (2) eine geschlitzte Nabe (16) zur lösbaren Befestigung des mit einem Gewicht versehenen freien Endes (8a) der Trägerbahn (8) hat.
