Claims (10)

1. 2. Système de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les trois parties superposées (21, 23, 25) sont étroitement en appui à plat l'une sur l'autre, dans une zone de recouvrement avec la membrane (7).
3. Système de fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'arête de découpe (17) est située en regard du fond du pli formé entre la partie supérieure (23) et la partie inférieure (21).
4. Système de fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le bord périphérique (27) du pli des deux parties supérieures (23, 25) est recourbé vers le haut.
5. Système de fermeture selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le sommet (S) du repli (27) est en saillie au-dessus de la surface annulaire (5), d'une hauteur (b) qui est supérieure au double de l'épaisseur (s) de la membrane (7).
6. Procédé de fabrication pour réaliser un système de fermeture (1) en tôle mince, comportant une partie annulaire de soutien (3) et une surface annulaire (5) qui entoure l'ouverture centrale (19) et qui est formée par trois parties superposées (21, 23, 25) qui sont repliées ensemble à plat, pour recevoir une membrane (7) fixée par soudage, caractérisé en ce qu'on réalise en une seule passe d'emboutissage l'ensemble des opérations de mise en forme et de découpage à la presse du flan primitif (4) destiné à la confection du système de fermeture (1).
7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que:
a)   On découpe à la presse le flan destiné à la confection du système de fermeture,
b)   On forme en périphérie une bordure annulaire de soutien (3) et on emboutit en forme de cuvette la partie centrale,
c)   On découpe à la presse le fond de la partie en cuvette, pour réaliser l'ouverture (19),
d)   On forme par enroulement les parties (21, 23, 25), et
e)   On les écrase à plat

8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'on réalise par découpage à la presse une ouverture (19) de diamètre inférieur à celui de la partie en forme de cuvette, et en ce qu'on étire par emboutissage en forme de cylindre la face annulaire qui entoure l'ouverture et qui comprend les trois parties (21, 23, 25).
9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce qu'on écrase à plat les trois parties enroulées (21, 23, 25) en agissant seulement dans leur partie centrale, et en ce qu'on recourbe vers le haut le bord du repli périphérique (27).
10. Récipient pourvu d'un système de fermeture, caractérisé en ce qu'il est réalisé suivant le procédé conforme à la revendication 6.
