Claims (9)

  1. ProcĆ©dĆ© de fabrication d'un couvercle de boite (10) comprenant un anneau de couvercle (11) avec une collerette de scellage (12) de forme annulaire, et une membrane de fermeture (14) scellĆ©e sur la collerette de scellage (12) et pouvant ĆŖtre retirĆ©e de celle-ci par pelage,
    la collerette de scellage (12) dĆ©limitant d'une part, avec un bord intĆ©rieur (22), une surface de section d'ouverture (F) en guise d'ouverture de prĆ©lĆØvement (24), qui est perpendiculaire Ć  un axe d'anneau de couvercle (Z) et dĆ©termine un plan de couvercle (E), et se raccordant d'autre part, avec un bord extĆ©rieur, Ć  une paroi annulaire (18) placĆ©e sensiblement perpendiculairement au plan de couvercle (E) et dont l'extrĆ©mitĆ© libre est formĆ©e en un collet de sertissage extĆ©rieur (20) pour la liaison du couvercle de boite (10) au bord d'ouverture d'un corps de boite (20),

ProcĆ©dĆ© selon la revendication 1, caractĆ©risĆ© en ce qu'une tangente (m) Ć  la membrane de fermeture (14) bombĆ©e, appliquĆ©e au niveau du raccordement de la forme bombĆ©e Ć  la collerette de scellage (12) au niveau du bord intĆ©rieur (22), forme, dans une des positions extrĆŖmes (B), avec le plan de couvercle (E), un angle aigu Ī², qui est infĆ©rieur ou Ć©gal Ć  l'angle Ī± entre la collerette de scellage (12) et le plan de couvercle (E).
  3. ProcĆ©dĆ© selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractĆ©risĆ© en ce que la forme bombĆ©e de la membrane de fermeture (14) se situe, dans les deux positions extrĆŖmes (A, B), Ć  l'intĆ©rieur d'une profondeur intĆ©rieure (t) prĆ©dĆ©finie par la hauteur de la paroi annulaire (18).
  4. ProcĆ©dĆ© selon l'une des revendications 1 Ć  3, caractĆ©risĆ© en ce que l'angle Ī± entre la collerette de scellage (12) et le plan de couvercle (E), a une valeur de 10Ā° Ć  60Ā°.
  5. ProcĆ©dĆ© selon la revendication 4, caractĆ©risĆ© en ce que l'angle Ī² entre la tangente Ć  la membrane de fermeture (14) bombĆ©e, appliquĆ©e au niveau du raccordement de la forme bombĆ©e Ć  la collerette de scellage (12) au niveau du bord intĆ©rieur (22), et le plan de couvercle (E), a une valeur de 10Ā° Ć  60Ā°.

  8. ProcĆ©dĆ© selon l'une des revendications 1 Ć  7, caractĆ©risĆ© en ce que la membrane de fermeture (14) peut ĆŖtre retirĆ©e ou dĆ©tachĆ©e de la collerette de scellage (12) par pelage, au moyen d'une languette Ć  tirer (16).
  9. ProcĆ©dĆ© selon l'une des revendications 1 Ć  8, caractĆ©risĆ© en ce que le couvercle de boite (10) est serti sur un corps de boite (30) en tant que fermeture pour boites contenant un produit de remplissage (32) pouvant ĆŖtre stĆ©rilisĆ©.
