Claims (9)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'une boîte en métal ayant un couvercle déchirable (2),
    - un bord supérieur (7) du corps de boîte (4) étant formé, le diamètre duquel est inférieur par rapport au diamètre intérieur du corps de boîte, une zone de transition (6) étant formée entre le corps de boîte et le bord supérieur, caractérisé en ce
    - qu'un couvercle déchirable (2), formé antérieurement avec un anneau de couvercle déchirable (20) et une feuille déchirable (25) scellée sur l'anneau de couvercle déchirable (20), est attaché au bord supérieur (7),
    - que la zone de transition (6) est réformée de sorte que le couvercle déchirable soit déplacé dans la direction de l'extrémité inférieure du corps de boîte (5') afin de créer un espace de stockage pour un objet, l'espace de stockage étant arrangé au-dessus du couvercle déchirable et étant limité latéralement au-dessus du couvercle déchirable par le corps de boîte (4) et
    - qu'après la réformation de la zone de transition (6) un objet est placé dans l'espace de stockage (10), et
    - qu'un deuxième couvercle (14) est arrangé sur le récipient de manière amovible et pouvant être remonté à l'aide d'une moulure (15) circonférentielle qui s'étend à l'extérieur autour du corps de boîte et un moulage (17) circonférentiel prévu sur le couvercle et qui peut engager la moulure.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle déchirable (2) est attaché au bord supérieur à l'aide d'un assemblage par agrafage (16).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle déchirable est déplacé vers l'extrémité inférieure du corps de boîte par environ 20 mm à 30 mm en cours de l'opération de réformation.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'avant l'étape de former le bord supérieur (7) le corps de boîte (4) est roulé à son extrémité inférieure de sorte qu'une forme courbée vers l'extérieur soit formée à l'extrémité inférieure (5').
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps de boîte est fermé par un couvercle inférieur (5) attaché au corps de boîte par un assemblage par agrafage après le corps de boîte a été rempli avec une substance.

  7. Boîte selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le couvercle déchirable est attaché au corps de boîte à l'aide d'un assemblage par agrafage (16).
  8. Boîte selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que le couvercle déchirable est déplacé par rapport au bord supérieur du récipient vers le fond du récipient par environ 20 mm à 30 mm.
  9. Boîte selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la boîte a la forme d'une boîte en trois pièces avec un fond séparé (5) attaché au corps de boîte (4).
