Definitions

  • the invention relates to an expansion profile for mining and tunneling, consisting of two I-profiles, the butted inner flanges of which are connected to form a box profile.
  • expansion profiles are known for mine construction, especially for longwall and longwall construction, which can fulfill the function of caps and beams.
  • This preferably includes web profiles, but channel profiles are regularly used as route arches.
  • the expansion profiles must either be supported by stamps or, using rock anchors, be hung from the hangers under the expansion profiles.
  • the connection of the expansion profiles is generally carried out by means of overlapping and external tabs.
  • the stamps to be placed, as well as the tabs to be mounted, are disruptive for various reasons. Apart from the cost of materials, the stamps hinder, for example, the establishment of stripping and stripping.
  • an expansion profile for pit and tunnel expansion which has an I-shaped, H-shaped or V-shaped cross section.
  • This expansion profile has coupling plates at the end, the coupling plates have bores for connecting adjacent expansion profiles with the aid of screw connections.
  • an additional guide channel is provided in the central area, which is formed by a cylindrical wall arranged in the central web and is used to pass an anchor rod.
  • the anchor rod must be fixed on the underside of the profile using the support plate and nut (see FR 23 22 259).
  • a box profile cap is known from two I-profiles, the flange parts of which seal the cap cavity at the top and bottom are welded together at the joint.
  • the flange parts closing off the Rappen cavity are inclined inwards on the outside towards the joint. The aim of this is to ensure that the slightly curved head plate of a stamp supporting the cap does not touch the facing flange ends of the ashamed I-profiles, but only abuts the flanges below the two webs.
  • the load is transferred from the top plate to the center of the webs, so that the webs are only subjected to pressure and consequently protection against buckling or bulging is achieved (cf. GB 786 538).
  • the invention has for its object to provide an expansion profile for the pit and tunnel expansion of the type described above, which can be installed without support, the end connection of other expansion profiles without external flanges and thus can be used as a track.
  • a box profile has mounting recesses in its upper I-flange and in its lower I-flange, that the mounting recesses are arranged at predetermined intervals on the central longitudinal axis of the I-flanges, that the upper and lower mounting recesses at least overlap in vertical projection, that the mounting recesses are formed as elongated holes and are arranged symmetrically in vertical projection between the I-bars, and that the outer flanges of the I-flanges are designed as a tread for load drives.
  • a box profile is realized as an expansion profile, which is by means of rock anchors, for. B.
  • expansion sleeve anchors cement mortar anchors or adhesive anchors
  • the rock anchors introduced can be passed through the mounting recesses. Consequently, a support-free or Stamp-free installation of the expansion profile according to the invention is possible, both in the longitudinal and longitudinal direction as well as in the transverse direction.
  • an outer bracket-free connection with an adjacent expansion profile in the area of the butt ends is made possible because the connection means can be accommodated in the cavities of the box profiles to be connected on the one hand, and can be locked in place via the mounting recesses after insertion into the cavities.
  • expansion profile according to the invention is installed without stamps or support, there is now sufficient space for the undisturbed installation of production and extraction facilities for the manufacture of construction and trenching as well as for the installation of machine stables, while the setting and stealing of stamps is no longer required when producing line accompanying dams .
  • expansion profiles according to the invention can be arranged one above the other and locked in the area of the mounting recesses, irrespective of whether they are crossing expansion profiles or rectified expansion profiles. It is also possible to use suspension devices in the lower mounting recesses of the centrally anchored construction profile.
  • connection to route expansion profiles and in particular route arches - preferably in the transition area from the strut to the route - poses no problems.
  • Flawless securing of the expansion spaces is always ensured by stamp-free or support-free installation of the expansion profile according to the invention as a cap or beam using rock anchors.
  • the elongated holes ensure the necessary play for the passage of the anchor rods of the anchors that have already been placed in the course of installing the expansion profile.
  • the distance between the mounting recesses must be twice as long as their length.
  • the expansion profile according to the invention fulfills the function of a running rail. This is possible because the expansion profile according to the invention can be connected to other expansion profiles in the region of its butt ends without the use of external brackets, that is to say it can be assembled to form an uninterrupted running rail without disruptive connecting elements.
  • the invention provides that the inner flanges of the upper and lower I-flange narrower than the outer flanges, for. B. are formed half as wide. This makes it possible to realize an expansion profile that is relatively narrow, even though it is a box profile.
  • the expansion profile according to the invention can also be used in a conventional manner as a cap or beam, ie with the support of a stamp, if this should be absolutely necessary.
  • a suspension by means of rock anchors is preferably provided.
  • the invention teaches that the upper and lower mounting recesses are aligned as congruent recesses, which facilitates the passage of the anchor rods through mounting recesses becomes.
  • the expansion profile is secured using an anchor plate and anchor nut.
  • the outer longitudinal edges of the outer flanges are provided in a known manner with recesses to form cams, in which the crown-like stamp heads can engage.
  • the invention teaches that coupling parts which can be angled about horizontal and / or vertical axes can be inserted at the end into the detent profile of the expansion profile according to the invention and can be locked in the region of the mounting recesses and angled transmission.
  • the expansion profile according to the invention can also be used as a rigidly connectable and attachable joint cap.
  • Transition area from longwall to track or machine stall It is also possible to create stamp-free route accompanying dams.
  • the expansion profile according to the invention ensures an external link-free connection with expansion profiles to be connected at the end, so that a continuous running rail for load drives and consequently equipment and load transport is available. - This succeeds with relatively simple and functional means.
  • an expansion profile 1 for the mine and Tunnel construction shown which consists in its basic structure of two I-profiles, the butted inner flanges 2 connected to each other to form a box profile, namely welded.
  • the box profile has 4 mounting recesses 5 in its upper I-flange 3 and in its lower I-flange.
  • the mounting receptacles 5 are arranged at predetermined intervals on the central longitudinal axis M of the I-flanges 3, 4.
  • the upper and lower mounting recesses 5 overlap in a vertical projection.
  • the mounting recesses 5 are preferably aligned as congruent recesses.
  • the inner flanges 2 of the upper and lower I-flange 3, 4 are narrower than the outer flanges 6, z. B. half as wide, so that the I-profiles are asymmetrical steel profiles, which are assembled to form an axially symmetrical expansion profile 1.
  • the mounting recesses 5 are designed as elongated holes and arranged symmetrically in a vertical projection between the I-webs 7.
  • the distance A of the mounting recesses 5 is twice as long as their length L according to the exemplary embodiment.
  • the outer flanges 6 of the I-flanges 3, 4 are designed as running surfaces for load drives, so that expansion profiles 1 according to the invention can be assembled without the use of external flaps to form a running rail, whereby the mounting recesses 5 enable the support-free connection to the rock anchor.
  • the outer longitudinal edges of the outer flanges 6 can have recesses 9 in a known manner at predetermined intervals, with the formation of cams.
  • coupling pieces 11 which can be angled about horizontal and / or vertical axes 10 can be inserted into the box profile or to be connected to one another, which can be locked in the area of the mounting recesses 5 and their angled joints 12, for example by means of wedges 13, 14.
