Claims (3)

  1. Procédé pour appliquer un emballage sur un article à emballer cubique (P) possédant un contour rectangulaire ou carré en projection horizontale et possédant des arêtes de base et des arêtes supérieures, ou sur un article à emballer empilé de façon correspondante, selon lequel on fabrique un ensemble de composants de barrettes d'ossature repliées (1), formés à partir de flans en carton d'emballage possédant une section transversale en forme de cornière polygonale et formée par pliage, et qui possèdent, au niveau de leurs extrémités, des languettes adhésives (5), qui sont adaptées aux bords de l'article à emballer (P), par tirage à partir d'un rouleau, et selon lequel l'emballage est formé par le fait qu'on applique les barrettes d'ossature repliées (1) contre les bords de l'article à emballer (P) et qu'en cet endroit on les réunit, à l'aide des languettes adhésives (5), pour former au moins une unité de support en forme de cadre de base, qui entoure l'article à emballer (P) au niveau des arêtes de base et des coins de ces arêtes et qui est réalisé sans fond d'emballage.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, selon lequel on réunit en outre les barrettes d'ossature repliées (1) pour former un cadre supérieur plat, qui entoure l'article à emballer (P) au niveau de ses arêtes supérieures et au niveau des coins de ces arêtes supérieures et qui est réalisé sans recouvrement.
  3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, selon lequel les barrettes d'ossature repliées (1) sont en outre appliquées contre les coins des arêtes de base et contre des capuchons d'angle (6) qui relient les coins des arêtes de base et les coins des arêtes supérieures.
