Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schachtabdeckung gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Die Erfindung liegt auf dem Gebiet des Baus und der Abdeckung von Schächten sowie der Ableitung von Regenwasser und anderen Flüssigkeiten von Bauwerken verschiedener Art, insbesondere von befahrenen Strassen, Plätzen und Brücken. Als Deckschicht weisen diese Bauwerke eine Bitumen-, Beton- oder Zementschicht auf, unter welcher ein Unterbau liegt, der aus verschiedenen Materialien, beispielsweise Kies, Sand, Beton od. dgl. bestehen kann. Zwischen dem Unterbau und der Deckschicht wird in verschiedenen Fällen, zum Beispiel bei Brücken und Fahrbahnen, eine Abdichtungsfolie gelegt, um den Unterbau vor dem Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit zu schützen.
  • Das auf den genannten Bauwerken anfallende Regenwasser und andere Flüssigkeiten müssen abgeleitet werden, wozu Kanalschächte und Wassereinläufe verschiedener Art verwendet werden. Die Aus der GB-A-1 249 860 ist eine gattungsgemässe Schachtabdeckung bekannt, bei welcher der Grundrahmen an der Unterseite Taschen aufweist, in welche Köpfe der Schraubenbolzen ragen, während dieselben durch Bohrungen im Rahmen geführt und durch beiderseits angeordnete Muttern gesichert sind oder auch umgekehrt die Schraubenbolzen im Rahmen abgestützt sind und der Grundrahmen durch Muttern gesichert ist.
  • Bei dieser Lösung ist ein Schrägstellen des Grundrahmens gegenüber dem Rahmen bestenfalls in engen Grenzen möglich und führt zu einer prekären Auflage desselben auf den Köpfen der Schraubenbolzen bzw. den Muttern, die leicht seine Beschädigung zur Folge haben kann.
  • Aus der US-A-3 263 579 ist eine Schachtabdeckung bekannt, bei welcher ein Grundrahmen mittels jeweils zweier Muttern und Unterlagscheiben an feststehenden, durch Bohrungen im Grundrahmen geführten Schraubenbolzen höhenverstellbar festgeklemmt ist, doch zeigt die dort beschriebene Schachtabdeckung keinen Rahmen im Sinn des Anmeldungsgegenstands, sondern ein betoniertes Fundament, in das der Grundrahmen nicht eingesetzt, sondern auf das er nur abgestützt ist.
  • Dadurch fehlt eine seitliche Abschirmung, was das Auffüllen des Zwischenraums zwischen Fundament und Grundrahmen erforderlich macht, sodass eine Erleichterung der Höhenverstellung des Grundrahmens kaum den erwünschten Erfolg bringt, da die erforderliche Anpassung der Zwischenfüllung in jedem Fall beträchtlich mehr Aufwand erfordert. Ausserdem sind die zwischen Muttern und Grundrahmen gelegten Unterlagscheiben plan, sodass bei schräg sitzendem Grundrahmen wiederum keine satte Auflage desselben gewährleistet ist.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es demgegenüber, eine Schachtabdeckung anzugeben, bei welcher der Grundrahmen leicht und mühelos in Höhe und Neigung verstellbar ist und bei welchem auch bei grösseren Neigungswinkeln des Grundrahmens dessen satte und sichere Auflage gewährleistet ist. Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale im Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Zwei Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung sind in der Zeichnung dargestellt und nachfolgend beschrieben. Es zeigen:

  • Die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Schachtabdeckung setzt sich aus einem Gehäuse 1, einem in das Gehäuse einführbaren Grundrahmen 2 und Verstellmitteln 3 zusammen. Das Gehäuse 1 kann auch einen Aussenflansch 4 aufweisen, an den sich ein annähernd senkrechter oder mit einer Neigung versehener Wandteil 5 anschliesst. Am unteren Ende des Wandteils 5 schliesst ein Bodenteil 6 an, in dessen Mitte ein Ablauf 7 mit einem Ablaufstutzen 8 angeordnet ist. Wird das Gehäuse 1 für die Ableitung von Bodenwasser beispielsweise in einer Brücke oder an einem Flachdach verwendet, das heisst an einer Stelle, wo nur ein verhältnismässig dünner Unterbau vorliegt, kann der Ablauf 7 auch seitlich am Wandteil 5 vorgesehen werden.
  • Im Bodenteil 6 sind in der Nähe des Wandteils 5 Taschen 9 vorgesehen, welche nach oben teilweise durch eine Ausnehmung 10 geöffnet sind. Die Taschen 9, von denen mindestens drei am Innenumfang des Wandteils 5 angeordnet sind, weisen eine rechteckige Form auf (Fig. 2), während die Ausnehmung 10 Schlitzform mit einem gerundeten Grund aufweist. Im Bereich der Taschen 9 kann der Bodenteil 6 eine grössere Wandstärke aufweisen, die sich über den ganzen Innenumfang des Gehäuses 1 erstreckt oder nur örtlich vorgesehen werden kann.
  • In Fig. 1 ist der Grundrahmen 2 aus zwei Teilen zusammengesetzt, von denen der eine Teil als Grundrahmenoberteil 11 und der andere Teil als Grundrahmen und Unterteil 12 ausgebildet ist. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, den Grundrahmen 2 aus einem Stück herzustellen. Die Unterteilung in Oberteil 11 und Unterteil 12 erfolgt aus praktischen Gründen, beispielsweise zur Vereinfachung der Herstellung. Der Grundrahmenoberteil 11 und der Grundrahmenunterteil 12 können auch miteinander fest verbunden sein, beispielsweise durch Verschrauben oder Schweissen (nicht dargestellt).
  • Im Grundrahmenunterteil 12 sind senkrechte Bohrungen 13 eingearbeitet. Die Bohrungen 13 können zylindrische Form oder wie in Fig. 1 dargestellt ist, eine nach beiden Seiten sich erweiternde Trichterform aufweisen. Die Zahl der Bohrungen 13 stimmt mit der Zahl der Taschen 9 überein und zudem fluchten die Bohrungen 13 mit den Taschen 9.
  • Durch die Bohrungen 13 erstreckt sich ein Schraubenbolzen 14, dessen unteres Ende 15 durch die Ausnehmungen 10 in die Taschen 9 ragt. In den Taschen 9 ist eine Schraubenmutter 16 eingelegt, deren Aussenkontur rechteckig oder quadratisch ist und mit geringem Seitenspiel in die Tasche 9 passt. Wird nun das untere Ende 15 des Schraubenbolzen 14 in die Schraubenmutter 16 eingeschraubt, kann sich die Schraubenmutter 16 nicht in der Tasche 9 drehen, so dass sie soweit auf das untere Ende 15 aufgeschraubt werden kann, bis sie an der Decke der Tasche 9 satt anliegt und eine feste Verbindung mit dem Bodenteil 6 bildet.
  • Auf den Schraubenbolzen 14 wird ein Paar Schraubenmuttern 17,18 geschraubt, von denen die eine Schraubenmutter 17 auf der Unterseite und die andere Schraubenmutter 18 auf der Oberseite des Grundrahmenunterteils 12 liegt. Zwischen den Schraubenmuttern 17,18 und dem Grundrahmenunterteil ist je eine Unterlagscheibe 19 eingelegt, deren gegen den Grundrahmenunterteil 12 gerichtete Seitenfläche bombiert, das heisst mit einer konvexen Kugelfläche 20 versehen ist.
  • Die Verstellmittel 3, das heisst die Schraubenbolzen 14, die Schraubenmuttern 17,18 und die Unterlagsscheiben 19, erlauben eine exakte Einstellung der Höhe des Grundrahmens 2. Aber auch eine bestimmte Neigung kann durch die kugeligen Flächen 20 der Unterlagsscheiben 19 und durch die nach beiden Seiten sich erweiternden Partien der Grundrahmen 2 klemmfrei eingestellt werden.
  • Am oberen Ende 22 des Schraubenbolzens 14 kann eine Innensechskant-, eine Kreuzschlitzbohrung 21 oder ein Schlitz zum Anziehen des Schraubenbolzens 14 mit einem entsprechenden Schlüssel oder Schraubenzieher vorgesehen werden. Das obere Ende 22 kann jedoch auch als Aussensechskant ausgebildet sein.
  • Die in Fig. 3 dargestellte Schachtabdeckung weist dieselben Verstellmittel 3 auf wie die Schachtabdeckung nach Fig. 1, weshalb die gewählten Bezugszeichen dieselbe Bedeutung wie in Fig. 1 besitzen. Auch die Befestigung der Schraubenbolzen 14 im Grundrahmen 2 erfolgt in derselben Weise wie bei der Schachtabdeckung nach Fig. 1. In der Nebenfigur von Fig. 2 ist eine weitere Befestigung der Schraubenbolzen 14 dargestellt, bei der die Fixierung derselben mit einer Abstützung 16′, z.B. einer Schulter, einem Stellring oder einer Kontermutter erfolgt.
  • Der Unterschied liegt darin, dass bei der Ausführung nach Fig. 3 der Grundrahmen 2 einteilig ausgebildet ist, der anstelle des Gehäuses 1 in Fig. 1 in einem Rahmen 23 angeordnet ist, welcher das obere Ende eines senkrechten Schachtes 24 abgrenzt. Der Rahmen 23 weist am Aussenumfang angeordnete Rippen 25 auf, wobei sein schachtseitiges Ende einen Aussenflansch 26 und einen Innenflansch 27 grösserer Wandstärke aufweist, in welch letzteren auch die Taschen 9 für Befestigung der Schraubenbolzen 14 liegen.
  • Sowohl bei der Schachtabdeckung nach Fig. 1 als auch nach Fig. 3 ist der obere Rand des Grundrahmens 2 als Sitz 30 ausgebildet, in welchem ein Schachtdeckel oder ein Schachtrost (nicht dargestellt) eingesetzt werden kann.
  • Die beiden beschriebenen, in ihrer Höhe und ihrer Neigung einstellbaren Schachtabdeckungen nach Fig. 1 und 2 weisen eine einfache Konstruktion auf. Der Grundrahmen 2 kann mittels der Schraubenmuttern 17,18 exakt eingestellt werden, wobei die Schraubenmutter 18 als Kontermutter eine Verschiebung der Lage des Grundrahmens 2 auch bei grossen Belastungen und exzentrischem Kraftangriff verhindert. Dasselbe gilt auch für die Verschraubung der Schraubenbolzen 14 im Bodenteil 6 des Gehäuses 1 beziehungsweise im Innenflansch 27 des Rahmens 23.
  • Die Zahl der Schraubenbolzen bestimmt sich auf Grund der Grösse der Schachtabdeckung und der aufzunehmenden Belastung. Der Hohlraum unter dem Grundrahmen 2 kann ggf. ausgemörtelt werden; was aber nicht erforderlich ist.
  • Dadurch, dass der Grundrahmen 2 in dem Gehäuse 1 angeordnet ist, kann das Gehäuse 1 für sich allein verlegt und der Grundrahmen 2 nachträglich eingesetzt werden. Dies erleichtert das Verlegen der Schachtabdeckung in den Boden.

Claims (4)

  1. Schachtabdeckung mit einem im Boden eingebetteten Rahmen (1) oder Gehäuse (23) und einem in demselben höhenverstellbar eingesetzten Grundrahmen (2) zur Lagerung eines Schachtdeckels oder -rostes sowie mit drei oder mehr über den Grundrahmen (2) verteilten, am Rahmen (1) oder Gehäuse (23) festsitzend abgestützten Schraubenbolzen (14) mit Paaren von Gewindemuttern (17, 18), zwischen welche der Grundrahmen (2) geklemmt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Schraubenbolzen (14) durch eine doppeltkonisch ausgebildete Bohrung (13) im Grundrahmen (2) geführt ist und zwischen jeder der Gewindemuttern (17, 18) und dem Grundrahmen (2) jeweils eine Unterlagscheibe (19) eingelegt ist, welche auf der zum Grundrahmen (2) weisenden Seite eine konvexe, kugelkalottenförmige Wölbung (20) aufweist.
  2. Schachtabdeckung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem Bodenteil (6) des Gehäuses (1) bzw. einem Innenflansch (27) des Rahmens (23) Taschen (9) vorgesehen sind, in welchen jeweils das untere Ende (15) eines Schraubenbolzen (14) mit in einer in die Tasche (9) eingelegten Schraubenmutter (16) fest verschraubt ist.
  3. Schachtabdeckung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Ende (15) eines Schraubenbolzen (14) jeweils mit einer Abstützung (16'), z. B. einem Stellring oder einer Kontermutter versehen ist und zusammen mit der Schraubenmutter (16) dasselbe festhält.
  4. Schachtabdeckung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Begrenzung der Tasche (9) mit einem offenen Schlitz (10) versehen ist.
