Claims (4)

  1. Procédé pour prescrire les paramètres d'exploitation dans une imprimante ou autre machine de bureau du type analogue commandée par microprocesseur, comportant un clavier d'entrée des données (1) et une mémoire (8) pour tous les paramètres d'exploitation qui, après appel, peuvent s'imprimer sur un support d'enregistrement (13), étant précisé que les valeurs des paramètres respectivement prescrites sont mises en évidence, procédé comportant les étapes suivantes:
    (a) actionner une touche de mise en circuit et/ou un commutateur de mise en circuit sur le clavier (1) pour appeler le menu principal de paramétrage qui est constitué de plusieurs sous-menus et qui s'imprime sur un support d'enregistrement (13) au moyen d'un chariot d'impression (18, 19),
    b) sélectionner un sous-menu en amenant le chariot d'impression (18, 19) sur le sous-menu sélectionné, étant précisé qu'au moyen de la barre d'espacement (4) on peut faire passer successivement et cycliquement le chariot d'impression (18, 19) sur le branchement sélectionné,
    c) actionner la touche retour du chariot et avance de la ligne (CR/LF) (5) pour sortir de la boucle de recherche, d'où résulte le soulignement du branchement sélectionné et ce qui provoque le branchement dans le sous-menu et l'impression des paramètres du sous-menu sélectionné,
    d) actionner la barre d'espacement (4) pour sélectionner le paramètre dans le sous-menu, le paramètre en cours de paramétrage étant indiqué par la position du chariot d'impression (18, 19),
    e) actionner la touche retour du chariot et avance de la ligne (CR/LF) (5) pour sélectionner le paramètre, ce qui provoque le soulignement du paramètre sélectionne et le passage au paramètre à sélectionner suivant,
    f) actionner la touche de replacement ("Relocate") (6), ce qui déclenche le soulignement et la prise en compte des valeurs des paramètres et le retour dans le menu principal de paramétrage.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le commutateur de mise en circuit ou la touche de mise en circuit sont le commutateur de commande et les touches de commande de la machine pour d'autres fonctions et sont employés pour ce mode d'exploitation au moyen d'une commutation de circuit.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérise par le fait que le commutateur de mise en circuit est le commutateur de mise en circuit - hors circuit (14, 15) de la machine.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que la touche de paramétrage est la touche d'effacement (3).
