Definitions

  • the invention relates to a hinge, in particular a single-axis hinge with a hinge arm that can be mounted on a furniture wall and a door-side hinge cup hinged to it, into which an inner coupling part can be inserted and releasably anchored to it by means of a spring-loaded locking part.
  • a hinge of this type with four hinge axes is described in DE-A1-26 34 558, according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a brochure (00052 - 04/86 - 23) from ONI-Metallwarenfabriken Günter GmbH + Co describes a single-axis hinge whose hinge arm can be attached directly to a side wall of a furniture without a base plate.
  • hinges are used in particular in office, organizational and contract furniture construction. You will find as corner and twin hinges, d. H. Hinges with two doors hinged, use.
  • a base plate is attached to the side wall of the furniture when the furniture is being assembled.
  • a hinge cup is inserted into the door. This is connected to the actual hinge arm via an articulated axis or four articulated axes and two articulated levers.
  • the hinge arm of the hinge mounted on the door is placed on the base plate mounted on the side wall and connected to it.
  • the position of the door can be adjusted by moving the position of the hinge arm relative to the base plate.
  • conventional hinges offer an adjustment in the direction of the width of the furniture door and the depth of the furniture. In some cases the height can be adjusted.
  • Hinges of the type mentioned at the outset differ from those mentioned in that the hinge arm is fastened directly to the side wall of the furniture, for example by being screwed to it. This has the advantage that it can be kept very narrow and space is saved again by eliminating an additional base plate. The entire width of the piece of furniture can thus be used optimally, as is particularly the case, for example, with card index boxes or the like.
  • the two-part assembly is also known.
  • the hinge arm is attached to the side of the furniture and a hinge cup is inserted into the door.
  • the hinge cup is connected to the hinge arm by means of a coupling part. In conventional hinges, this is done using a clamping screw.
  • the object of the invention is to improve a hinge of the type mentioned in that the hanging of the door, i. H. the connection of the hinge cup with the coupling part is facilitated.
  • the object of the invention is achieved in one embodiment of the invention in that a pin aligned parallel to the hinge axis is arranged in the hinge cup, into which the locking part can be hung, that a clamping screw together with the U-shaped leaf spring locking part, which is in notches or. Like in the Latches the side walls of the hinge cup, holds a holding part that is suspended in the pin, and that the clamping screw is screwed into a thread of the locking part and protrudes through an open slot in the coupling part or in the holding part.
  • the locking part is designed as a C-shaped leaf spring and is mounted in the hinge cup
  • the clamping screw holds a cross-sectionally U-shaped holding part on the coupling part, which has lateral guide webs on the side legs, which are in grooves of the hinge cup can be inserted and lateral openings in which the free ends of the locking part designed as a leaf spring snap into place.
  • a further exemplary embodiment of the invention provides that the locking part is a slide which is resiliently loaded in the hinge cup, which has projections behind which retaining pins of the cold part held by the clamping screw on the coupling part snap in and that the hinge cup has grooves on the side which lead to the upper edge of the hinge cup are open and into which the retaining pins can be inserted.
  • the locking part is a leaf spring which is screwed to the coupling part by means of a clamping screw, and is guided in lateral grooves of the hinge cup and which has projections approximately perpendicular to the door plane, which engage in a recess in the hinge cup .
  • the clamping screw holds the locking part designed as a leaf spring on the hinge cup and the leaf spring has a nose or lugs which engage in recesses in the coupling part which can be inserted into the hinge cup.
  • All of the exemplary embodiments of the invention enable the coupling part to be quickly coupled to the hinge cup due to a snap-in spring and also offer the possibility of also adjusting the hinge in the hinge cup. This makes it possible to make the hinge arm very flat and to fasten it directly to the side wall of the furniture without a base plate or the like. Nevertheless, it is possible to precisely align the position of the door.
