Definitions

  • the invention relates to an arrangement with a first furniture part, a second furniture part and with a furniture hinge for the pivotable connection of the first furniture part to the second furniture part.
  • the invention relates to a piece of furniture with at least one such furniture hinge or with an arrangement of the type mentioned above.
  • a guide device for door leaves is shown, which in the assembled state are mounted so as to be displaceable and rotatable relative to a furniture body.
  • the two door leaves can be pivotally connected via a hinge fitting (FIGS. 10a-10c), which has two hinges connected to one another via a cardan shaft.
  • the hinge fitting on the door leaves must be positioned exactly, which is often difficult to do in practice. If the furniture parts are warped, the gap formed between the furniture parts can also change, which on the one hand is not visually appealing and on the other hand can mean that the door leaves can no longer be closed properly.
  • the DE10 2004 006330 A1 discloses a furniture hinge with two hardware parts and an adjustment element, wherein the adjustment element can be actuated by inserting a tool into a gap between the two hardware parts.
  • This adjustment element enables the hinge to be aligned in a vertical direction and therefore has an axis of rotation oriented parallel to the articulation axis.
  • An adjustment element whose axis of rotation is transverse to the joint axis of the furniture hinge is not provided.
  • the object of the present invention is to specify a furniture hinge of the type mentioned at the outset while avoiding the disadvantages discussed above.
  • a gap is formed between the first fitting part and the second fitting part in at least one relative position of the furniture hinge, wherein the at least one adjustment element can be actuated by inserting a tool, preferably a screwdriver, into the gap.
  • the furniture hinge according to the invention enables comfortable adjustment through the gap formed between the furniture parts, with a change in the relative position of the furniture parts to each other being made by a Actuation of the at least one adjustment element for the fitter is immediately apparent. This allows an intuitive and above all quick to carry out Adjustment without having to repeatedly open and close the furniture parts.
  • the two furniture parts can be adjusted relative to one another in the assembled state of the furniture hinge, preferably at least two-dimensionally, in a lateral direction and/or in a height direction and/or in a depth direction, so that the two furniture parts - to correct one between the two Furniture parts formed conical gap - aligned parallel to each other and / or the height and / or depth of the two furniture parts can be aligned with each other.
  • the adjustments in the lateral direction, in the height direction and in the depth direction are independent of each other, i.e. the said settings do not influence each other.
  • the at least one adjustment element in a relative position of the furniture hinge in which the two fitting parts or the furniture parts connected to the fitting parts in the assembled state assume an angle of between 0° and 125°, preferably between 0° and 90°, can be actuated by the tool introduced into the gap.
  • the at least one adjustment element has a first end with a tool holder for receiving a tool, preferably a screwdriver, and a second end spaced from the first end along the longitudinal direction of the adjustment element, the first end of the adjustment element being closer to the gap is arranged as the second end.
  • the linear guide can have at least one oblong hole arranged in the base plate or in the adjustment plate, along which a guide element arranged on the adjustment plate or on the base plate is slidably guided.
  • the linear guide has at least one guide edge arranged or formed on the base plate (for example in the form of a bending edge or an embossing) for the displaceable mounting of the adjusting plate. Provision can also be made for two or more linear guides to be provided, through which the setting plate is guided in a displaceable manner relative to the base plate. In this way, the adjustment plate is held in a tilt-proof manner relative to the base plate, with the adjustments being able to be carried out along a precise linear adjustment path.
  • a lateral distance between the first fitting part and the second fitting part can be adjusted by actuating the adjusting element in the installed state of the furniture hinge.
  • at least one second adjustment element can be provided, with a vertical position of the first fitting part relative to the second fitting part being adjustable by actuating the second adjustment element when the furniture hinge is in the assembled state.
  • a third adjustment element can be provided, with a depth position of the fitting parts being adjustable relative to one another by actuating the third adjustment element.
  • At least the second and/or the third adjustment element can, for example, also be slidably mounted, the second and/or the third adjustment element being positionable, for example, by arranging notches at predetermined locations.
  • the second adjustment element and/or the third adjustment element is/are rotatably mounted.
  • the first adjustment element has a first axis of rotation and that the second adjustment element has a second axis of rotation, the direction of the first axis of rotation and the direction of the second axis of rotation running essentially parallel to one another. This results in a particularly convenient adjustment option, because access for a person to turn the adjustment elements can take place from the same side of the fitting part.
  • a particularly compact and flat design of the fitting part results when the direction of the first axis of rotation and the direction of the second axis of rotation and/or the direction of the third axis of rotation run essentially parallel to one another in at least one relative position of the furniture hinge or within one Angle between 10 ° and 50 ° relative to a main plane formed by the base plate runs or run.
  • At least one of the setting elements can be designed, for example, as a handwheel designed for manual operation.
