Claims (9)

  1. Borne de raccordement et/ou de liaison sans vis incluant un rail de courant (1), incluant au moins un ressort de borne (7) formé en une matière plate élastique dont une extrémité (8) de branche est maintenue sur le rail de courant (1) et dont l'autre extrémité (12) de branche de borne présente un évidement de borne (13) à travers lequel s'étend une extrémité (14) du rail de courant, l'arête inférieure (27) de l'évidement de borne (13) trouvant un contre-appui au côté inférieur (18) du rail de courant, et poussant contre le côté inférieur du rail de courant (1) un conducteur électrique (6) introduit dans l'espace de borne entre l'arête inférieure (27) de l'évidement de borne (13) et le rail de courant (1), et incluant aussi un agencement d'encliquetage qui se compose d'un taquet et d'un contre-épaulement et retient de façon libérable le ressort de borne (7) dans la position ouverte de l'espace de borne (5), caractérisée en ce que l'agencement d'encliquetage, formé d'un taquet (15) d'une part et d'un contre-épaulement (17) d'autre part, est prévu entre une extrémité coudée vers le haut (14) du rail de courant et l'extrémité (12) de branche de borne.
  2. Borne de raccordement et/ou de liaison sans vis selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'il est disposé, au-dessus de l'évidement de borne (13) de la branche de borne (12) un évidement de maintien (6) constituant le contre-épaulement pour un taquet à arête (15) formé par refoulement de l'extrémité coudée vers le haut (14) du rail de courant (1, 4).
  3. Borne de raccordement et/ou de liaison sans vis selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un taquet, de préférence en forme de languette estampée en U, qui s'appuie sur un contre-épaulement de l'extrémité pliée en U du rail de courant est prévu au-dessus de l'évidement de borne de l'extrémité de branche de borne.
  4. Borne de raccordement et/ou de liaison sans vis selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité inférieure (12) de branche de borne est guidée des deux côtés lors de l'actionnement du ressort de borne le long de deux épaulements d'appui (26) qui sont formés par des languettes estampées (28) des deux branches extérieures (2, 3) du rail de courant (1).
  5. Borne de raccordement et/ou de liaison sans vis selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, ayant un boîtier isolant (19) qui la reçoit, caractérisée en ce que le boîtier isolant (19) est pourvu, au-dessus du bombement (11) du ressort (7), entre ses extrémités de branches (8, 12), d'un évidement (20) pour un outil de déclenchement, en particulier un tourne-vis.
  6. Borne de raccordement et/ou de liaison sans vis selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce qu'un goujon de contrainte et d'indication (21), logé à coulissement, est disposé dans l'évidement (20) du boîtier isolant (19).
  7. Borne de raccordement et/ou de liaison sans vis selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par une tige de déclenchement (25) logée à coulissement longitudinal vis-à-vis du goujon de contrainte (21).
  8. Borne de raccordement et/ou de liaison sans vis selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le goujon de contrainte (21) est guidé dans le boîtier isolant (19), sans pouvoir tourner et de manière imperdable, par un taquet (22) venant en prise dans une rainure fermée au moins vers le haut (23) de l'évidement (20) du boîtier isolant (19).
  9. Borne de raccordement et/ou de liaison sans vis selon l'une des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisée en ce que le goujon de contrainte (21) est pourvu d'une rainure longitudinale extérieure (24) pour l'outil de déclenchement ou la tige de déclenchement (25).
