Claims (9)

  1. Ecarteur destiné à un jeu de ressorts de contact électriques, comportant au moins trois ressorts de contact (4, 5), logés sur un côté et disposés à certaine distance les uns au-dessus ou à côté des autres, écarteur qui maintient à une certaine distance les deux ressorts de contact extérieurs (4) dans la zone des points de contact (6), tandis que le ressort de contact central (5), qui est commandé par une étoile de commutation, en particulier un interrupteur horaire électromécanique, est commutable entre les deux ressorts de contact extérieurs (4), caractérisé en ce que l'écarteur (1) a une configuration en peigne, et est pourvu d'au moins trois encoches (2, 3), ouvertes sur un côté et disposées les unes au-dessus/à côté des autres ; que les deux encoches extérieures (2) sont disposées parallèlement l'une à l'autre, leur distance réciproque étant la distance de consigne des deux ressorts de contact extérieurs (4) ; que la largeur de ces encoches (2) est égale à l'épaisseur de tôle d'un ressort de contact (4) ou lui est supérieure d'une fraction ; que la largeur de l'encoche centrale (3) est supérieure à la longueur de commutation du ressort de contact central (5) dans la zone des points de contact (6) ; et que l'écarteur (1), emmenché sur les deux ressorts de contact extérieurs (4) est fixé en position sur les ressorts de contact (4) par des éléments de sécurité (7, 8).
  2. Ecarteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoir sur chacune des parois (9) entre les deux encoches extérieures (2) et l'encoche centrale (3), des éléments de sécurité (7) en forme de cliquets, dirigés vers le côté des encoches (2) et délimitant la profondeur d'une encoche (2) à la hauteur du ressort de contact (4).
  3. Ecarteur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les parois (9) sont réalisées d'une manière efficace comme des éléments élastiques.
  4. Ecarteur selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'encoche (12) des parois (9), voisine de chacun des ressorts de contact (4) et exerçant une sollicitation mécanique sur ce dernier, a une configuration étroite, en particulier en arête.
  5. Ecarteur selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'arête (11), opposée à chacune des parois (9), est pourvue à l'entrée des encoches (2) d'un chanfrein de guidage 12.
  6. Ecarteur selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit sur l'écarteur (1), dans la zone du fond (13) de l'encoche centrale (3) et/ou au niveau des ressorts de contacts (4, 5), en particulier du ressort de contact central (5), des éléments de sécurité (8) destinés à fixer en position l'écarteur (1) sur le jeu de ressorts de contact.
  7. Ecarteur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que deux éléments de sécurité (8) en forme de languettes, disposés en surélévation par rapport à la largeur du ressort de contact (5) sont disposés à une distance réciproque correspondant à l'épaisseur de l'écarteur (1), et ce sur le ressort de contact central (5) au voisinage des points de contact (6).
  8. Ecarteur selon les revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'écarteur (1) est fabriqué en matière plastique par moulage par injection.
  9. Ecarteur selon les revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'écarteur (1) a été découpé à partir d'un matériau isolant se présentant sous forme d'une plaque.
