Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a method for producing a screed hollow floor, in which at least one formwork element provided with feet is laid on a raw floor, to which a screed mass is subsequently applied.
  • Raised floor constructions are used for installing cables, pipes, and the like on the floor.
  • a formwork element for a hollow floor construction which has a carrier plate which is provided with recesses in which the feet engage in a form-fitting manner.
  • the carrier plate has grooves so that the formwork elements adapt better to the floor.
  • the hollow floor is completed in that a leveling screed is applied to the formwork elements so that the formwork elements act as lost formwork.
  • a method for producing a hollow floor in which a knobbed film is applied to the raw floor, which is then covered with a liquid screed.
  • the knobbed film stands on the underbody with the knobs that form the feet.
  • a disadvantage of the known method is that the knobbed film cannot be walked on, so that special auxiliary structures are required in order to apply the screed. Because of the large screed thickness, this also requires a long drying time.
  • slabs are known which can be installed in association in order to produce floors, in particular temporary, temporarily used floors.
  • the plates are provided with short feet arranged according to the corner points of a triangle, so that a space remains between the plates and the sub-floor, for example for laying cables.
  • a kit for the laying of hollow floors which consists of essentially triangular floor panels and stand elements, by means of which the triangular floor panels which can be laid in association are supported at their corners against the floor.
  • the invention has for its object to propose a method of the type mentioned for the manufacture of a screed hollow floor, by means of which screed hollow floors can be produced with improved load-bearing capacity and durability.
  • This object is achieved in that a plurality of formwork elements, each provided with three feet in a triangular arrangement, are laid in the association, which are then covered with a film, to which the screed mass is then applied.
  • the screed hollow floors are made up of a large number of such formwork elements composed, which due to their training with three feet always stand with all feet on the sub-floor. Nevertheless, the formwork elements can consist of a rigid and rigid material, so that the areas between the feet cannot be indented.
  • a hollow floor constructed with the formwork elements according to the invention therefore has a high load-bearing capacity, since the entire hollow floor is supported by all the feet arranged on the underside of the formwork panel even in the case of very uneven raw floors.
  • cables or pipes can also be installed on the floor later.
  • each of the feet of the formwork elements carries essentially the same load.
  • the feet form the corner points of an imaginary isosceles triangle.
  • the formwork panels of the formwork elements can have any shape that allows the formwork elements to be nested one inside the other, that is to say they can be put together.
  • a formwork element is used according to a preferred embodiment, the formwork plate of which has an L-shape in plan view. Such an L-shape allows a panel assembly to be laid in a simple manner.
  • the formwork panel is divided into three approximately square sections is divided, under each of which a foot is arranged.
  • the formwork panel is particularly preferably formed in one piece with the feet.
  • the formwork element can e.g. be made from an inorganic gypsum or anhydride or a cement or a mixture thereof.
  • the feet have a cup shape which is open towards the formwork panel.
  • a floating screed applied afterwards will bond particularly well to the formwork elements.
  • an electrical socket could be installed in any cup recess beforehand.
  • the formwork panel has a triangular shape.
  • Such formwork elements are particularly suitable for smaller rooms.
  • formwork elements are preferably used, the formwork plate of which is honeycomb-shaped.
  • a honeycomb shape which can be hexagonal, octagonal or the like, enables the formwork elements to be simply placed against one another without continuous straight joints being formed.
  • the distance between the feet is approximately 20 cm. This allows a good adjustment of the formwork elements with little effort Formwork elements to the sub-surface and achieve a high load-bearing capacity.
  • edge length of the formwork panel is approximately twice the base distance. In this way it is achieved that the distances between the feet are approximately the same to each other even when the hollow floor is installed.
  • the height of the feet is approximately between 5 and 20 cm.
  • a liquid screed can be applied in a conventional manner. After the liquid screed has been applied, there is a more or less strong connection between the individual formwork elements and the formwork elements with the screed.
  • FIG. 1 shows a top view of a formwork element 1 for laying hollow floors 2.
  • the formwork element 1 shown in FIG. 1 has an essentially flat formwork panel 3 and feet 4 arranged on its underside.
  • 3 feet 4 are attached to the underside of the formwork element 1 in a triangular arrangement.
  • the feet 4 are at approximately the same distance a from one another. Strictly speaking, the feet 4 in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 form the corner points of an imaginary isosceles triangle.
  • the formwork element 1 or better its formwork panel 3 has an L-shape in plan view.
  • the formwork panel is divided into three approximately square sections 5, under each of which a foot 4 is arranged.
  • the square sections 5 are integrally connected to one another, so that three square sections 5 each form an L-shaped formwork element 1.
  • the square sections 5 can have lines of weakness at their mutually adjacent edges, so that a square section 5 can be broken off from an L-shaped formwork element, which can be used as a fitting in edge areas when laying a hollow floor.
  • the formwork panel 3 is formed in one piece with the feet 4.
  • the feet are solid, in the embodiment shown here the feet 4 are designed as cups open towards the formwork panel 3.
  • the formwork panel 3 could also go through on the top of the cup, so that the feet 4 would be formed as a closed hollow body.
  • the distance a between the feet 4 is approximately 20 cm.
  • the edge length b of the formwork panel 3 is approximately twice the base distance a.
  • the height h of the feet 4 is approximately between 5 and 20 cm, depending on the installation requirements.
  • FIG. 4 and 5 show further exemplary embodiments of a formwork element which can be used in the method according to the invention.
  • the structure of these formwork elements is in principle the same as that of the formwork element according to the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1. Only the differences are therefore described below.
  • the same reference numerals are used for components with the same effect.
  • FIG. 4 shows a formwork element 1 which is triangular in plan view, in which the feet 4 are also formed in an approximately triangular arrangement such that they form the corner points of an isosceles triangle.
  • the foot distance a is approximately the same as in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, as is the edge length b and the height h of the feet 4.
  • FIG. 5 shows a formwork element 1 which is honeycomb-shaped in plan view, more precisely a formwork element with a formwork plate in the form of a regular hexagon.
  • the feet 4 are arranged in this formwork element 1 so that they form the corner points of an equilateral, imaginary triangle.
  • the edge length b is approximately in the order of the foot spacing a.
  • FIG. 3 shows a laying example of the formwork elements 1 according to the embodiment of FIG. 1.
  • the formwork elements 1 are placed with their feet 4 on an unfinished floor 6 and laid in the association. Each formwork element 1 stands with all its three feet 4 on the raw floor 6, so that the formwork panel 3 is parallel to the surface of the raw floor 6 at this point. This means that depending on the nature of the raw floor 6, the top of the hollow floor 2 formed by the formwork panel may be uneven.
  • the formwork elements can be installed in different associations; 3 shows only one example of a laying option.
  • a film not shown here, e.g. a polyethylene film over which the formwork panel 3 of the formwork elements 1 are laid out.
  • a floating screed or a dry fill is then applied to this film, which covers any joints between the formwork elements 1, which compensates for any unevenness due to an uneven raw floor.
  • the procedure for completing the hollow floor is the same in the exemplary embodiments shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 as in the previously described exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1.
  • Inorganic gypsum or anhydride or cement is suitable as the material for the formwork elements. It is also possible to use a mixture of these materials.
  • the feet do not have to be formed in one piece with the formwork panel, as in the exemplary embodiments shown, it is also conceivable that molded feet can be used.
