Dispositif d'ouverture ou déploiement (6, 7) pour un battant de fenêtre ou pour un vantail (3) de porte ou encore pour un panneau d'un autre élément de fermeture de baie du même genre pouvant être placé au moins en position de parallélisme par rapport à sa position de fermeture et, pouvant, dans cette position de parallélisme, être déplacé horizontalement, dispositif d'ouverture qui comporte des bras à déploiement inférieurs (10), d'écartement, et des bras à déploiement supérieurs (7), d'écartement, dans le cas duquel au moins le bras à déploiement inférieur, d'écartement, ou les bras à déploiement inférieurs (10), d'écartement, sont montés chacun avec possibilité de rotation (en 14 et en 11), d'une part, sur la traverse inférieure du battant de la fenêtre ou du vantail de la porte ou encore du panneau de l'autre élément de fermeture de baie du même genre dont il s'agit, et, d'autre part, sur un chariot (12), le dispositif d'ouverture étant muni d'un dispositif de blocage défaisable (17) pour au moins le bras à déploiement inférieur, d'écartement, ou pour les bras à déploiement inférieurs (10), d'écartement, se trouvant dans la position qui correspond à la position de parallélisme précitée (figure 9), dispositif de blocage (17) qui comporte un levier d'appui (18) attaquant, d'une part, dans la zone du chariot (12) ou des chariots (12), le bras à déploiement (10), levier d'appui qui, d'autre part, à son extrémité tournée vers le chariot (12) et librement mobile par rapport à celui-ci, peut, par une saillie de commande (bouton 22), être amené, sous l'effet du mouvement de glissement du battant de la fenêtre ou du vantail (3) de la porte ou encore du panneau de l'autre élément de fermeture de baie du même genre dont il s'agit, à passer en liaison d'action avec un contre-appui (23) prenant appui sur le dormant de la fenêtre ou sur le bâti (1) de la porte ou encore sur le dormant de l'autre élément de fermeture de baie dont il s'agit, et à quitter cet état de liaison d'action, le dispositif d'ouverture ou déploiement étant caractérisé en ce que le levier d'appui (18) est un levier (18) à deux bras (18a, 18b) articulé (en 19), de façon à pouvoir effectuer exclusivement un mouvement de pivotement, au bras à déploiement (10) dans la zone comprise entre son point d'articulation (11) au chariot (12) et son point d'articulation (14) au battant de la fenêtre ou au vantail (3) de la porte ou encore au panneau de l'autre élément de fermeture de baie du même genre dont il s'agit, levier (18) à deux bras (18a, 18b) qui, par un bouton de guidage (20) prenant appui à l'extrémité du bras de levier (18b), qui rejoint le battant de la fenêtre ou le vantail (3) de la porte ou encore le panneau de l'autre élément de fermeture de baie dont il s'agit, est en engagement, avec possibilité de déplacement par pivotement, dans une fente ou boutonnière de guidage (21) prévue au battant ou au vantail (3) ou au panneau précité, fente ou boutonnère de guidage (21) qui, à son extrémité correspondant à la position de parallélisme (figure 9) du battant ou du vantail (3) ou encore du panneau précité, présente un creux d'arrêt (28) pour le bouton de guidage (20), tandis qu'à l'extrémité librement mobile du bras de levier (18a) tournée vers le chariot (12) est prévue la saillie de commande (22) qui peut, sous l'effet du mouvement de fin de fermeture par glissement du battant ou du vantail (3) ou encore du panneau précité, être amenée à passer en liaison d'action (en 24, 25) avec le contre-appui (23) prenant appui sur le dormant de la fenêtre ou sur le bâti (1) de la porte ou encore sur le dormant de l'autre élément de fermeture de baie dont il s'agit, ainsi qu'être fixée en position de prise de blocage avec ce contre-appui par rapport au chariot par la fente ou boutonnière de guidage (21) prévue côté bâttant ou côté vantail ou encore côté panneau.
  2. Dispositif d'ouverture ou déploiement suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le creux d'arrêt (26), se trouvant côté battant ou vantail ou encore panneau, que comporte la fente ou boutonnière de guidage (21) occupe une position telle qu'il soit coudé - à angle aigu - en direction du chariot (12) et en direction du dormant de la fenêtre ou du bâti (1) de la porte ou encore du dormant de l'autre élément de fermeture de baie du même genre dont il s'agit (figures 8 et 9).
  3. Dispositif d'ouverture ou déploiement suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le contre-appui (23) se trouvant côté dormant de la fenêtre ou côte bâti de la porte ou encore côté dormant de l'autre élément de fermeture de baie du même genre dont il s'agit présente une ouverture d'entrée (24) pour la saillie de commande (22), ouverture d'entrée (24) que rejoint une fente incurvée (25) qui est courbée dans le sens de la fermeture par glissement du battant de la fenêtre ou du vantail (3) de la porte ou encore du panneau de l'autre élément de fermeture de baie dont il s'agit vers le dormant de la fenêtre ou vers le bâti (1) de la porte ou encore vers le dormant de l'autre élément de fermeture de baie (figures 8 et 9).
  4. Dispositif d'ouverture ou déploiement suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que le battant de la fenêtre ou le vantail (3) de la porte ou encore le panneau de l'autre élément de fermeture de baie, à sa traverse voisine du chariot (12), peut être fixé par rapport au dormant de la fenêtre ou au bâti (1) de la porte ou encore au dormant de l'autre élément de fermeture de baie contre tout mouvement d'écartement transversalement à son plan par des dispositifs de verrouillage contre le basculement de la ferrure permettant le basculement, l'amenée en position de parallélisme et le glissement.
  5. Dispositif d'ouverture ou déploiement suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le levier d'appui (18) comportant deux bras de levier (18a, 18b) est soutenu (en 32) au moins dans la position correspondant à la position de parallélisme précitée (figure 9) contre le bras à déploiement (10) par un élément de ressort (31).
  6. Dispositif d'ouverture ou déploiement suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de ressort est une patte en lame de ressort (31) qui se trouve (figure 9) au voisinage du point d'articulation (19) du levier d'appui (18, 18a, 18b) au bras à déploiement (10).
  7. Dispositif d'ouverture ou déploiement suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le support de montage et d'appui (15) prévu côté battant de la fenêtre ou côté vantail de la porte ou encore côté panneau de l'autre élément de fermeture de baie du même genre dont il s'agit pour le bras à déploiement (10) et pour le dispositif d'arrêt (17) est formé par un élément profilé extrudé - avantageusement tubulaire - qui présente, à son côté longitudinal inférieur, un canal (33) profilé en contre-dépouille et ouvert d'un côté, dans lequel peut être introduite par glissement une plaque (34) percée de la fente ou boutonnière de guidage (21) pour le levier d'appui (18, 18a, 18b).
  8. Dispositif d'ouverture ou déploiement suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (34) percée de la fente ou boutonnière de guidage (21), dans le canal (33), peut être bloquée (en 33) contre tout déplacement dans le sens longitudinal.
  9. Dispositif d'ouverture ou déploiement suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément profilé extrudé qui forme le support de montage et d'appui (15), prévu côté battant de la fenêtre ou côté vantail de la porte ou encore côté panneau de l'autre élément de fermeture de baie du même genre dont il s'agit, pour le bras à déploiement (10) et le dispositif d'arrêt (17), présente, à l'une de ses extrémités, un creux d'encliquetage (37) qui traverse sa paroi postérieure dans lequel s'engage, par l'une de ses extrémités, une branche transversale de section transversale en forme de U (38) qui peut être fixée par rivetage (en 39) ou par vissage à l'élément profilé extrudé de façon à former avec lui une pièce coudée (40) (figures 7 et 13).
  10. Dispositif d'ouverture ou déploiement suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un manchon (43) qui contient un palier de butée axial (47) ainsi que deux paliers radiaux (48 et 49) pour une broche de montage (14) du bras à déploiement (10) est monté dans des passages transversaux (42) prévus dans le support de montage et d'appui (15), c'est-à-dire dans l'élément profilé extrudé formant celui-ci, passages transversaux (42) dont l'axe suit une direction inclinée tant vers le plan du battant de la fenêtre ou du vantail de la porte ou encore du panneau de l'autre élément de fermeture de baie du même genre dont il s'agit que parallèlement à ce plan (figures 10 et 7).
  11. Dispositif d'ouverture ou déploiement suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le palier de butée axial (47) se trouve entre un épaulement (46) de la broche de montage (14) et un épaulement (45) du manchon (43), tandis que le palier radial (49) est monté à l'extrémité inférieure et le palier radial (48), à l'extrémité supérieure entre le manchon (43) et la broche de montage (14) (figure (10).
  12. Dispositif d'ouverture ou déploiement suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'au côté supérieur du support de montage et d'appui (15), c'est-à-dire de l'élément profile extrudé formant celui-ci, il est formé une partie en crochet (50) dont la branche de crochet libre (51) se trouve en alignement avec la face externe de la paroi postérieure de l'élément profilé extrudé (figure 10).
