Claims (11)
- Installation pour effectuer des traitements thermiques sur des charges de pièces métalliques, comportant un premier ensemble d'éléments (1, 2, 3; 4) dont au moins un est un four (1, 2, 3), un deuxième ensemble d'éléments (6, 7, 8, 9) dont au moins un est un bac de trempe (9) et au moins un autre est un chariot (6) et des moyens de guidage stationnaires (5), installation dans laquelle les éléments du premier ensemble sont disposés dans une position supérieure et sont ouverts vers le bas et les éléments du deuxième ensemble sont mobiles sur lesdits moyens de guidage (5) et sont disposés dans une position inférieure, caractérisée en ce que les dits moyens de guidage occupent la partie la plus basse de l'installation et consistent en une voie horizontale (5) permettant, pour un nombre quelconque des éléments des deux ensembles, d'amener chaque élément du deuxième ensemble en regard de chaque four choisi du premier ensemble, et en ce que tous les éléments du deuxième ensemble sont munis d'élévateurs (28, 42, 57, 63) autonomes, chacun de ceux-ci étant supporté par l'élément auquel il est associé et comportant un plateau (25) capable de déplacer une charge (18) verticalement pour l'engager dans un élément du premier ensemble situé au-dessus ou pour l'en extraire.
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte en outre au niveau de la dite position supérieure, un engin de transfert (11) capable de recevoir une charge de l'élévateur (28, 29, 30) d'un élément du deuxième ensemble.
- Installation selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par une voie supérieure (10) sur laquelle l'engin de transfert (11) est mobile.
- Installation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte en outre, au niveau de la dite position inférieure un troisième ensemble d'éléments constitué d'au moins un poste de traitement supplémentaire agencé de manière à coopérer avec l'engin de transfert.
- Installation selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte en outre au niveau de la ligne supérieure un ou plusieurs postes complémentaires, alignés avec le ou les éléments du premier ensemble et capables d'effectuer des traitements de longue durée.
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le ou les fours du dit premier ensemble sont du type à cloche et sont pourvus de moyens de support permettant le transfert d'une charge d'un élévateur au four et vice - versa.
- Installation selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que plusieurs postes de traitement mobiles sont placés en série sur la voie de transport entre le chariot de manutention et l'engin de transfert.
- Installation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'engin de transfert comporte un élévateur monté sur un chariot et capable de saisir une charge sur l'élévateur d'un chariot ou sur celui d'un poste de traitement, lesdits élévateurs de l'engin de transfert et du chariot ou du poste de traitement étant complémentaires.
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la station d'entrée comporte un carrousel agencé pour recevoir et présenter des charges de et dans une ou plusieurs directions et les transférer au ou du chariot à une extrémité de la voie de transport.
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les élévateurs des éléments du deuxième ensemble comportent une colonne de guidage fixe, une console guidée par la colonne de guidage et un vérin hydraulique vertical comportant un piston solidaire de la console et un cylindre fixe.
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le premier ensemble d'éléments comporte une pluralité de fours placés côte à côte selon une ligne droite, fermés à leur base par un couvercle qui pivote autour d'un axe parallèle à la dite ligne droite et situé d'un côté du four et en ce qu'au moins une partie des éléments du deuxième ensemble comportent des élévateurs actionnés par des vérins verticaux dont les cylindres s'étendent en regard d'un côté des fours, opposé à celui du dit axe de pivotement.
