- les figures 1a à 1c représentent des vues en coupe partielle de l'installation de traitement thermique illustrant les étapes d'accrochage d'une charge dans une station conformément au procédé selon l'invention,
- les figures 2a et 2b représentent des vues en coupe faites selon les lignes II-II des figures 1a et 1b,
- les figures 3a à 3c représentent des vues similaires aux figures 1a à 1c mais illustrant les étapes de décrochage d'une charge, conformément au procédé selon l'invention, et
- la figure 4 montre une vue de dessus d'un plateau-support de charge reposant sur des moyens d'ancrage d'une station partiellement représentée.
Claims (10)
- Procédé d'accrochage et de décrochage d'une charge associée à des moyens de support, dans une installation de traitement thermique, cette installation comportant :au moins une station de traitement comportant une ouverture orientée vers le bas et destinée à recevoir ladite charge,des moyens de chargement et de déchargement de la charge permettant, via lesdits moyens de support, le chargement de la charge sur et le déchargement de la charge depuis des moyens d'ancrage agencés dans la station,
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de translation est effectué par ladite station.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste, pour l'accrochage :à amener ladite charge par les moyens de chargement et de déchargement en regard de l'ouverture de ladite station,à élever la charge dans ladite station pour amener les moyens de support à un niveau supérieur à celui des moyens d'ancrage,à déplacer en translation la station par rapport aux moyens support depuis une position dite de chargement/déchargement vers une position dite d'ancrage,à abaisser la charge pour faire coopérer les moyens de support avec les moyens d'ancrage pour accrocher la charge dans la station.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste, pour le décrochage :à élever les moyens de support à un niveau supérieur à celui des moyens d'ancrage pour les libérer desdits moyens d'ancrage,à déplacer en translation la station par rapport aux moyens support depuis ladite position d'ancrage vers la position de chargement/déchargement, età abaisser la charge à l'aide des moyens de chargement et de déchargement pour l'amener hors de ladite station.
- Installation de traitement thermique permettant la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, comprenant:au moins une station de traitement comportant une ouverture orientée vers le bas et destinée à recevoir une charge,des moyens de chargement et de déchargement de la charge sur et depuis des moyens d'ancrage agencés dans la station,
- Installation selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins une voie de guidage de ladite station ménagée pour assurer le déplacement en translation de ladite station.
- Installation selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que ladite voie comporte deux rails parallèles sur lesquels repose ladite station par l'intermédiaire de galets.
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendication 5 à 7, caractérisée en ce que ladite station est constituée par un four.
- Installation selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que ledit four comprend une enceinte dans laquelle sont ménagés des plots ou consoles constituant lesdits moyens d'ancrage.
- Installation selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que lesdits plots font radialement saillies depuis une paroi inférieure de l'enceinte.
